Westlock ford truly does care about their customers. After we purchased a used car from the dealership, we had a serious mechanical problem with it a week later. We did not purchase the extra warranty and we’re very worried about the cost to repair the car. After relaying our concerns to the owner Paul and the sales manager kelly we were surprised and relieved when Paul said the car would be repaired at no charge to us. Overall the purchase of the truck went really smooth, friendly staff. Encountered a few issues regarding financing questions, aswell as being told the windshield would be fully replaced and brand new and all they did was fill the chip and it is still noticeable. Truck tailgate had a dent in it, in person the salesman said that Westlock Ford would have it dealt with by the time of pickup, instead once the tailgate was dropped off I was told it was my responsibility to cover it on a 48,000 dollar truck. Aside from that the process was fairly easy and most questions were answered and the purchase was successful.

I have bought many new trucks in my life from dodge dealers ford dealers and chev dealers. But Westlock Ford sept 9 2022 and was the best i have had. Bought a Ford f550 6.7 powerstroke work truck and live in edmonton. Did the deal over phone with Dakota and Kelly had a bank draft done and Kelly Delivered with his own family to pick him up on a saturday evening sept 10 2022.
No hassel for any of us involved just made it easy for them like they did for me.

Awesome people to deal with, going above and beyond to make buying a veichle a great experiance

Paul helped me out and had the most terrible attitude, he didn’t value me as a customer and I watched him treat his employees in ways that no one should deal with. I will never bring my business here again.

After searching for a vehicle for months and having horrible experiences at other dealerships, I was finally able to find the vehicle I wanted at a decent price at Westlock Ford. While all other dealerships are marking vehicles up way above MSRP, Westlock Ford isn’t trying to take advantage of the current market and price gouge their customers. Both Kelly and Noah were extremely helpful and friendly, and the entire experience was completely painless. The staff are all very laid back which made me feel immediately at ease. They went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one - they even arranged to have my vehicle delivered to me! I wish I had skipped the other dealerships and went right to Westlock from the start. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Westlock Ford and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Never had an issue with Westlock Ford. Just bought a vehicle there last year and I'm very happy with it. Great staff. Great stuff.

We bought our 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid in June 2020 after researching gas electric vehicles. We asked our salesman to get us one without a sunroof as the one on the lot had a Vista roof. He was awesome and found one in Calgary for us and had it shipped to Westlock. We were so happy with it. Fast forward to December 2021, our Escape’s second Alberta winter, and we love it even more today. Drives great, fuel mileage is unbelievable, the “Slippery” mode setting is just perfect for everything from freezing rain to snow packed highway driving. Very reliable and sure-footed in our Alberta winters. It looks sharp and drives great, it’s also a breeze to park (it actually parallel parks itself!). We love it even more today then when we bought it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone that commutes to work as the fuel mileage is exceptional with the gas/electric hybrid!
