I was very happy with the service and professionalism of everyone at whitemud landscape. From Gurpreet at the front desk to the men in the yard, everyone was professional and kind. I will definitely come back in the future.

Price is good but waiting to get loaded takes forever! Been waiting for 20 minutes and I’m watching the guy in the little loader/forklift they have move pallets around while myself and another person waits. Spends 20 minutes moving pallets when he could just move them by hand and it would be quicker.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry!

Big thank you for their generosity in donating some river rock for a memorial. Have purchased products from them also in the past and have always been happy with the service/products.

We have picked up mulch and found the quality of service and product great. We recently had mulch delivered and again service and quality are top notch.

Thank you so much for the great experience. The staff are amazing! Efficient and courteous and very polite. We purchased 2 yards of mulch and we were in and out in less than 20 mins. They also donated rocks to our rock painting project for our seniors with no hesitation. Good companies like this one need to stay in our community so stop by and see what they have to offer.

Thank you to the VERY helpful staff and to Jeff for donating the rocks we needed for our Spring Festival at school. We had a limited budget they donated all the supplies we were looking for! Not to mention I was there for all of ten minutes. So efficient, very kind, and I would expect they would be just as great for any landscaping project you might have planned.

I was a little concerned because Cal’s was quite a bit lower in cost than my usual florist. However, happy to say that the flowers were delivered in a very timely manner and the bouquet and vase were beautiful! I will contact Cal’s the next time I send flowers to my grandma.

I spent a year landscaping and this place was hands down the best experience for our crew every time we showed up.

The yard boys are always friendly and quick to deliver your product, the process to pay and receive is seamless, and the yard is spacious enough to manoeuvre with even a big trailer behind you.

My son wanted to paint rocks to hide in the community to spread some positive vibes. Thank you Jeff for allowing us to take a few rocks this morning totally free of charge! Unexpected but we are so grateful! Thank you! You made a young boy very happy:)

Picked up 3 yards of top soil and spread it out over all my brown grass areas. To make a long story short. I did the whole process of spreading and seeding incorrectly. I talked to the manager and he explained where I went wrong and I'll tell you, I made a mess of my yard. He understood my problem and explained how to do it properly. He even offered to bring me some top and seed with instructions to properly look after the yard after seeding. Thanks Jeff.

Twice I have gone to Whitemud landscape for supplies and was extremely disappointed. The first time I had rented a trailer and purchased a quantity of soil. Once I was loaded I was not 100% sure but the load did not look like the quantity I ordered, and I questioned them which they replied with a stern no that is the right quantity. Not to my surprise when I placed the dirt I was short. The second time I went with my own trailer which I know 100% how much 4 yds is, as I had purchased it several times at Burnco. I needed approximately 2 1/2 yards to finish a large project, instead of having the same trucking company haul a small load I took my own trailer and purchased 4 yards at Whitemud as it was close but it was close to closing time, when the yard man loaded my trailer he put in four buckets telling me that his bucket was a 1 yard bucket? Not true my trailer was less than half full. I questioned the quantity they told me it was 4 yards and they would not do nothing about it, I tried to go into the office it was 5: 03 they had locked the door and I couldn’t get in. I left very disappointed but took the load to the job to finish, as I thought I would be, I was short and had to return the next day to finish. Never again will I use Whitemud landscaping, don’t trust their quantities, they are dishonest and don’t seem to care.

They were very helpful. It was pretty obvious I didn't know anything about landscaping size etc. Guy who loaded my stepping stones was helpful plus gave me additional info on how to take care of my stones. Will definitely come back

Great service from the salesman, Danny, and all of the other staff. When it came to loading, the lot worker came over quickly to start getting the stones in the car. The salesman came out to help and another staff came as well. Everyone of the staff we talked with were friendly and helpful. As it was quite a few stones we needed to make a few trips to pick it all up. Thank you for the help everyone!

My boyfriend and I went to Whitemud Landscape Centre looking for some information and pricing on a path we are doing and Greg was extremely helpful and friendly. 100% would recommend this business.

We went to get some bigger rocks for out front rock garden. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us find what we were looking for and we were pleasantly pleased by the very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend using them for any of your outdoor projects. A big thank you!

It has good products, great people and services, just a little tight to get around especially with a larger truck, like a tandem.

