I called a lot of companies to rent a place. They all are welcome. But when I called this company and said that I'm Ukrainian and arrived here with my family 3 months ago, she immediately said "Sorry no, bye! " and I just hung up and came here to leave a bad review to let everyone know that this company is not interested in renting places for new people. Btw I'm renting a house right now for $2500 in bridlewood and I'm working as a general manager, so I have money to rent. Unfortunately these people don't care. They just hear "Ukrainians" and that's enough for them!

Management is attentive and fair, Doris is a great help with any requests. If you are able to find a renovated apartment they are nicely done, I must say 5 dollars for a wash/dry cycle is mental and needs to be lowered immediatly, all in all it was a fine 3 years living here, you kind of get what you pay for here, all in all 7/10

I lived at Willow Green Estates in a bachelor suite for about 6 and half years. Management is very helpful and understanding. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The location is near Superstore, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Tim Hortons, Italian market, A plus and Circle K convenience stores and many many other amenities. My suite had a modern upgrade and I loved that stand up shower. My building was adult only, was very quite and never had a noise complaint. I highly recommend Willow Green Estates. Living in this complex has been great! Affordable very clean and updated unit. Nice quiet location with all the stuff you would like around you - Transit, Wal Mart, South Centre Mall good restaurants are all close by.
Staff is nice and very professional.
Property is well maintained.

Some of the most disrespectful and inconsiderate people I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. We moved into a second floor unit with a two year old child. Within 2 weeks of living there we were told to move out as our child was disrupting the peace of other tenants by walking around in his own home. We we're told by Collin, the manager to discipline our two year old child or we we would be forced to move out. We chose to move as clearly our presence was not wanted on the premises. They tried to get me to sign the walk out inspection before they even completed it. Not only that but they had no written documentation of any previous damages. They had move in pictures that they took before we moved in. They were blurry and or shot in the dark. With the only clear pictures being very broad and unspecified. Then when they took pictures on move out they were very specific with their pictures and ensured they went over every detail. They want to send in a cleaner and charge me for however long they decide to work for in the unit. I refused to sign the inspection and I was told I would be sent the pictures aswell as a digital version of the completed walk out inspection (they tried to get me to sign it while it was blank and not filled out). When I called Collin 4 days later I was told that he had no idea what I was talking about and that he had 10 days before he had to do anything at all. He would be charging me for painting fees for patches in the drywall that were not even mentioned on the walk out inspection (as they were pre-existing). They will also be charging me a cleaning fee even though we top to bottom cleaned the entire unit before inspection. Absolutely atrocious people. DO NOT move to this location if you want to see any of your damage deposit, enjoy being treated with respect, like being spoken to as an adult or have any children that you can't tie up in their room and ensure they make any sound whatsoever. No compassion and a RUTHLESS company! Don't expect your damage deposit back no matter what!

My Brother and I lived there for over 2 years. Had a few maintenance issues, but they were looked after in a timely fashion.

Complex well maintained, especially courtyard.

Would have no issue recommending to friends

Enjoyed my time while I was here. I was generally impressed with the quality of the apartments. Modern and clean.

Staff very helpful, and would live here again
