Very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of work this store provides to its customers. They are my go to place now for wheels and tires.

Brought in my Audi due to a nagging sound at the wheel level (note: I am not a car guy). Todd assessed and the wheels weren't balanced properly with two tires showing very uneven wear. Assessment, remedy and new reasonably priced tires took all of 4 hours and my vehicle was ready by early afternoon. Great experience and I'd recommend Wheels Plus to anyone who hates the hassle of some repair shops.

These guys are friendly, they work fast, I honestly didn't trust them at first, (as I don't trust anyone) but things have only gone smoothly each time I walked in, I've gotten 3 sets of tires for 3 different vehicles here, they can get busy, but they are willing to work with you when they can 5 stars for sure

Don't go to some sketchy place to save a couple bucks and end up sliding all over the road or worse yet having your knockoff wheels fly off your car

Nice shop and the guys at the front counter seemed good, but I inquired about a set of wheels and was told they were in stock in two different colors. I show up at the location the same day I was told they are in stock, and the wheels were never actually at the location, they were 5 days away. Really dissapointed that I wasted my time driving across the city to see (and buy) a set of unique wheels and show up to nothing.

Friendly, and helpful staff. Was able to get me a competitive rate on tires, mount and balanced very quickly. Nice waiting area, provides coffee and water.

This place should be your go to. Every other place was much more expensive with lower quality and 3-4 weeks to receive it. Wheels Plus quoted me less with better tires and rims and was installed a week later! Great knowledge and customer service.

Absolutely amazing service! This is the second vehicle we have taken to them for tires.
Yesterday I had an issue with a tire and was told it couldn’t be repaired by a different shop. I called around to numerous places to get quotes on new tires for my truck and this is the only place that was able to answer my questions and get me an amazing deal. They also got me in and had the tires changed over the same day. When they took the old ones off they noted the damaged one could be fixed and offered to just do the repair but since my rear tires were low on tread it made sense to get the new tires and have them repair the damaged one. They also found another tire with a screw and fixed that one so now we have a set of back up tires if we ever need them.
Whoever drove my truck also didn’t even move my seat which was super awesome but I feel bad for whoever sat there with their legs crammed up.
If I could give more stars I would. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating! I have already recommended them to friends and family today based off this experience!

Todd and his team are fantastic, they corrected another shops error in under a hour. Gave me a detailed description of the issue and what was needed to resolve. Stand up guys and will always treat you fairly.

Todd and the guys are amazing and "down to earth". I did a number on my Maserati rim and thought I would have to purchase a new one. My nephew recommended Todd at Wheel Plus. Bought winter wheels and had my OEM wheels powder coated. Service was great all around and very happy with both sets of wheels. Would recommend going into wheels plus if your considering new wheels or refinishing existing wheels.

I bought a new 2021 Kia Sorento and needed some Winter Wheels/Tires. Todd was super quick, prompt and had answers for all my questions. And now I have an awesome looking winter ready Sorento!

Aaron was excellent to deal with. Hands down better service than all of the other places in Edmonton. Honestly all of the others would only direct me to a website. Aaron took the time to educate me on what would work, proper sizing, options, etc. Their pricing is exactly in line with others but FAR better service and on that point alone I would highly recommend shopping local here.

Wheels Plus is probably one of the best tire shops in Edmonton. If you want it, they can probably get it. On the off chance they can't, rest assured that you'll be given plenty of comparable options to make your car or truck really stand out.

Just got my Gloss Black DUB 1-Piece Shot Calla from Wheels Plus. Can't wait 'til it's summers. Good place to buy wheels & tires. I actually booked for another company until a friend of mine told me to check Wheels Plus and I'm glad I did! They change the tires from my stock rim to winters and put my stock rubbers to the new wheel. Not only the service and communication is great but their office as well. Their office is immaculately clean, I managed to do some office works while waiting. People there are friendly and Todd is a hands on owner. This place is highly recommended, they will help you to get what you want and will give you reasonable pricing.

These guys are absolutely hands down the best shop in Edmonton! I originally stumbled upon this shop when I need a hub ring for a wheel. Since then I’ve purchased a full summer and winter setup for my car and a summer and winter setup for my girlfriends car. They are fast, accurate and get the job done right. I had a slow leak in my girlfriends car and they were able to squeeze me in right away. HIGHLY recommended.

Just got my rims from this shop, I ordered a rims thats out of stock so it took a bit of time before it came but worth the wait rims was so good, I love it. Prices are nice too compared to the prices in online shops.

This tire shop is the worst on the Southside. The staff are arrogant and the customer service is terrible. The prices are ridiculously high and not even comparable. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Todd is absolutely amazing. I've been getting my rims and tires from him for years, and I've sent all of my family and friends to him as well. When you find someone that does top notch work and provides excellent customer service, you stick with them for life!

These guys are very professional and know what they are talking about. Aaron helped me pick out rims for my truck for about 45 minutes (it was hard for me to choose). They ended up being perfect. I did have to get wheel spacers too which they do sell and install which was great and made it easy. The only thing is that they charged me 35$ to get them re torqued. I do get that you're running a business but it made me feel like I wasn't I priority anymore, 2300$ on rims/spacers I thought would include a re torque. Other than that I would totally recommend these guys! I'll be going back there for sure! Thanks!

They were helpful in finding me what I was looking for. They were willing to order rims I had found online, and helped me with getting the fitment I was after. They were easy to work with, allowing me to have a friend come back to pick up the tires.

Before, I have purchased 2 sets of wheels and help my friends get wheels from tirerack and tires are done by local Costco. I was originally searching for Mandrus wheel and the official website let me to wheels plus. Todd and his team are expert and their price are unbelievable. The installation process was very smooth. Recently bought winter rims and tires for my stinger and the experience was great. Also bought wheels and rims for my previous car 4 years ago which is why I came back. The guys were very approachable and super helpful. I'll be going back soon to see about some summer rims.

Highly recommend Todd and his team. Most refreshing attribute would have to be the outstanding customer service offered, along with affordable pricing (compared to other online retailers) and rapid availability of service - even when deep into winter-tire season. I was surprised at how quickly the service was done, I wasn't left waiting for weeks for my tires to come in or hours for the installation (as unfortunately was previously at a large retailer).

Todd is EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable, has a wide variety of products and lines to get you whatever your heart desires.

He has sold me tires for a few different vehicles I've had, and not once have I been disappointed in service, people or the time it takes.

I have even shown up with tires and wheels from a different tire shop that needed balancing and mounting and he had no problem doing it and still gave me warranty.

They are a great group and I will continue to take my personal and company vehicles there for tires and wheels.
