I was in the store this morning when I was taking out an item from the freezer and with all the empty boxes cindy the freezer when I pulled out one of the items another fell and landed on the top of my foot which scraped the skin and blood I had said something to an employee on the floor they went and looked took the empty boxes out and didn’t even bother to ask if I was ok so when I went to the cashier I had mentioned what happen so she paged for the manager and that was a joke all they asked if I needed a bandaid didn’t even bother to look to see what happen just only concern about me needing a band aid not impressed at all and not great management

Prices are decent and I find there's items you can't find elsewhere. The store is kinda dingey and lots of times the freezers need restocking.

A great big store with just about everything. Ideal for large scale shopping, this is the place if you need a 20 liter pail of mayonaise.

The meat department here is great, and easily the best place in the city to buy your pizza toppings.

They also have a great clearance section for cheap eats that are soon to expire! Cheap lunches!

Not just for big quantities either.

Store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Other than that's it's a whole sale store, prices check against others stores.

Good store shopped here twice, it cool that it has the same company of Superstore, and the meat tastes way better than walmart meat, and it cool you can get a really big ranch, we got one that was maybe 4 leaders, and we go though ranch fast, so that nice that it will last awhile

Great store with amazing products, especially international products that you can't find anywhere else. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable.

Some good deals but sketchy people always begging for money outside the store and digging in the donation boxes.

Well stocked and easy to find everything. I love that I can go to the website and use it to budget my grocery list ahead of time.

There is a really great section of catering supplies and cookware as well as groceries similar to Costco and Superstore

Just like Costco, you need to know your prices to know if you're getting a deal. Otherwise, good place to shop.

I would like to Thank "Lary" who helped us out yesterday. He was removing some garbages left by the customers in the cart outside the store. We were trying to find a wallet and even though he dont know about the full story, he tried to help us out to remember where we might have put it. Putting some effort to help out customers with issues like this is beyond a wonderful experienced. Thanks Lary from Red Deer store.

Always enjoy shopping here. Lots of parking spots. Clean facility, cheerful staff willing to assist. Now have arrows on the floor so make sure you're going the right direction. Plenty of selections in every department.

It's primary function is for wholesale food items.
Although personal shopping is allowed, that is not the primary function of the place.

Large quantities, great selection, competitive pricing. Not for small family shopping, more catered restaurants, supplies for large gatherings and such.

Lots of ground to cover but everything you need when you are preparing for a potluck or dinner.

I found the staff veey friendly and helpful. Especially a big thanks to the sweet little girl at the till today that noticed i had cut myself and without a word went and got a bandaide along with a wipe for me

I am at this store sometimes 3 x a week! The staff for the most part are very helpful and friendly. It can be hard if not impossible to please everyone who comes into any establishment so I think the job they do is more than adequate I would say very good in fact!

Good store with a good selection! I like that there is no membership fee to shop there. Prices are fair, I still shop for certain items elsewhere but you'll get a good overall experience from this store. PS they have boxes at check out so you do not need to purchase plastic bags or bring your own.
