I’ve had countless massages in my life and undoubtedly Mary gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

I saw 4 therapist for back pain, while visiting Calgary, Rita Klasa at
Why Knot Massage, was the only one who gave my lower back some pain relief. I would recommend Rita to help anyone with lower back pain, alignment, etc.

Been going here for years and have had such great experiences. I've seen multiple therapists and each have such lovely dispositions, something for everyone. Some of us only have a finite amount of massages a year so thought I'd write a review for Why Knot, they're worth it.

Mary, is a truly skilled therapist. Her Eastern medicine knowledge helps her identify what areas need focus. I highly recommend her!

Was awesome haven't had a massage in a few years and this was perfect to come back I will be returning

I showed up for my appointment and the door was locked so I tried calling in multiple times and no one answered. I emailed letting them know I arrived and the owner emailed back and told me someone would be coming to open the door shortly, however 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, no one did. After I emailed the owner that I would be leaving, she called me and indirectly implied I must not be there because the massage therapist was waiting for me. I'm not sure how that would be given that I called, emailed, knocked, and waited beside the door. I'm completely certain I was at the correct location.

I went for a massage today and I had an awesome experience. Rodina Hamdan was able to get so much tension out of my body and worked on my knots that were bothering me. My body feels great after today, so thank you Rodina!

Vicki gave the best massage I’ve had to date. Strong hands and deep tissue, it was the best. She also showed stretches on how to eliminate sudo-sciatica and stretched out the muscles, the most relief I’ve had in a few years. Thank you!

I had a relaxation massage with Mary (Jin) Mu. I don't typically leave reviews, but I have to say that this was THE BEST massage I have ever had. And believe me, I have had MANY massages by so many different people. If I could give Jin 6 stars, I would. As I left I was already looking forward to returning and plan to do so.

The RMT Sheila was awesome. She was able to provide me a deep tissue massage that completely alleviated my back pain. She is polite and friendly. Place is clean and pleasant. Highly recommended.

I finally found my new favourite therapist -Mary (Jin). Amazing service and a perfectly customized treatment. With her impressive skill set, Mary was able to help me with a number of issues - from plantar fasciitis to my persistent cough and sinus pressure. Thank you, Mary!

Me and my girlfriend both went for a massage both therapist were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. If could change a thing or two would be great to have a steam or shower room in there but besides that still 5 stars.

After painting a mural in one of the massage rooms, I received an incredible massage from Vicki! She was able to get all the tightness out of my neck and back, and gave some extra attention to my tired arms too! I left the clinic feeling super refreshed, and my body still feels awesome days afterward! I have greatly enjoyed meeting everyone at the clinic, and love the good energy in the space! Also, the location is amazing, so close to everything! Thank you so much for the great experience!

My first time having a massage here and the staff was very friendly. The building was easy to find and very clean. Cara did an amazing job working out my problem areas and I left feeling much more at ease.

Sandeep was very informative regarding my ankle and calf issues. Not only do they do a great job with rehabilitative massages and cupping, but are very knowledgeable and provides education on how to progress through issues and eventually get you back to 100%

I have gone 3 times now, and have to say Cara is fantastic! One of the best massage therapists I've had to date. She has helped relieve tension and discomfort for me on my back and neck. I highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a really good deep tissue massage that addresses those stiff and knotted muscles. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would - very happy.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, unfortunately was quiet lack luster (barely felt like was being massaged). My back feels the same as it did when i went there. Again very friendly staff but i wont be returning.
