Amazing experience in getting my used car, David in sales made the experience very smooth and got me a great deal, Mitch in finance made the paper work very clear and explained any questions I had thoroughly, and lastly Mark from customer service made sure I was taken care of at any mishap that may have come up during the entire process, 10/10 experience coming to Wheaton Honda, definitely recommend coming here for a new or used car!

We went in this dealership, we test drive the vehicle, we agreed to bought it, we sign the papers, we wait for approval, we approved but by the time we are bringing the vehicle home the all weather floor mat was missing, so i ask the releasing officer he told us that the floor mat was taken and they put it in another vehicle, we were so disappointed and he said the manager will provide us a brand new floor mat how ever they didn’t know when it will arrive. The transaction was perfect it just they stole the floor mat, so my suggestion is whenever you planning to buy a vehicle here make sure you take a picture of everything before you sign it, you never know it will be a different vehicle.

I can't express enough how amazing we were treated here. My boyfriend and I have dealt with many dealerships and by far this one has been our best experience. Our salesman, Davie was not pushy, was very upfront about everything, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Cannot thank you enough Davie! Then we dealt with Rebecca in fiancé, again cannot thank her enough for all her hard work on making the deal happen! She was amazing right from the start, kept my impatient self always up to date on where things were with our application, was quick to respond and overall just a pleasure to have done business with.

I have never had any issues in my 14years dealing with them.
The price is always what they say, anything to the contrary they call you to let you know what's going on.

Well I just traded in and can confidently say what a great experience.
WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE at a car dealership. You'd think oxymoron, but no, this was what buying a vehicle should be like!
So I did my research, and then let them do theirs. Unfortunately for them I am an Uber challenging customer (it's a personality trait, can't help it, god save them). However, they were fantastic -from start to finish- about calming my worries and concerns. Everything was explained even with the multiple questions and worries.
I drove out of there confident and grateful for the support and honesty I received.

They don’t provide shuttles or loaner vehicles anymore, chairs inside are very uncomfortable and there aren’t enough for all the people they’re serving, they don’t give accurate time estimates and the wifi also doesn’t work. Not too impressed with this establishment lately.

Edit: after speaking with the manager, they have provided no extra assistance. The seating has remained the same since before covid (has not changed to accommodate physical distancing), so this is not something they can blame on COVID.

Great experience with Wheaton Honda! I worked with Dan Gibbons (sales). He was very accommodating and made the whole transaction very easy. I went in knowing what I wanted and he was able to make the deal happen for me.
Wasn't a huge fan of the finance guy, seemed a little condescending. Especially after I declined their extended warranty.
Otherwise, Dan was able to assist me over the phone to set up my apple car play. Turned out the radio needed a reset. I love my new vehicle so far, super happy!

My battery died a couple of weeks ago, and after I recharged it, my attempts to reset my radio and clock using the code were unsuccessful. I dropped by Wheaton Honda this morning and was immediately asked to drive my car into the service area. One of the staff very quickly and efficiently restored the radio and clock and didn’t charge me, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I was extremely happy with the exceptional service and won’t hesitate to take my car to Wheaton again.

Amazingly helpful staff, they will work hard for you. I have dealt with many Honda dealerships in Edmonton and the staff at Wheaton Honda are incomparably better than their competitors. If you want a new or used Honda this is the spot. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Shakur was great in used sales! And both Kris and Drew in finance were great, and found me a great interest rate for my credit rating. I'm used to buying private used vehicles (aka beaters off Kijiji) so I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Wheaton Honda. I checked out a couple other dealerships that all had more expensive vehicles, limited selection, and pushy salespeople. Shakur was refreshingly relaxed, encouraged me to take time with my decision, and made no assumptions about what I was looking for. Time will tell if I end up using the extended warranty I purchased and get to experience their service department, but the ability to get a refund if it goes unused made the decision to splurge on it much easier.

I just purchased a 2021 Honda CRV. My experience at Wheaton Honda was very smooth and the staff made me feel quite comfortable. I was referred by a coworker to salesman Davie and he did not disappoint. He went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with my purchase. Easy to book and lots of reminders after. Friendly enough staff in person and on the phone. Due to covid there's a lot of services unavailable that should be noted prior to your visit. I did find out that you can book a loaner vehicle 2 weeks in advance, No shuttle car which sucks for long waits but all in all service was good. I'm rating lower because of the prices of parts. I realise you need to up sell a little but $90 for a cabin filter is outrageous. It was nice to have a free inspection during a re-call but ya the parts jack up is a bit nuts.

