Artur did a great job explaining the entire process and the options available regarding the installation and price. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole job.

I recently dealt with this Window Mart location to get new windows for my house. The sale’s experience, product and installation went ok. What has made me come a give this review is the extra fees (2.5%) associated with payment through a credit card, which was not explained at contract signing. An initial deposit was taken with a credit card which created a precedent for future payments. I reached out to the office staff on multiple occasions and inquired about a discount for paying in cash, which they were outright dismissed.

Our recent purchase with Denys Zhadan was great. He was easy to work with, patient and knowledgeable.

I would like to revise my review. After improperly installing a window in my garage I'm still waiting to get an install on the casing after improperly installing a window it will now need to install casing differently.seems like after receiving the money they don't care to complete the job not talking about to get the job done right at the first place. COMPLETELY NOT satisfied with windowmart! This is not the way to do business would not recommend them. Stay away!

I would recommend window mart to anyone. Alex is an amazing salesman who goes the extra mile for his customers. He informed me about the Canada Greener Homes grant with the government. With this knowledge, I was able to replace needed windows in my house.

Denys has been great! He always brought helpful suggestions, and helped us with select the best options for a complex project. He demonstrated enormous patience, and answered our many questions. Denys guided us to the most efficient and economical solution for our windows and doors. Denys was meticulous in doing the contract up to avoid mistakes.
All the staff were extremely helpful and patient with us to get the job.
Definitely would recommend the company and salesman to others.

Was gathering quotes for a new house build and came across Window Mart. Stopped in without an appointment and Vincent Zyp was more than gracious and professional to sit with me and talk through what windows I wanted, the options, and answer all the questions I had.
In the interim before placing the order, Vince was awesome at answering all my questions, working through window sizing revisions and adjustments and all other inquiries.
I am highly impressed at the level of professionalism and responsiveness, which was a factor in ordering all my windows from here.
The other factor was the quality of the windows - they seem to be better than other brands I've looked at, in both construction (with the internal air compartments surrounding the glass to increase efficiency and sturdiness) and the glass - the glass is thicker than other ones - ranging from 4 mil to 6 mil (I ordered some big windows!) - to ensure that the windows will be sturdy and last for a long time.
They also have the best warranty - 25 years. Which to me, means that they stand behind the quality of their product.
In price comparison to others, they are on par/a little more. But I think it's well worth it.

May post an update once the windows are ready, delivered and installed... But so far... Five stars Window Mart.

Our home was previously redone by Windowmart. Although our contact who guided this process, did not service us, it is worth saying that the same standards of excellence, professionalism and care were observed by our current contact, Vincent.
This shows a thread of consistency, a "unity", if you will, by the Company, Windowmart.
Our trust has been rewarded, both by the past effort, and the present job. We are pleased to know that this standard of moral business perseveres. The Window Mart team is amazing to deal with. They provide prompt service, and everyone I have dealt with is extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace their windows and doors. Yuri was very knowledgeable and very informative!

Ordered an awning style window over the kitchen sink and a bay window in the kitchen.order was placed on April 18/22 finally delivered and installed November 23/22. The installers Alex and Leo, did a wonderful job.
My biggest concern was the lack of communication with the delays in manufacturing. Please do better in communicating with your customers, keeping me informed would have eased my stress level. Please do not respond with COVID as an excuse for not communicating.

I ordered a replacement window to update the look of my front door. Windowmart had great options in style and size, and better pricing than hardware stores for similar products. My window took some time to arrive due to overseas delays but Windowmart kept me updated and asked if I wanted to wait or get I refund. I chose to wait and am glad I did! The new window looks fantastic and took about 10 minutes to install (myself). Beautiful and quality product!

I was very pleased with the estimating and ordering service from Denys Zhadan. He patiently responded to all my questions about LoE, and window construction, educating me on what it all meant so that I could make an informed decision. He was very accommodating to meet with me as needed during the order confirmation process, and was always right on time for our meetings. Our windows will be installed next spring, but I have already recommended Denys and Window Mart to several friends and family. I am looking forward to the installation, totally confident that the installers will be equally professional.

Lovely company to work with, Denys took very good care of us and gave great options and information. He even helped entertain our toddler so we could go over all the details to make sure we were happy. We only wish the install date was sooner but it will be worth the wait!

Andrey was very nice to deal with and brought in sample window to show us and explained the differences. The installers were also very prompt so thank you everyone at Window mart for making my new windows happen.

Andrey was great. He really took time to show us the options we have to the windows, the pro and con of the choices we have. Most other sales people only came and stayed for 15 mins but Andrey was with us for as long as we needed to answer all of our questions, he was personable, professional and showed he cares… that was the main reason we choose to work with window mart and the price was the icing on the cake.

