All staff are wonderful! ER doctor doesn’t care about anything. Sent my wife home she couldn’t walk. Sent us to St. Albert for an ultrasound. Which we have in Westlock. We had issues with him before! Intern doctor was great! Say my wife had serious injuries.

DO NOT MAKE LAB APPOINTMENTS! They will not be honoured. I was referred and tried to walk-in for Lab tests, but advised I’d receive much better service by actually scheduling an appointment. I trusted her, made an appointment for later in the day. I arrived early for my appointment, but was forced to wait until absolutely everyone else to go first, even patients that arrived for walk-in Lab work after me. I wasted half a day by listening to the staff in this department. It could not be more clear that booking appointments is a waste of time as walk-ins will be prioritized, leaving you waiting longer than you ever would have just arriving without an appointment. In summation, DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR LAB WORK!
