These people are crooks! They want to charge me an extra $100 to fill out the same form I had filled out last week because it now says “Attending physician statement” I can fill out 95% myself and all I need is a signature. No wonder they are accepting patients. And don’t worry they don’t give care about your time, the last two times I’ve been in for an “appointment” they’ve had me sit there for over an hour. You can get better medical care from your phone.

Phone several other clinics that only charge the standard $75-80 fee. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Francis is a QUACK. I had a concern that my shoulder mobility and pain was due to an infection. He ignored me and concluded that I had torn my rotator cuff. I told him the onset of pain was gradual, tender and it was spreading. Because of him, I lost two days work, three nights sleep and a Trip to the ER, ended up on IV antibiotics, CT scan and blood work. Thanks Dr. Francis… Get ‘em in and get ‘em out. The more patients they see the more the get paid.

I’m not surprised to see similar experiences with the miserable receptionist at this clinic. I showed up with my kids after checking medimap and it showing no wait time. I called to confirm that we could get in as it was it was 35 minutes before they closed. No answer however their voicemail specifically said to check medimap for current wait times. We walked in and no one was in the waiting room, and we we walk up to the desk and ask if we are able to get in for the walk in. The scowl on this lady’s face and ignorant reply “uh no” was a lovely welcome. I told her we checked medimap and it says no wait time and she snaps that they don’t use medimap. I told her I called and their voicemail very specifically says they do and she says “well that has been wrong for two years, we don’t use it”. Now she isn’t even looking at us and I read out the phone number that I called and I confirm that is their clinic number. And she says yep… so no one answered when I called and the voicemail is wrong… no apology, nothing. Her demeanor and ignorance is not the first face I would want in my clinic or any business… I feel awful for anyone who comes in and has to deal with her on top of their health issues.

I had a better experience than at 2 other clinics in the city. I actually got to ask some questions and am much less anxious now. Almost zero wait. Very happy with my last visit.

This place is such a joke. Receptionist was extremely rude. The doctor doesnt seem to know what hes doing or maybe doesnt care at all. Never wrote anything down about my visit or the perscription he gave me for something i didnt have. So when I got to see my actual doctor nothing was recorded at all. And he was just as rude as the front desk girl. Do not go here. Worst place ever

One of the most impolite doctors I've met. I went in for my son having a hernia. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. He told me to leave it and when I told him I had been given advice from other doctors that if the hernia did not go away by 15 months to take him in he scoffed at me. He did end up sending a referral and was very nice to my son which is why he got two stars instead of one. His attitude and demeanor towards me merely asking questions was very unprofessional. He then proceeded to leave with not even a "have a good day" on the way out. Very rude and I highly do not recommend.

Dr Ojiako is the worst doctor I have EVER seen in my entire life. I went in after hurting my knee and back moving furniture two days ago. I had to leave work early because I couldn't even stand on my feet. He REFUSED to write me a doctors note. Told me to go to the hospital if I wanted one. Even after I told him my employer requested a note he shook his head, rolled his eyes and walked out. He didn't even evaluate my pain or physically exam me. He didn't check my knee or anything. What the hell is the point of being a doctor if you're not going to evaluate patients? I am distraught. NEVER go to this clinic. The receptionist was very friendly though so I made sure to thank her.

Dr. Ojiako believed me when no other doctor would pay attention. I am now getting the help I need. #edsWarriorALLY He suspected connective tissues right away.

Went to get a medical form filled out, because I couldnt see my regular doctor (she is on Mat leave) He said he couldn't do it because he didn't have access to my medical file. I called my clinic to see what could be done and they said my entire file was online on netcare, so he could have easily verified the information from my MRI. What a waste of my time. This is the last time I use this clinic.

Went in 2 hours before closing to see if I could quickly see a doctor and she told me that they were at full capacity for the day even though there was no one in the waiting room. Blonde lady at the desk was quite rude also. Was gonna be my
First time there and she made me not want to ever come back already. Not welcoming whatsoever.

This is a really good clinic whenever me and the kids go there we get seen right away. He always gives the proper medication when its in need. Hes good with my baby and my kids. Hes a good doctor.

I would've given 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible. Dr. Ojiako is very humble and wise. I've been to so many doctors but its really hard to find a good doctor but i can say I've found one. Its a big relief in life to know that you are in good hands. Kudos to you Dr. Ojiako

I’m new to red deer and needed a new doctor, I came here for a walk in appointment because I needed certain medication. Instead of just continuing to push meds on me, Dr. Stanley Ojiako referred me to where I needed to go. I felt heard after being gaslit and dismissed in the past and after one fist to Dr. Ojiako I realized there was other options to help me. I’m very happy and glad I found a doctor here that I’m confident in.

Went to this clinic for the first time and will NEVER EVER coming back! I visited this doctor to find some answers/ solution to my skin problem but this doctor was so rude and not even explaining things or giving any detailed information. You can even tell that he is rushing and told me that “ I can’t do all things at once”. “ I will do this extra because it’s Christmas”. What a terrible way to treat a patient!

I have had no problems getting in to see him, If I feel I need to get in asap they find away to get me in. He is very straight forward, he will get to the root of the problem. I don't need to be coddled I want straight forward answers and I get them. They are very nice and easy to deal with.
I give them a 4 star rating.

I recently moved to red deer needed a family doctor (ojiako) I went in to consult with him got blood tests done and a physical everything was okay (ish) he kept on saying uh huh uh huh uh huh and it made me feel like my thoughts and concerns where not valued. You sat in his room and even though I had alot of questions about my health I had the sense I was being rushed by him. When I asked follow up questions and because of his thick and fast accent I couldn't understand him. I have thyroid and I wanted to know more information and if there was a chance if I will ever be off them or if there was a chance my thyroid would become better. He looked me in the eyes and said you'll never be off them. Which really discouraged me and I felt hopeless and cried when I got home. He was not empathetic or understanding. I will not come back here. The only nice thing I can say is that the front desk girls are nice and they give coupons and samples to those who need. Which is why I am leaving the one star. For them not for the doctor who treated me like my concerns where not valid.

I called about a health issue as I needed a Dr right away. I was told I could come in no wait time. I asked about masks I am exempt. She said no problem. I was met with a smile, they where extremely caring. From the time I stepped in the door It may of being 4 minutes to see Doctor. Who was extremely kind and understanding. I will be going back. Thank you so much for everything you did for me today.

Dr. Ojakue is a great doctor, a nice person, and a snappy dresser! Always get appointments to see him quickly. His front staff is pleasant and kind.

I attempted to get into my usual walk in clinic 3 days in a row. Unfortunately they only take walk ins currently and were at capacity all 3 days. Westpark Medical and Walk In Clinic took me in with ease and even had me in to see the doctor sooner than planned. I highly recommend this place!

I call and make appointments and talk with a excellent person. My appointments are flexible so they work for me. I have shown up 15 minutes early and taken right to the room. Doctor Stanley is fantastic, he is very patient and won't stop till he gets results. The staff and Doctor always great my family with smiles and our names. I feel like I am visiting family.

Our family doctor retired after 20 plus yrs.needless to say, we had to find another family doctor. After a few attempts, we found Dr. Stanley Ojiako. He is, in my opinion "one of the best". No matter what, he will find the source of your problem and deal with it. I can't say enough about him but my husband & I say Thank you Dr. Ojiako for being so great! If anyone needs a doctor you can trust, this is the one.
