My downhill bike wasn’t feeling that great to ride, and a couple other places couldn’t seem to fix it, but Nathan fixed it up perfectly and adjusted it for my weight. Super happy with the service here! Thank you!

I wanted to get my husband's bike fixed and tuned up as a surprise so I dropped by to see if they had time to look at it.
They were happy to take a look and told me to bring it in.

Took my old bike in that needed some serious TLC. I spoke with the gentleman there and he said it would probably take 5 to 7 days but he could fix it and have it back to almost new. I got a call 2 days later that it was already fixed and ready to be picked up. The bike is in great shape again and I have had zero issues. The definition of fast and friendly service.

I dropped off a couple of bikes to Nathan on a Tuesday afternoon. Told Nathan I was in no hurry just needed a safety check and tune and if any major mechanical needs to be addressed to please call me. Wow, Nathan had my bikes in "ship shape" for a noon pick up the next day. Thanks a lot Nathan for the wonderful service at a very reasonable price. Convenient, quick, and affordable.

We had an excellent experience both with an annual tune-up at the start of the season and when we popped a wheel (our fault for riding through really rough areas with a bike not built for that). Plus, with such a great central location on the trails, we got to ride the bike home afterward. I highly recommend Wheeler's. Oh, and the adorable dog was great, too.

I tend to do most of our family bike services but with the bikes today I find myself lacking knowledge and so we took all the mtn bikes into wheelers and am very happy to say he got 4 bikes finished and running great in a timely manner. Excellent work

I asked Nathan to assemble my E-Fatbike and he did a great job and in a timely manner at a more than fair price. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions as to the use and maintenance of my new bike. I will most certainly be going back to Nathan for ongoing bike service.

For what ever reason today (May29th) we decided to get parts to fix my sons bike. Nathan had the replacement rim we needed and helped us switch parts across. We had a great chat while he was working, he has a huge passion for what he does! Today he fixed our one bike up but in the future I will be bringing all our bikes in to the shop for full tune ups.

We have 2 mountain bikes (a Kona and a Cannondale) that needed a spring tune-up to get them ready to ride, Nathan got both of our bikes in and out of the shop quickly on short notice and they are riding soooooo smoothly! The price was reasonable and Nathan is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We can't wait to join the Wheeler's Bile Repair crew on one of their evening rides!

I'll never go anywhere else! I dropped off my son and wife's bikes yesterday, and by today, they were lovingly tuned. Nathan could tune anything. I'm sure if I dropped off my old piano, he could tune it, too! Then I'd use it to write songs about how my wife can now switch gears, and how my son's brakes work.

He walked me through all he did, and I left confident that the bicycles were in top-form, and ready for spring, summer and fall cruisin'.

Tell you what. I don't even have my own bike, but I'm thinking of getting one just so I can take it to Nathan.

True story.just for fun, I dropped off a stationary bike, and told him I couldn't get anywhere with it, and asked him to make it faster. Two days later, I picked it up, then rode it from Red Deer to Penhold.

Picked up my Son’s bike from Bike n Board in Rocky after dropping off for a spring maintenance and minor repairs. After 3 weeks of waiting for the bike to be finished I called and told them I would be picking it up today, done or not. Paid $262.00 and the girl wheeled the bike up from the back with a flat front tire! I said to her what the heck am I going to do with this, it didn’t come in like this! She said the owner was on holidays until the 19th and said there was not much she could do. She gave me a tube for the tire and that was all she could offer. I called Wheelers right away and asked if they could fix a tire for me today. The gentleman who answered the phone said “yeah forsure, bring it right down! ” That’s just what I did. Walked right and Nathan fixed it for me in about 7 minutes. Awesome FRIENDLY service. Would make the hour drive any day of the week to have our bikes fixed there. Thank you so much Nathan!

My Grandaughter's bike got a vehicle squishing when she parked it in a less than optimal spot. Nathan dropped what he was doing and fixed up the last items I was unable to do so she could have her bike for the weekend. Here's a guy who genuinely cares about helping out his community. The parts were in stock and we were in and out in half an hour.
