Dr Hoffman absolutely changed my outlook on dentist, and so did Gracie! Both such amazing people to deal with, still a long road ahead of me but so glad I found these guys to walk me through it!

My favorite dentist now is Dr. Maan.he really makes me feel comfortable. He understands we can only do so much about our mouth. He never complained or made me feel horrible about my mouth that needs work. He is a wonderful person. I hope he never change.

I had two wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Pawan, and had a pretty great experience. The procedure isn’t pleasant, and I had very high anxiety, but he and his assistant both made me extremely comfortable and gave me breaks when I needed it. No regrets!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Yash Mann. He dedicated time to explain in details my dental issues and did a wonderful job figuring out what was exactly the root of my concern. He did the proper recommendation for my case. Very knowledgeable. Another very satisfying experience was with Dr. Pawan, he did the final solution to my issue in a very proffesional and accurate way. I recommend highly this Clinic and all their staff. Front office acted very effectively booking me in, in such a short period of time.

Like many so many before me I had dreaded going to the dentist. I had past negative experiences and was very weary to trust any dentist to be honest. The people at Westmount dental immediately addressed my concerns regarding price, quality of work done, and gouging. They made me feel as though i was truly being heard. Everything was very well explained, and Dr. Maan very quickly demonstrated a kean enjoyment for what he does, That he takes pride in his worksmanship, that he is infact very good at what he does and that he genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing. Throughout my time there I was updated as the procedure went on for new information as it arose and provided with honest advice that took into account my needs, including the overbearing stress of the expense itself. Dr Maan completed a root canal of my top back tooth just after the wisdom tooth, a very difficult location and I experienced hardly any pain.and next to no recovery pain after numbing wore off. Dr Maan is the man, This guy really knows his stuff lol. I am over the top impressed with the how I was treated by everyone that helped me and they did an amazing job. 15/10 would highly recommend.

I can not say enough incredible things about Dr. Adrian Hoffman at Westmount Dental Centre. I am some one who gets incredibly anxious to go to the dentist, and so Adrian was compassionate and patience and answered all my questions before my appointment. Ay my cleaning, the dental hygienist was gentle and compassionate as well. I had to get a cavity filled and I went for that today with Adrian and he was AMAZING. He is personable, he worked gently and quickly he has single-handedly changed how I feel about the dentist. Thank you Dr. Adrian Hoffman and team!

Dr. Maan really helped me see a much better option for my teeth than what I had initially planned. He treated me with kindness and fit me into his schedule for a procedure at the last minute. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Called on a Sunday and asked for root canal treatment as it should be considered an emergency as I am 21 weeks pregnant and it has been causing me discomfort for 3 days now. They usually give great service, but after today I don’t think I’d book with them again. Thanks for the few years I’ve been with you:) Chevon.

I had to bring a friend of mine after he had bad experience in other dental clinic, to the clinic and the staff named Josh Tua (one of the staff does cleaning) was absolutely amazing, caring and very patient. He’s excellent and I have to rated him 5 full star.

I have not been to a dentist in 30 years. Such awesome friendly staff and the place is spotless; I didn’t have any pain during my initial cleaning or my entire visit, and my mouth was a nightmare.
This place is so cool it’s like walking into the starship enterprise, there’s tv’s built into the ceiling, neon led nano lights on The walls. I can’t imagine what an awesome experience kids get there.
I got to watch property stars from the ceiling during my cleaning it was so cool. My nurse and dentist were so kind and gentle. Best dentist I town, I. So lucky I found you guys.

Dentist indicated at my check-up that I needed to come to redo a filling that was making it difficult to floss. They did the filling two years ago and it had always been that way, but it wasn’t bugging me. But I listened to the professional and came in to have the filling redone. I ended up being on the hook for the entire amount because benefits doesn’t cover a redo within 2 years. The original filling was done in 2020 so I was just under two years. The dentist said there’s nothing they can do (even though it was their work they were redoing because they didn’t like it). Very frustrating experience.

Dr Hadi is an excellent dentist! Very professional, friendly and attentive! I highly recommend him as a dentist! Best I've ever been to by far:)

My Wife found this place when we did not have a dental plan and she just needed a clean. Westmount Dental Center not only offered the most reasonable prices she could find, they also have a very impressive menu of all types of dental care that is offered. I found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable, transparent, energetic and above all, extremely professional.

I don't really leave reviews but I had to! I have really bad dental anxiety and had to go in for an emergency. The staff are really helpful and nice. The doctor was very attentive and I didn't feel judged at all. I had an extraction and it went really well. He explained to me all my options and also asked for my input. I will definitely be coming here for all my dental work and would recommend it to everyone too.