Wheaton Honda was very accommodating when dealing with their new car sales and trade-in team. There wasn’t a whole lot of haggling and all dealings were courteous and polite.
Once the car and trade were complete the nice finance lady (Rebecca) took me through the necessary applications for credit approval and when I came back the next week every detail was taken care of with financing and with the new car operation before the dealer signed off on it. I would recommend Wheaton Honda for your next automobile!

First, this shop provides very expensive service. It isn't worth it.
Next time I don't take the car there for a "B service" charging $370!
Other places would do it for around half the price.

Second, The receipt they give to you is not understandable; you cannot figure out why they charged you this much. Their numbers in one page is based on service, and, in another page is based on type of work (e.g, parts or labor). Neither way it sums up to the total amount (the total amount is higher than either, and, not equal to their sum)! At least I couldn't understand it.

The only good thing is their free ride, which I gave an additional star for!

I only went to the dealership because my regular mechanic was busy and I needed to check on an issue I had with my car before going to Calgary the next day, they said that my alternator needed to be replaced and also my battery, I did the battery but wanted a second opinion on the fix that would cost $400+, my second opinion said it was good didn’t need to be replaced, but in that process they busted my reflector off my hood, they replaced at their own cost but if I didn’t notice it they wouldn’t have said anything!
Then when I got that fixed I asked about why my doors lock me out while my car is running.they later came back to me with it must be possessed, and the alternator needed to be replaced, another $450 part and $200 labour. I said no I will look into that first, but I was charged 60-70 for that info and info on my back hatch door, so I then asked my mechanic when he was free for the cost to repair the door lock actuator it was literally 1/3 of what the dealership was going to charge, plus when I took in to repair it wasn’t even the actuator it was a wire that was bad! When I phoned to find out why they were going to replace something that wasn’t broken I was told it was the technically the latch.but surprise surprise it works great too according to my mechanic. So did they even open it to fix it or just because I’m a girl try to take advantage of the fact that I’m not a mechanic and overcharge me to fix nothing! So annoying I would never take my car to this location again!

I had been going to Wheaton Honda for a few years for regular servicing of my previous car and had no issues. In fact I was satisfied with the service I got. A few months ago I got a 2005 Accord that needed an out of province inspection, so I figured I'd take it to them for this, even though it was a bit more expensive than some other auto shops. The car I acquired was a very well maintained, low mileage, regularly serviced 2005 Accord that had recently been assessed by a mechanic at ICBC in Kelowna who did not note major issues. The mechanic at Wheaton Honda surprisingly found approximately $1500 worth of repairs that would need to be done for them to pass the out of province inspection. This seemed shocking, so I took it to another mechanic in the city for an out of province inspection and showed them the report from Wheaton Honda and asked them to provide another opinion on what they had reported. This other mechanic did not see any of the issues that Wheaton Honda claimed to find, and the car passed the out of province inspection without requiring any repairs.

When you are getting an out of province inspection you are in a vulnerable position because there are timelines and logistical issues with getting repairs done, so there is some pressure to do whatever they tell you needs to be done. I feel that the mechanic at Wheaton Honda took advantage of this situation to try and make some money. I am very glad that I went somewhere else for a second opinion. It was a frustrating experience. Because of this incident, I would not recommend the service department at this dealership. I do not trust them anymore.

Additionally, I did try and contact them a few weeks later to speak to a manager about my experience. They had left a standard message on my phone saying that if there were any concerns I could call and talk to someone. When I called, I got bounced around on phone lines for at least 15 minutes and never got through to any manager who would speak to me about this.

FROM 5 STAR TO 0 STAR.
The staff on parts section deserves more than 5 star but on the SERVICE section, i doubt they even deserve 1 star.
PLEASE BEWARE and AVOID.

Me and my wife went there yesterday for a brake pad replacement because we were concerned about the vehicle brakes making this squeal/squeaking sound and Wheaton honda have this actually good deal on brakes so we decided to give it a shot.

