Brought 2 of my white jackets here thinking they would do a good job considering the very good reviews. I usually go to fishman’s on 17th but this place has a higher rating and is cheaper so I thought why not.
When I picked up my jackets I paid without even looking at them assuming they did a good job from the reviews. My jackets had some stains and dirt marks from wear considering they are white jackets. I noticed the stains were still there so I went back in and they said that it was the best they could do. Fair enough considering how easy white can stain, but when I went home and looked at my jackets closely it looked like my jackets were not even cleaned at all. Even simple marks that they could’ve taken out were still there, and the stains looked completely the same.
Anyways, I took the jackets to my usual cleaners (Fishman’s) the same day I picked up from this place and they were even confused as to why certain marks were there. Literally it looked untouched! I had to get them cleaned again by Fishman’s and it is 90% cleaner from when I picked it up from this place. Even the stains are really faded after taking them to Fishman’s right away, so I don’t believe they even really cleaned my jackets and just made easy money from me.

Was in town for a wedding and needed my pants fixed because covid put some pounds on me lol. A friend recommended this place, amazing service! Love the ladies working there, they really know to make your day! Definitely going back there if need be!

Hands down the best place for alterations and dry cleaning. I had dresses that needed to be altered for my birthday and (Jenifer Tran and Tony) they took such good care of me. They’re so sweet, understanding and easy going. Best price & quality work and so far my favourite alterations in Calgary.

I brought a bag to replace a clip, and Jennifer did a great job. She was able to fix it quickly. Tony was very friendly and polite. I Highly recommend their services.

Was recommended to my wife and I by a friend and we won’t be taking clothes anywhere else for cleaning + alterations. Staff is super friendly and even when a hem job on my wife’s dress ended up being a bigger job than anticipated they only charged us for the original quoted price. Highly recommend

Great alteration jobs never fails to impress, affordable rates for dry cleaning too would recommend to anyone who needs their clothes readjusted for the correct fit and style they have their in house tailor

Just got my winter vest dry cleaned here, was in awful condition and worried I wouldn't get the stains out, Nam helped me out alot and I will definitely come back for all my cleaning needs! Awesome shop and very easy navigating for what you need to get done! Highly recommend this place!
