Whitecourt Ford

Phoned in for an oil change, gave them my vin stated 3 times it was the high output engine 6.7. Got a quote went in got my oil changed went well. I go to pay and it’s 20 dollars more. I ask why they say oh well your the high output so you take more oil. 20 bucks whatever but it’s the fact I stated it 3 times and gave my vin. That’s why I’m only giving 3 stars. Everyone in the store was friendly waiting area is nice condition. I just wish they would have admitted there bad or something just sits wrong with me.

Just bought my vehicle at Whitecourt ford through salesman Dale! He was amazing to deal with. They were very accommodating to my needs and wants which is always important to me. Thanks Whitecourt Ford!

I've never had so much trouble trying to get a vehicle repaired. Did more damage than good. Truck ended up being towed. Avoid this place. Techs are sloppy and management is unprofessional.
Edit- after the response from them on here. I WAS NOT CONTACTED. While they had my vehicle I had to call them at the end of the day to see what was going on. They were more concerned with detailing it and buffing out the scratches they put on the paint than having a proper look into the filth they introduced into my intake system. Gave my vehicle back with a filthy air filter obviously caused by greasy dirty parts being set on it. Tried to call them. They won't even return calls. Absolute nightmare of a dealership. Vehicle is booked in at a different dealer for proper diagnosis of obvious piston ring damage. Way to go Whitecourt Ford. The bill will be sent directly to you!

Never been to the dealership before, I’m from the other side of Alberta. It’s 8am on the dot as I roll through. I had tried to jump over my trailers hitch and my foot snagged the connecting electrical cord earlier in the morning which wrecked the plug in door that holds plug in place. The parts guy’s computer was slow so the old ninja just says “I know which one it is” leaves and comes back 30 seconds later, asks if they can warranty it, the service lady gets a tech out on the spot. He’s super nice and does the job in 10 seconds and legit I’m in and out in under 10 minutes with a smile on my face and gratitude in my heart. These people were genuine, knowledgeable and absolutely competent. 5/5 stars all day long folks.

Kathleen and team were great. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and service my vehicle. I was impressed. This dealership exceeded my expectations!

Worst manager ever seen. Manager Dean is sulky and awful to deal with. Don’t know why he’s a manager when he didn’t even know how to handle customers and deal with. Don’t go here find another dealership.

To whom ever drove the black transam around 9: 30 a.m. This morning I got dash cam footage from your reckless driving which I will be dropping off at the RCMP yet,

If I could give a zero I would. If you want a Ford, find another ford dealership. This one is the worst. The GM is awful to deal with. The finance are shady.

So you are looking at all the reviews of this company and all the low ratings seem to have a common thread. Trust your gut and walk away now. If you don't it's on you.

Stay AWAY! This business is a joke. Got warranty on your ford? Good luck. They will fight and fight with you. Go too much better places. This place should be shut down.

Worst Ford dealership around! The manager Dean is a snake. Instead of putting something through warranty he told my son to go get the engine block welded and then sell to a wholesaler. Just so they could try to sell him another truck instead because there is a 6 month wait on a new engine.
Good thing my son has more morals than that.
This goes to show you they don’t care who they try to rip off. Disgusting.
I have not heard one positive experience from anyone that has dealt with this dealership, especially when it comes to warranty work.

Great store. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Purchased a new pickup here with the help of Cheri. Awesome to deal with and went above in beyond in many aspects and would definitely recommend! Will for sure come back here if looking to purchase in the future!

I think what I appreciated most is how much knowledge base the Salesman had about the vehicles he was selling. He was able to educate me on what Ford is doing to add some very unique features to their vehicles.
Looking at the interest rates on some new vehicles, if interest rates are important to you and to most of us, they are - Ford is definitely worth looking into.
I came into the dealership late in the day and got enough info in a very short period of time to have days' worth of food for thought.
It wasn't just the new Mustang or Bronco that impressed me but the customer service and the salesman himself.

Month 5 of waiting on paperwork to transfer my pickup off my personal. Been in more times then I can count and im usually being fed a load of it being someone else's fault. Even tho it took 2 months to find out someone on this end filled out the paperwork wrong. Usually don't leave reviews but come on 5 months for something that should take max 1 month! Talked with other dealers and they can't believe it. Time for that is about 3 weeks. Save yourselves a headache go to the city