90$ for the 2 front brake pads (just the parts).
144$ something if they install it (parts including the labor) not bad because it has warranty whatsoever.

We left the vehicle around 11 a.m,
We received their first call 2: 27 pm, thats like more than 3 hours past saying that we don’t need to replace our brake pads because front pads still has 75% and rear has 45%. I am so happy because they were honest but this is where the JOKE starts,

i told the guy, i’m picking up my vehicle then since it doesn’t need brake pads replacement, so he told me, i still need to pay 80$ for the inspection but willing to waive the price if we do the cleaning/lubing of brake, caliper, pins etc for 140$ (yes 140$ just for that) so instead of paying that 80$, i agreed with the cleaning.

30 minutes later, the guy called again saying one of my lug nut is stuck and asking my permission to continue, they needed my authorization first because something might happen, i told the guy to leave that side but he told me the squealing might still be there if we dont clean all sides.

I asked him then if they can just replace my rear brake pads, so atleast im getting a:
1.new rear pads
2.waiving the inspection fee
3.avoiding that stuck lug nut on the front,

BUT the guy insisted that i don’t need to replace my brake pads and if i insisted, they still have to either resurface my rotors (140), or replace them (350), i asked him lot of times if its a must, he made clear to me that its a package deal.so i eventually went on with the cleaning to avoid paying a lot of money, and guess what, he called me 20 minutes later saying that the stud broke.

Now, i told the guy to leave it then but he said i cant drive it with four lug nuts only due to safety bla bla bla bla, so i have to pay extra 160$ for them to fix it.

In the end, i paid 250$ just for the new stud/lug nut and cleaning/re-lubing the 2 rear brake/caliper etc.
No new brake pads installed.
Squealing is still there.
Wasted money and Wasted time.

I did a lot of mistakes and wrong decisions on my part, but the biggest mistake i did which i regret the most is that I WENT TO THIS CIRCUS (Service section in particular).
Should’ve avoided it in the first place.

*please keep in mind that you have to pay 80$ minimum once they took your car keys.
They dont want to help you but wants to get a lot of money out of you, so im sharing my experience to help others AVOID this place for service and absolutely avoid greedy Aman waraich

After deciding to buy new for the first time, I did alot of research and was happy to look for a Honda CRV. After requesting information on one from Wheaton Honda's website I received an email within a couple of hours (at 9: 30pm!) from Mark.
I met with him the next morning, even though he had just arrived into work he was courteous in getting us into the CRV right away. Test drive was fine, we pleasantly chit chatted and I had no qualms about purchasing the vehicle. It was simple and straight forward.
The financing department was personable and accomodating as well as the service department who made sure we understood all the features. I have already recommended the dealership to people and am happy with our purchase!

Avoid their services! Don't fall for the good reviews, they are for their sales and parts department.

Brought my car in for brakes inspection due to squealing sounds; we thought the brake pads may have worn out.

They called and said the brake pads were okay. The squealing was from the rear and they recommended oiling oiling all 4 'axles'. We gave them the go ahead.

Then they asked for approval to remove one overtightened lug nut in the front. There is a risk that it might break and we'll have to pay 160 for the repair. We asked them to leave the front side. They convinced us to approve the removal otherwise the squealing won't get fixed (note that they initially said the rear was where the squealing was coming from). We approved thinking that we were paying for the inspection anyway so we rather had the problem fixed.they broke the lug nut. We asked if the car could still be driven home and the service advisor rudely asked us to decide if we wanted it fixed or not because the mechanic already started the repair.

The lug nut was overtightened for around 10ft/lb due to the torque wrench being initially set wrong. We talked to a mechanic later and was told it would have come off easily with a 'manual wrench'.

We go in to pick up the car and the invoice says the service advisor recommended changing the brake fluids. HE DID NOT! If he did, we would have gone for that instead.

Also, we brought the car in straight from a car wash not more than a kilometer away but the car was assessed 'dirty and may have hidden scratches'. Maybe to cover up if they actually scratch you car? Who knows. Point is, they assess you wrong.

