Overcharged for my Oasis juice. Bought 12 and 8 of them were incorrecty priced. Went back in and waited at customer service until I just left.

Generally good experience; however, prices are often the same as Superstore - they just carry larger quantity products for certain items.

This is a great alternative to Costco Wholesale if you want to buy in large bulk quantity and you do not want to pay annual membership fee. They are the bigger version of Super Store. Local restaurants buy their supplies from here.

Well I was there my 5 yr old had to use the washroom and as someone was coming out of the staff washroom I asked lady coming where is the puplic washroom as was asking my son run in to the wash when we came out she went and got the manager. It was completely ridiculous was to feel like a criminal. I will not be going. Back

I buy 10" pizza boxes most often from here for my pie business plus a few other items as needed. I've also purchased stuff here on occasion when doing a big dinner at our church. Everything is easy to find, prices are reasonable and staff are helpful.

80% of the time I come here, the things I come to get are out of stock. Whoever is the manager in charge of the ordering process needs to step their game up. This is pathetic. Won't waste my time coming to this location again.

Really Bad customer service by active Manager. We take bowel and went to cashier Naveen price is coming $5.79, we told price is $1.79 if we buy in pack of 4. She said can you take pictures to show out us, she not call even merchandisers to check price.we will take picture and showing out her. After she call another person Jay and I want with him to sawing out price, he also check all product in displays in that section with $1.79. Do the price match they called manager, no one of them apologize for wrong display. They are explaining us barcode is not matching. Barcode description is not readable in displays. Manager ask cashier what is price coming on scanning she said $5.79. She told us to paid $5.79 she saying it is too much price difference. Her attitude like it is our mistake. They guys not ready to even accept their mistakes the display is wrong.

I've always appreciated the great staff who work in this location to do an exceptionally good job. I'm very disappointed that although speaking a big game about being there for small businesses and bringing in products that small businesses need, when I give my feedback asking for more stock of liquid certo to be added to the shelf so that I don't need to drive to five different Loblaw supplied locations to purchase this product, I am shut down at the management helpdesk. Nope there's nothing we can do for you it's the system and we cannot make any changes to that because it's based on sales.so Mr. Loblaw just so you know I would like to purchase from you and you're shutting me down. Have a great day. And ordering five days in advance which is what was advised to me is not an option in My Business. I receive orders one day and I need to fill them the next. I would purchase up to five cases of your liquid circle at a time if it were available. That's $500! Are you crazy?

Great place to find various products under one roof but you will never find employees around if you need assistance.

TBH never had this kind of service from this place before. In the last 24 years of me shopping here. I had bought the wrong product and needed another one. Waited 10 minutes at the C/S only to be greeted by some lady arguing with me that I have not been waiting 10 minutes. This Caucasian lady needs some support / guidance on customer service. Thanks a lot.

We usually only visit this wholesale place a few times per year. But every visit, we will find something for our small household.

Its like if you took superstore and Costco and combine them into 1, the only thing I'm concerned of are the prices

It is a little bit more affordable than going to the regular superstore and had almost all of what we needed

The best use for this store is to buy groceries in bulk. Hence, even though some of their pricing are a touch on the high side, come over if you want products in bulk. They offer a wide range of goods, including fruit, frozen vegetables, meat, drinks, bakery items, household goods (pots, food wrapping materials, cleaning supplies), over-the-counter medications, and much more.

Good value for money if buying in bulk (good deals on some products not all). The store is not very clean and some of the staff members need to be retrained in providing better customer service starting with the manager!

Very expensive and most of the time item could not be found. However, they have great customer service five star goes to the cashers espicaly Dori!

I believe she is one of the Managers, her name was Jaimie, she was such a big help and was able to direct me to every item I needed for a big camping trip I needed to stock up for. A super bubbly individual (and super gorgeous to boot!) Honestly brightened my day interacting with her and I will definitely be coming back with friends/family in the future. Amazing deals too!

Must visit this place if you are in a food service business. Even if you buy for home, must visit this place for bulk buying. Very reasonable prices.