All the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Went for a cleaning and general check and it went great. Excellent service

Dr. O is the most amazing dentist I ever have had. She now works in Spruce Grove at Westwind Dental (so worth the drive)

Booked cleaning and night-guard fitting for 12pm.
Cleaning started at 12, ended at 12.30pm. Waited till 1.10pm and still no staff followed up with me.
Had to leave due to another appointment, so waited 40mins in vain.

Also, have to agree with the other reviews that this clinic is all about money grab. All my previous visits hygienist kept pushing for polishing and not informing client that it is not covered by insurance. Another case was to have a tooth fill up. Asked receptionist twice to confirm if it is covered and got confirmation that it is. When procedure is done I was informed that I had to fork out a few hundred dollars as my last procedure was done less than a year ago.
Please care for your patient and not just the revenue.

Will be going to another clinic to have this procedure completed.

I had broken a tooth on my upper denture and I called to see if I could get it fixed, I was told to come in and they would see about getting it fixed. I was called within the hour of leaving the office and informed that my denture was fixed and ready for pickup. I was so surprised when I got the call. Excellent service and everyone very friendly. I have talked with my husband and we have decided that his son is now going to be having a new dentist. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I just want to start off by saying I have SEVERE dental anxiety due to awful past experiences. I can handle just about every other kind of doctor, no matter how uncomfortable I am. But dentist.awful.

I was greeted with smiling faces and pleasant staff. The hygienist and receptionist are all so nice and calming. The dentist himself was very kind and understanding. He asked if I was cold because I was shaking so badly.he tried to put me at ease as best as he could but all I could do was stare at the ceiling and wait for them to be done fixing my filling.

The dentist and assistant were very gentle and made sure my filling was comfortable. (The last one I got I had to go back twice to get filed down due to rushing). I am grateful for how they handled such an anxious patient.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was not informed that I would have to get a full exam beforehand including x-rays and what not. I did half expect it but I just felt there was lack of communication. Thankfully I have insurance, otherwise it would of been a very expensive bill.

This will probably be my future dentist from now on. Hopefully I won't be such a nervous wreck next time

I went to Westmount Dental to get a tooth fixed. Dr Neha Shipla, the dentist assigned to me, was absolutely fabulous! Her bedside manner is top notch. She determined that I need a root
Canal. This made me panic as I have never had one and I am a big dental wimp. Dr Shipla was so kind and compassionate. She prescribed a sedative for my root canal day. I came in an hour early and she monitored me after taking the med. She explained very detailed, each step by step what will happen, from the initial freezing to the end of the procedure. She made sure that my jaw was very frozen and did little tests to ensure. She asked that if I feel pain to just raise my hand up. There was no need as none of the procedure was painful. She encouraged me all the way and told me that I'm doing well. For one part She explained that I would feel bit of pressure and it would take less than a minute. It indeed was less than a minute and it was ok! When she told me we were finished I was shocked because it didn't feel like a long time. She even called me next day to see how I am doing. I am so grateful for such a compassionate and kind dentist. Dr Shipla is now the dentist I will be seeing for my dental needs. Thank you so much!

Dr. Garcha and hygienist hanna, they are the best. They explained everything very well and so friendly. Receptionist Dona (I believe that’s the her name) she was so friendly. No complaints at all, I am 100% satisfied with the service they have provided.

I have been a patent at Westmount Dental Centre for more that 30 years and always got great advice and service with them - never turned me down for an urgent appointment - great staff - great location.

Dr Fong and staff are the best I have had in 50+ years going to the dentist. Dr Fong is exemplary, expert gentle manner. And a sense of humour! Debbie atFront staff is extremely helpful and cheerful.

John de la Cruz is clearly the best denturist in town, maybe in Canada! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I told him funds were tight for me and found solutions I could afford. The staff treated everyone with respect and dignity and it was so very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Very caring friendly staff. My husband was very nervou and they put his mind and mine at ease. They were also very gentle ensuring to even apply freezing cream before they put the freezing needle in to help with that pain! Highly recommend!

Dr. Zafar fixed a few cavities I had and left my teeth looking great everyone was super helpful and they worked so well together I hardly felt anything plus booking Sunday appointments was super convenient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs dental work, If my lifetime of dental work from having buck teeth as a kid to a teenager with braces and now an adult proud to show off my pearly whites has taught me anything is that a great dentist is hard to find, so stick with Dr. Ahmed Zafar you won't regret it and your mouth will thank-you.