I recently had my vehicle stolen, and had to purchase a new one. The last month and a half had been a nightmare dealing with insurance and not having a way to get around sucked but buying a vehicle through Wheaton Honda was like a breath of fresh air. My salesperson David was more than helpful and such a pleasure to deal with:) He answered every question I had and made the whole process very easy. James, the finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic dealership, well kept, well trained staff.the entire experience from top to bottom was pleasant, never felt forced into anything and always felt that my salesman, Drew, was aware of my needs and baring them in mind as he worked his magic. From finance, Shannon was very clear, concise, and friendly. Even at time of pickup the dealership team was efficient and thorough, ensuring I knew everything I needed to know before I left with my new vehicle. I have a brand new Honda civic and I've dealt with the service department twice and both have been bad experiences. The first time I brought the vehicle in after calling for my complimentary oil changes and they would not do it because the light wasn't on, it came on 2 days later. This time I brought in my brand new car because of an oil leak and when they called to tell me my car was done and I asked where the leak was the girl on the phone said she couldn't help me. I came in to get the vehicle and went to the service department where they told me to go pay the service receptionist. At no point did they tell me the status or what was done to my vehicle. When reading the bill I see they didn't have the parts in stock and did not fix the leak. When talking to the advisor about the parts on order I explained it would have been nice to be told the leak was not fixed prior to pick up to which his response was that he could have held my car until the actual repair was complete the next week. This dealership needs to work on their communication with their customers and their customer service. Customers should be advised of the repair plan for their vehicles.

I’m making a review because I’m very disappointed. I’ve been in an accident recently and the first thing I did was to check if you do body repair. I have been a loyal customer with wheaton since I had my car in 2014. You always advertise that We should not let strangers (non-honda) open our hood. But then, when I came to you guys for repairs/estimates, the man at the counter gave me a third party autobody shop business card. He said that you are not doing it there. You’re website said that you do. I chatted 3 ladies online regarding this matter and they said they will forward it to wheaton but no one even gave me a call and explain. It is not that I didn’t trust the third party autoshop that you referred me but I have most trust with your dealership. I hope this action will not affect the extended warranty I purchased from you.

Since fall is around the corner, I booked in a “Peace of mind service” at Wheaton Honda last week. My peace of mind service with Wheaton Honda turned into a nightmare. I booked in for a multi point inspection with oil, filter change, and was able to get an appointment conveniently. I drove my car to the dealership early morning and Meaghan was my service advisor upon arrival. She took the needed information and asked me if I can leave the vehicle for a full day to which I agreed. I was even able to get a courtesy ride back to my house thanks to the shuttle service.
Around two PM, I got a call from Meaghan informing me that there were a few observations which I need to get rectified. I picked up a few of the important ones and asked her to hold on to the rest for now. She also informed me that the technician has observed some unusual noise/ sounds from under the hood. She further asked me if I would like that diagnosed further, to which I gave permission.
Roughly, around three PM I got a call back from Meaghan informing me that the technicians have been able to diagnose the noise issue and that my vehicle needs a new power steering pump and fluid flush. She further told me that the vehicle is ready for pickup and I can come over and pick it up. I told her that when I come to pick up my vehicle we could discuss more and go over the recommendations. A shuttle came to pick me up and I reached the dealership around four PM. I went to the service desk looking for Meaghan but I was informed by Aman that she had left for the day. I was told to pay for my services at the cashier desk and collect my keys from there. After collecting the keys and paying I needed someone to explain the recommendations. Aman quickly went over the recommendations and since the dealership was closing, I walked out.
This is where everything went horribly wrong for me thanks to the amazing level of employee negligence at the dealership. I drove my car of the lot to head home and might have driven it 15 minutes to the most, I was taking a left turn when my vehicle shut down on me and smoke started to come out of the engine compartment and I thought my vehicle is on fire. I parked my car on the side street and was devastated to be in this situation. I could see fluid leaks and smoke coming out from the hood. It was a cold snowy day and I sat stranded trying to figure what to do next. I called Wheaton Honda and since it was closing, they wanted it towed and brought in so they can look into it the next day.
Since I had no choice, I called some garages in the vicinity who could look into my vehicle and upon finding one; I requested a tow truck to tow my car there. Upon investigation and diagnosis, the service advisor informed me that the power steering reservoir cap was missing. Due to which the fluids had spilled all over in the engine compartment. This further caused the power steering fluid to deteriorate drastically causing the pump to cease. This simple error on part of the technician not only caused me grief and financial suffering but I was without a vehicle for few days affecting my day-to-day activities. The auto shop had to replace the reservoir cap, shampoo engine, change steering belt, change pump and fluids that could be delayed if Wheaton Honda did their job right.
I did call Meagan to inform of what had happened and how the negligence had caused me great distress mentally and financially. She told me that I should have brought it to Wheaton rather than some place else, she further said that power steering pump was one of the recommendations so it was bound to happen. I politely differed from her view and informed her if that power steering fluid reservoir cap was put properly, I would not be on the suffering end. I spent a few hundred dollars at Wheaton and thousands at the other shop since someone did not do their job right. My family has been coming to this dealership (Millwood’s Honda) since decades but we never had seen such levels of neglect and apathy. I hope that others take note and think twice before taking vehicle to Wheaton Honda.

