Worst parking company I have come across. Avoid them at all costs.
Westpark does not provide any payment processing machines on sites. Do they assume everyone has a smartphone on hand? CROOKS.

When I first signed up for indigo monthly parking I sent them my notice for when I needed it to be canceled and had the emails to prove it. Maria the manager sides with her employees even when it’s their mistake. Kimberly did not enter it into the system the months I was away for school. When I clearly wrote in perfect English to cancel it for Jan -feb. Argued with them on the phone and was treated like a child was told they didn’t really understand the email and I wasn’t specific enough but I had said the entire months of Jan - feb. They are pathetic at this location. In the end I sent a email with a picture of my request when I had emailed it. So always go above their head in a situation like it because she try to tell me the head office won’t have any say. But trust me they did because she left me a message apologizing and she contacted by her employers to remind her she’s isn’t the boss lol! Sorry I don’t like being charged 200$ that I already had dealt with before hand.

This has to be one of the most terrible companies out there. I get a ticket at 11: 02 pm.the ticket states I am ticketed for lost revenue.the only business in the complex open after 11 was the one I was at.you guys are a complete joke of a company. Also now the windshield wiper my ticket was put under is cracked. I will happily be contacting these guys with the bill

I was given a ticket despite having paid for a full day of parking. All the details match up (license plate, lot number, etc). I've called them 20 times at this point and no one ever answers. Voice mails do not seem to be returned.

Contact with "Steve S" from the Calgary office for our residential parking near foothills hospital,
During the cold freeze last week had multiple instances for dead visitor cars in the 3 hour parking. Steve kindly understood the situation and deferred both tickets from the overdue parking times.

Never pay any Indigo Ticket. They have no power in court and the cannot force you to pay. The tickets will not affect your credit and will never be a problem down the road.
Indigo is just another shady parking company profiting off of people paying the tickets without realizing they do not need to.
The only tickets that you have to pay are directly from the city that you live in.

Maria absolute professional, very impressed with the amount of notice, organization and communication provided to reserved parking tenants while we are rerouted for the 17th ave construction. The alternate accommodations provided are great as well. Thanks.

Fined me even though I paid, are their patrollers on commission? Never have issues with Diamond Parking or Impark.

Worst customer service my self and the girlfriend experienced at 2 different times. They have a sign on the desk for zero tolerance but yet they are the ones who are rude and unwilling to help leaving the PAYING CUSTMER to become frustrated, HR and Management need to send these girls to a customer relations course. Or turn the sign to face them so THEY can read it everyday! Terrible company. Sorry you have to work at Indigo ladies, maybe find a job that makes you happy.

Absolutely horrible to deal with. I received a parking notice ticket for parking I paid for and have proof of receipt for. I've called the only number for parking violations/ticket disputes, probably about 10 times and left voicemails and have never heard back from anyone. I have also sent emailed and never received anything back, although they state you will hear back within 1-2 business days. This company is a sham and I will avoid all of Indigo and West Parks lots in future. I'd rather street park and walk then deal with them again. I am in the process of trying to make a formal complaint against the company for fraudulent ticket activity. Be warned.

I've been trying for five business days now to get in touch with someone about a parking ticket I received, have left four voicemails, and called at least six times. It doesn't matter what time of day I call, they never pick up. They also don't return calls. I paid for five hours of parking and was given a ticket after 25 minutes of being parked. Do they ignore people calling in so they can extract more money after the 10 day marker when the parking ticket jumps from an already crazy $65 to an insane $85? Could be!

Used Indigo Lot 201 Stadium Shopping Centre (Uxbridge Drive NW) on January 2.2019. Had business to do at the Stadium Goodwill Donation Centre and local nursing home across 16th Avenue NW. Lot is close to Foothills Hospital, Foothills Professional Building and a nursing home and is enticing because it is ALWAYS empty. Parking in the Foothills Hospital area is scarce and exorbitantly expensive, but "2 hour free parking" was in effect at this lot. Guess what? It's a scam. Signage is poor and "NO WALK-OFFS" rule is not obvious-it's embedded deep in fine print on ONE sign that is difficult to read (bad angle, too high for short people, and in fine print that nearly invisible without a camera lens and a computer monitor. This "fine print" is unlikely to be noticed by "walk-offs" struggling to make it to medical appointments!

USERS BEWARE! Thoroughly document your parking "experience" at these lots. Actual cost of parking in the Stadium Shopping Centre lot is $65 and the "payload" is delivered as soon as you walk off the lot. Just for bonus points, Indigo does NOT respond to customer feedback and concerns (one email and two phone calls since the "infraction" occurred). The Alberta Better Business Bureau site gives Indigo an "F" and is littered with bad reviews about questionable business practices. I will *NEVER* use their lots again. BTW: the more people who report this scam outfit to Service Alberta (Consumer Protection) the better the chances of stopping their shady dealings.

Terrible company. They ticketed me even though I used the app and paid for parking (appropriate coverage for time, correct lot and correct licence plate). They refuse to answer my calls and refuse to answer the dispute I submitted online with photo evidence that I paid for parking correctly.
Do NOT use their services - park at a lot that will not scam you (they will likely try to take me to collections to pay their fraudulent ticket). Try Calgary Parking Authority or Diamond. Otherwise you'll end up being scammed and having this company try to take you to collections over fraudulent tickets (and avoid you when you provide proof that you paid for parking).

People. I want you to know that you do NOT have to pay a fine by Indigo. I parked in an area that had no signage to say that this was a paid parking zone. Advised the lady on the phone, she said tough beans I'll drop it to $50. I told her that the most I will do is pay for the time I was there. She said no. They do not get paid a dime now.
Indigo can send your fine to collections all they want. It will N E V E R be on your credit report because they have to take you to court (and win) first. Majority of tickets they will not go to court for because court costs are $$$, and outweigh the $50 outcome.
So take that ticket you got and crumble it up.
Do not give this company a dime for a fine that you did not deserve.

Unethical, immoral business model.

I pay for a monthly parking pass and when I forgot to display my badge, I get a parking violation that they take very seriously. They want that money, no matter what you do, it's useless to reason with anyone.

The violation is supposed to be for people who illegally park without paying not for people who pay to park and forget to put their badge.

Then you go to the office and everyone is looking at you like just another helpless victim of our scam.

Screw this business.

If there were any options, I would give this parking company 0 star. This is a horrible company that is solely interested to give you a ticket anyway. Their practice is unethical and I think in some cases, illegal too. We all should move forward to take legal actions against this phoney company. Their motive is just simply making money by giving you some violation tickets which is absolutely ridiculous in most of the cases. You will find tickets within just 5 minutes after you park which means their trained staffs always monitor via cameras and wait for the right moment. All the reviews online prove how worse the company is. Perhaps, in my life, it is the most pathetic company I’ve ever dealt with. We will seek legal assistance against these dishonest people.