Dr. Hadi, is by far one of the best dentists I've ever had the experience of meeting.he paid a lot of attention to my needs, gave me numerous options at different price points, he explained everything in great detail and made my experience one of the best visits I've ever had to a dentist. I had two extractions both of which weren't easly removed, but it was done painlessly, fast, and extremely well priced. I would highly recommend Dr Hadi. I am grateful for his compassionate professional treatment.

STAY AWAY
I went here after chemo when I had to have most of my teeth removed, I went here for the extractions. They messed up and I now have TMJ and arthritis in my jaw. I have lived in pain because they did not do there job.
I told everyone that I had a problem with my jaw and they ignored me. So I have migraines and jaw pain often.

Terrible place to be the first time I ever cried at this dental and my anxiety went out of control and they didn't give me space when I needed it and the doc kept pressurizing me so he can get the job done and we trying to push me down and so I left immediately and they didn't finish their job and I went to a new doctor and they are fabulous where I am at now I like them and they are patient with me.

My whole family goes to this office, Tam and Kathleen are excellent hygienists. The front end staff are always professional and Dentists are knowledgeable and confident. The hours of operation is convenient for all patients as they are open early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Do not go here. I went to a Dentist they just let go for incompetent work. He removed a tooth that should not have and left a piece i removed myself 2 weeks later. Then he did the wrong procedure to repair a cavity an now i am going to lose the tooth an an implant is $4500.00 and completely their fault. They did not offer compensation or repair.

I went there for years. Then had a filling done and it had a ledge in between that needed smoothing. Dr Oko fixed it somewhat but I sensed that she was irritated after a few minutes of her smoothing it so I said it was fine. Now it seems to be worse and is even shredding 3 kinds of waxed floss!

Very friendly prompt, courtesy quick, inexpensive and I will definitely go back there again. Might make it a regular place to visit.
I make my decision based on my next appointment for the actual treatments.

They have always disappointed in regards to fillings.first time. I had to go back 3 times to fix the job they did. I went back again as my usual dentist is retired and was AMAZING.and again. I have to return for tune ups.not cool. The dentists assistant was rude.inconsiderate and basically behaved as tho she hated her job. Would and never will recommend this dentist office.

Just had work done with Dr. Chiang and her lovely assistant (I'm so sorry to forget her name). I'm re-reviewing to 5/5 from 2/5 stars. The work carried out by these two is incredible. I felt no pain, no issues, reduced anxiety, relaxed, and cared about.

The office manager addressed previous issues whilst on site. I really appreciated the follow up discussion.

1st Review:
I have not attended the dentist for a number of years due to my phobia. To start with the positive, all the ladies on reception, Dr "C" and the hygienist I saw were very kind and thoughtful regarding my fear, and caring when I got upset. After the initial appointment I felt better about future dental appointments.

I had to have one broken tooth and one wisdom tooth removed. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I was given lorazepam prior to the appointment. I was "given" nitrous oxide during the procedure along with a local anesthetic. I do not believe the nitrous oxide was provided, but I was still charged for it. I was told to take deep breaths and relax. The mask kept sucking inwards and it felt like there was no gas flow. I asked to stop, and said multiple times that it was not working and got more and more distressed. The Dr. (NOT Dr. "C") and his assistant got more visibly irritated and kept telling me to just relax and stood staring at me while I was sobbing. My tooth snapped and I was told it was my own fault due to the cavity, which I can appreciate but maybe there was no need to pile on more distress. Towards the end of the procedure someone came to tell the doctor his next patient had arrived. The end of the appointment felt rushed and I was left feeling like I was a huge inconvenience. It was an incredibly distressing experience. I am a registered healthcare worker and I know how drugs work and I know this is NOT how you treat a patient. If you need to have a tooth removed, I would not recommend this place at all.

Great for chickens! I was dreading my fillings but the staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and made me feel so at ease. I was in and out in no time at all.

Dr. Pawan Nyachhyon and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and calm by consistently reassuring me before starting. I expressed my anxieties about getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and he promised me I would feel no pain- he was right! I am very happy with their willingness to reassure me and not pressure me into doing anything. If I need dental work in the future I will definitely be coming back to see my new favorite dentist.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Hadi just did a tooth extraction on my Grade 4 child and she didn’t even feel any of it! Dr. Hadi is very skilled.
We have been coming here for a few years for our whole family’s general dentistry, they are always on time and very professional. I highly recommend this office.

I have been going there for over 20 years and since the management changed they have root canal the wrong tooth. I had my dentist shared between two or three appointments per appointment.they almost had me take out all my top teeth when they were completely strong and viable. Out of 8 teeth I've had pulled the last one I had pulled their was worse than being T-boned by a truck on my neck they've left sharp Shard sticking out words in my gum, and I can't breathe out of my one sinus at night which is I think due to a crack through my entire upper jaw bone into my sinus.
Ever since the management change this has been a Little Shop of Horrors disguised with Brilliant Smiles. Good luck.