I had an account for years, and I never felt like a priority as a customer. Their staff were usually fairly quick to try and rush/end our conversation when I was trying to get the right product which did make a huge difference. Some products are way more than others so getting the best price is important. On multiple occasions I found better prices than any of what they recommended, and twice I asked for materials in advance and then found out they had non in stock when I arrived. This on one occasion costed me 2000 dollars as my job was locked on and had to be done.
I came in for the last time to bring in all my pallets and I then had someone with great customer service work with me. Which is unfortunate because it was a little too late.

10/10 would recommend. Their pricing is very reasonable, all of their staff are super friendly and helpful and, service is prompt! They put in extra effort to ask the construction crew next door if they could get my dirt/sod in the backyard so I wouldn’t have to work so hard. I really appreciate it!

Great service and really friendly staff! I have come here five times for bags of rocks and soil over the last five days. I underestimated how much rock I needed for my project. Every single time I went, the front staff and the guys in the rock yard have been awesome. The staff in the office are knowledgeable and patient.
They answer my questions in detail. Big shout out to Danny for helping me out so often and being so nice. Really impressed with how friendly and nice everyone is.
The guys in the yard are really professional and efficient. As soon as they see a customer, they go over and fill their order. When there is a lineup, they make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. Since I was buying bags of rocks, the guys had to haul these very heavy bags to my car. They are hard workers!
Awesome people here, which made coming back multiple times enjoyable. Thank you!

Seriously kind people work here. So friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I drove up an employee asked if he could help and walked us over to what we were looking for (rocks for my son to paint) When we went to pay for them they said don't worry about it, they're yours! As we were putting our rocks in the car another employee asked if we had found any petrified wood. We hadn't, so he stopped what he was doing to offer my son a few pieces that he had with him! You all made our day) Thank you so much!

Forgot 4 paving stone upon delivery but was delivered the next day. Also the sand they delivered had black fresh asphalt and lots of 1/4 to 1 inch rocks throughout. I had to spend more money and time to refinish the ground for paving stone. The driver of the truck who delivered pretty much insinuated I was a liar by saying he checked that bag of sand and it was good.

Things happen but to insinuate I was a liar gets negative review and no more of my future business.

I've been here dozens of times over the last 2 years. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable. I've watched the employees patiently help many people with no knowledge of landscaping and helped them to get the right products for their projects. I've also compared with a few other places and Whitemud has the best prices. I highly recommend.

Went to get some Paver Landscape Stones to build a DIY fire pit pad for our backyard. Very happy with the quality of the product and how it all turned out. Danny was great to deal with and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a quote or needing more information on their array of products.

Fantastic company, prices and service! I got first got a load of limestone and then later got a fireplace. They made it super easy to order the limestone and the driver was awesome when he brought it to our place. They have a great selection of rock and are very helpful. We love the fireplace. Keep up the great work and service- thanks again to Danny for helping us, we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent and friendly customer service. They were quite busy at the time when I picked up my rock material. I wasn't getting a large quantity and need to load he rocks in pails. The staff in the yard were patient. They helped me load the pails in my van as well. I would definitely use them again for my next project

Although my initial and subsequent visit and purchase of edgers pavers was very good, when my wife decided the granite charcoal grey were too dark and that the old town brown were better, I returned 24hrs later to exchange; I was told I couldn't return due to Covid rules. That makes absolutely no sense.

Was about to place an order from another store nearby but so glad I drove by this place. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy at all, looked for ways to save us money on delivery. The product was delivered the next day to the specified location, comparable quality with others but better pricing. Highly recommend and will be back for other landscaping needs.

Stopped in today to pick up some materials. Greeted at the door by staff. Very friendly and helpful in finding what I needed, Very reasonable price and great service in loading. Have been here before and will continue to use.

Excellent customer service and sales staff! I went for looking 6-8 inch river stones. It’s very good selection of stones. Staff very friendly and cooperative.

The best price but that is not why I took my business there. The staff are awesome and very helpful. I was shown how to lay a pattern of bricks even though they knew we were doing the job ourselves. I had been to two other suppliers and found there attitude towards women despicable. These gentlemen are the very best people to deal with and would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly service with decent prices. Had to wait on a Saturday morning and a truck offloading material but fairly quick considering.

We have been working on a patio renovation and the staff at Whitemud have guided us through the whole process. Their staff are knowledgeable and keen to help with any question or issue that comes up. Their prices are competitive as well. We will never go elsewhere for landscape supplies and advice!