My husband and I have been loyal Honda customers ever since we could drive, and after having our third baby we needed to upgrade to a minivan (after years of convincing from my husband that I could be a cool minivan driving mom!). We shopped around at several dealers in Edmonton and Sherwood Park and ended up buying a 2018 Odyssey. I now love that vehicle more than anything (outside of family) as it has made my life so much easier.

But the reason for this review is not for the van but for the dealer. Mark Tucker made the process so easy, pressure free (to be honest we hate car shopping due to the salespeople but Mark is different!), and the communication via text for financing and options so we could figure out if we would buy was so convenient with work and kids.

Service is fantastic - easy to get appointments, friendly staff (I’ve had several visits with? Albert Yeung) who explain things well. I’ve had some issues with the wiring of the entertainment camera and dvd which they figured out and are now fixing. At first they didn’t have a minivan to loan me for the week they’d need but, after Mark asked around, he got me their test drive odyssey so I could cope with 3 kids for a week or I’d be stuck in the house!

Really recommend Wheaton Honda overall and specifically Mark for being genuine (he’s one of two salespeople I really respect and have only good experiences with), friendly, helpful, and caring not because I’m a customer but because I’m a person. There’s a little less of that nowadays so maybe that’s why he stands out.

I bought a Honda from Wheaton Honda and was very pleased with sales people.
But I have had 2 recalls for the vehicle. I live 300 km from Edmonton and we don't have a Honda dealership where I live. I was going to be in Edmonton for a couple weeks and phoned the service department to try to obtain an appointment. Both times I phoned I was put on hold which is fine but both times I waited over 15 minutes and the service department never came back to the phone. So I hung up because I didn't think they were interested in my call.
I wouldn't go back to this dealer because of the lack of interest in service.

Was doing my due diligence to shop around and price out a Honda Civic. Wheaton was the last dealer I called. The salesman (whom I will not name out of respect) did his best on pricing. He came in a couple bucks higher than my local dealership. When I told him I was most likely going to stay with my local dealer he began to tell me how they were "liars and theives" and their practice was to "lie to customers, make them think they are getting a good deal etc". (Which by the way was not the case).

When said salesman called me back the next day, and I told him that I was going with my local dealer, he gave me a sob story about how "this was really so frustrating for him, because he tries to tell a customer (me) that the dealer they are working with lies, and the customer chooses to go with the liar instead of him".

Just left a real sour taste in my mouth. Need to act like a big boy, you lost the sale, don't go after my intelligence or the integrity of another dealer.

Rude service staff, amd poorly finished job. Went in with no check engine lights or anything on, got a new key programmed and suddenly after I pay and go to leave, a check engine light is now on. After telling theservice advisor he tells me it was nothing they did and I would have to book it for a check, I got a little upset and he went over and reset a simple code leaving the light off. You would hope after a 200+ dollar key that the mechanic could have taken the 5 minutes to reset the code before parking it in customer pick up. I will not be back to this dealership amd infact am going so far to tell others to pick a different Honda dealer, this one will leave you unsatisfied.

I’m only putting one star because I can’t put 0, I brought my 2017 Honda Civic SI in for an oil change and during the deal with the car I was given the free oil changes for life. So today when I brought it in I was told it will be $180 because they have to check the brakes in order to do the oil change, and this process must be done every two oil changes. I asked if we were able to just skip that so I could get the oil change and was told that if they don’t do that it will void the warranty on my car. I will be taking my car else where to get the oil changes done and will not be purchasing from here again.
