Great friendly, knowledgeable, service, I deal mostly with Jordan, whom I will say goes above and beyond even if you are trying to find rare or older parts.he will do his research, and help to find a solution or alternative if need be for some of those obsolete parts. However the rest of the staff is just as friendly and each one of them brings a different knowledge to the table. They have just acquired a new employee to the table I'm not sure of his name however his knowledge of bmw ladies and gents is quite impressive as well, so whether It be aftermarket OEM or import their team of players should be able to help you with your mechanical needs and requirements. If you end up on hold be patient it's worth the wait.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. I deal with Jordan but they're all great. I used to deal with the other guys Bumperr to Bumper and NAPA but I was over paying for the same product. And you can get options. They can sell you low, medium and high quality products and their prices are lower then the big guys. It's a family run business and Justin works with his dad so I know these guys will be around a lot longer then I will be.
