We had the pleasure to work with Roxann Bridge and we Cannot honestly put into words the amount of work that she put into our application process. She worked relentlessly out of hours and on weekends to assist us in getting into our new home. I was recommended Whalen mortgages through a friend and it couldn’t have turned out any better. Roxann not only got me the best rate on my mortgage renewal she also stepped in and got me a mortgage on a second house that is out of province when the mortgage broker I was using out there turned out to be completely useless. The mortgage fell though 2 weeks before possession date long after the subject to finance had be removed, Roxann and Jodi got everything sorted and a new mortgage approved within the week!

Victoria, Dana, and Jodi worked very hard to assist me and my SO in buying our first house. There was alot of things that I was prepared for but it was amazing how much I wasn't. Recommend getting pre approval but in my experience there was a ton more unexpected digging and work needed afterward to secure the mortgage, so give yourself time when putting in a bid. And ask lots of questions cause they know a lot and have lots of experience. They will have you feeling excited in no time

We were very anxious with buying our first home but she was able to make us feel at ease with the whole process.