I have had three fillings that fell out. I thought they broke nope so she repaired one as it needed the most attention the next two next week. Dr oko was amazing and very understanding and gentle I did not feel the needle which is great as I gate them.thank you so much for staying after your shift to fix my tooth

I had a great experience here! The staff were really friendly. My daughter (who is 4) was scared at first, but the dentist and hygienist made her comfortable, even when she had to have a filling done and get a needle! It went really well! I would/will highly recommend this place.

I've been coming to this office for 8 years. I love that Dr. Oko is so thorough in her work and cares so much for her patients. All the staff are wonderful and helpful and I couldn't happier with this dental office.

Very nice and newly renovated office. They are open 6 days a week and evening hours which is a big plus. My all family goes there since 2012 and we are very happy. Dr Oko she is wonderful and dedicated dentist. She makes all her patients calm and happy with dental work. I will recomend that place to everyone who is looking for a dentist. Oooo and forgot one more thing: they do direct billing with dental insurance.

This dentist's office is your standard cash grab, attempting to get as much money from insurance as they can without doing good quality work. My family has had many poor experiences with them, from rushing work and fillings falling out, to receptionists attempting to book us for procedures not covered by our insurance (which they knew). The last straw was when the dentist I was seeing for a cleaning decided it'd be a good idea to fill one of my cavities without my father's knowledge or consent (I was a young teen at the time). Ended up having to stop because I couldn't get the needle (they hadn't offered numbing cream) and they were causing me pain. Turns out they'd drilled a giant hole in my tooth. The dentist got frustrated with me, and as I had a panic attack and sobbed in the chair, they were extremely rude to me and told me to suck it up and get it over with. I told them I couldn't, so they put some paste in the hole and went and told my Dad to take me home, that they would be referring me to a pediatric dentist.

The paste was a temporary solution that had completely fallen out after a week, and they didn't offer to refill the tooth while we were waiting for the referral. So I was left with a gaping hole that I had to carefully clean out with a sterilized needle every time I ate. Was like this for months until my referral went through. My family left the practice, and my amazing new peds dentist offered to take my whole family on as patients. He's allowed me to deal with my phobia on my own terms, and I'm very grateful to have one good thing come out of this awful experience.

In general the dentist isn't gonna be a good time, that being said, this clinic does everything they can to make you comfortable. From the people at the front desk, hygienist to the dentist themselves, everyone here is friendly and informative.

It is rare that I compliment dentists and dental offices. In a course of my life, I’ve seen a few and I found every dentist professional, they know what they’re doing and staff is generally pleasant.
But I love my dentist at Westmount dental for showing empathy and presenting all treatment options available. Their staff is more than accommodating; they understand insurance companies and helped me get services approved that were previously declined in another office.
Their hours work with my schedule and they are amazing at reminding me when I’m due for my next check up. I’ve seen two of their hygienists, and it’s impossible to choose one over the other.
Highly recommend this office. You’re always welcomed with a smile.

Great dental care, my wisdom tooth came and it was hurting so much that I couldn't sleep in nights my appointment was booked for Oct 5th for removal of my wisdom tooth but I called them and explain my situation Emily helped me and booked my appointment very next day in afternoon with doc pavan he was great as well I never got hurt while he was removing my wisdom tooth.all in all great dental care and really good staff.

First, I want to say that I second Ann Hart's review wholeheartedly. I told them that I have serious anxiety about medical procedures. The dentist rushed through the freezing and after telling him twice that I could still feel everything it triggered a massive panic attack. The dentist and the assistant just sat there awkwardly as I was sobbing. When I finally calmed down enough to continue, someone came to tell the dentist that his next appointment was there already and he finished the second filling in less than five minutes and rushed me out the door. The filling, needless to say, was not level and caused me pain. I had to go back and he said, "Don't worry, I won't charge you. " Yeah, of course you're not going to charge me - the filling was rushed and incorrect in the first place! The filling is still not correct but I'm shopping for a new dentist. I was honest when they called me with a follow-up and I told them my concerns. The receptionist asked if it was okay if the office manager called me to follow up. I said yes. I never received any such phone call. Clearly it's not a concern to them.

In summary, anxiety in dentistry patients is common enough that there should be better protocol in dealing with it. Positive ratings are not everything - make sure you take a good look at the negative ones before you consider this office. There are so many options out there.
