It was a great experience renting a car from Whitecap since everything in the process went smooth and professional. Amazing customer support. They go out of their way to help you and have a good experience with them. I can warmly recommend that you rent your car or truck from Whitecap.

Always a great experience when going to whitecap. If my vehicle needs servicing I’m in within 24 hours. All the staff are super helpful and very friendly.

Kelsey on the car rental side does a fantastic job. Our schedule and timelines are erratic and ever changing. She is always working with us to make it easier. I would chose Whitecap over Budget or Enterprise any day. Thank you!

Unfortunately I was not happy with my
Service/Customer service at the detail centre. I got my car a platinum detail package which includes steam cleaning and all the works. Most of the detail I had no complaints about, the clean outside and in was done very well and looked really good. But when they steam cleaned the headliner on the vehicle, it caused my headliner to sag quite a bit. It is an older car but had no prior
damage/sag to the headliner. They offered
to repair the headliner of the vehicle free of
charge, which was nice, but the repair came
out looking worse than the initial sag did.
Also, the manager at the shop claimed that they were bringing an employee from the main dealership, assumingely a mechanic, to do the job, which was not true. It was done in house at the detail centre. Also, I paid a discounted price from the usual cost of the detail, and was initially told after discussing options for the headliner that I would have to pay in full to be treated like a regular customer, which I didn't have an issue with. Their treatment was to do the repair, which did more bad than good, or split the cost of the labour and parts 50/50. Note I did not sign anything putting damage liability on myself, which I think should make them liable for the replacement. (Note when I went in to pay for my detail they actually did offer me the discounted price again with the same deal of the free repair or 50/50 replacement, which was nice I suppose.) After the "repair" they refused to pay for the replacement in full, so I am taking it upon myself to do the repair. They offered to pay half for the cost of my headliner if I do the labour myself, and when I refused they offered to reimburse me the cost of the detail, which I also refused, because I was happy with the rest of the detail and honestly just upset with their attempts of deal making. If they are not willing to fix the damage they caused I will do it myself at my own expense. Would recommend if you just want a basic clean, but would highly suggest not getting your headliner done here. Photos are included of the initial sag after the clean and the glue job repair afterwards.

Fair service. Staff were on lunch. But some team members were able to generate a needed quotation for installation of winter charging port for GMC truck

Our 2019 Denali HD broke down in Red Earth and we had it towed to Whitecap Chevrolet Buick GMC. The service was amazing, they had it checked immediately with 3 technicians and running within 30 minutes! Thank you so much for your assistance and getting us back on the road

I have never financed a vehicle before, therefore i wasn't sure on what to expect. Allison made the experience better than i could have ever imagined. It was seamless, positive and so very exciting - all thanks to her! She is absolutely incredible at what she does; knowledgeable, experienced and just all around wonderful to do business with. Thank you so much Allison for everything you did for me, I love my new Blazer so very much!

A huge shout out to Jack, Lisa and Allison! We drove into Whitecap and had a problem with our Denali. They went all out to help us out. We ended up ordering a new vehicle and trading in the truck. They put us in a loaner, high end vehicle while we waited the few weeks for our new vehicle to come in. They could not do enough for us. The service we had was incredible and they went through all the systems on the new vehicle more thoroughly than we had ever had on any other new vehicles. They wanted to make sure we enjoyed all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. We drove away with a big smile and a fantastic vehicle. Thanks Whitecap! ~