Fantastic service from sales to install and no problems at all. Had my first windows done by Alex, and when it was time for more Andrey provided equally good sales with the same no-bs, friendly, professional service. Installation crew carried that professional service right through as well. Even if they weren't the best price, I'd be inclined to give them a call just for the superior service.

We moved forward with Window Mart due to their price point and professionalism. Vincent was so knowledgeable on the products he was offering and took time to explain the different features his company offers. He also navigated the different options to make sure our grants from the federal and municipal governments would be used to their maximum potential. I also love that Window Mart is a Canadian company started here in YEG, I definitely would reccomend calling Vincent to do a free quote in your home!

This was originally a 5 star review. Now it is post install. We have a touchpad lock that was moved from the old door to the new door. Locked the door this morning before going to work, our codes to unlock the door did not work. The lock reset when the unit was moved. Called WindowMart at 9am to hopefully get this sorted before I came home from work. Called again at 5pm to confirm that it would be fixed tonight. It is now 7pm and I am locked outside my home. No number to call and no promised followup from WindowMart. Very disappointed.

Denys came over to help us order the replacement windows and doors. He explained the products n a lot of detail, showed us the how the different styles worked with samples and was very helpful to make suggestions and share experiences of previous customers.

He we courteous & respectful and didn't rush us at all. Once we'd talked through all the options we wanted he crunched the numbers very quickly and we made our order!

Our salesman was great, the installers did a good job except that they ripped out our house alarm that was attached to the old window without asking us what it was. The installer that was inside the house didn't speak any English so we couldn't tell him what the wire and plug were for and the other installer didn't ask for him.
They buried the wire in the frame and we contacted to office to tell them, they sent the installers back to pull the wire out but they had cut it so short that pulling it out was impossible.
We have phone the store twice and a supervisor or manager has been supposed to call us back but that has not happened.
We now have had to pay for the alarm company to come out and fix this problem.
A response from the company would be appreciated.
We have now had a response from the company and the matter should be resolved tomorrow.

Denys helped us to order replacements for all of our windows. He was professional and patient on each step. He explained well on the window structure, quality, and its warranty. He worked very hard on our contract even it was late after office hours. He was also responsive on each question.

This company needs to pay attention while hiring drivers, one night the driver from their company try to hit me with small truck and showing me middle finger and he is doing speeding full of aggression and anger just nearly to kill me i will upload the pictures too

We have used Window Mart several times over the course of replacing house windows. The quality of windows is outstanding and the staff are great. Michael has helped us with estimates etc and his service and knowledge is second to none. 100% recommend Michael and Window Mart

Exceeded my expectations. We have had nothing but poor quality from numerous businesses and these guys blew my mind. Excellent. Highly recommend. They did an amazing job, while being so fast at replacing 3 windows and back sliding door. They had to change arched windows to rectangular and it was done perfectly. Perfect clean up. Siding replacement was seamless. I'm very OCD and I'm so, so happy. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Denys in the Edmonton office did a wonderful job explaining Window Mart’s windows as well as their warrantee (he even brought a window for me to see how it’s made and try opening). After purchasing my windows, he clearly described the process and what I should expect before and during installation. He was punctual and professional. The price of the windows is good and I look forward to seeing how the installation process goes and my new windows!

We met with Andrei and jt was a great experience going over the different options of windows we had. Andrei was very thorough in his explanations us the characteristic of every type of windows and helped us choose the best option for us.

We have been meeting with Vince in the Edmonton office for the purchase of replacement patio doors. He blew us away when he came for the consultation. He invited us to the showroom to look at the quality of the doors and the options. Again, his knowledge blew us away. We signed the contract a few days later with him. I have had an estimate completed and order made for an entire house window and door replacement. Vincent was extremely helpful and efficient. I am looking forward to having the work completed and anticipate the same work excellence.

I recently replaced 15 windows and the front door through Window Mart. Andrey is very knowledgeable and handled the whole process professionally! It took about 3.5 months for the whole process to be completed - from getting the quote to final installation. The installation by Vladislav’s crew went well for the most part - a few dings and dents were left on my newly painted walls. The damaged has been reported to their service department!

I met Michael Romankov at the Edmonton Home Renovation Show in 2022 and from the beginning he impressed me with his very personable demeanour. As I've dealt with him since, he has taken a sincere interest in doing what's best for me regarding replacing my home's windows and doors. He has demonstrated professionalism, integrity and 'going the extra mile' to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed.
I would very much recommend him and his company!

He was riding my bumper, then pulled along side of my, glaring at me, matching my pace (slow or fast) until he had to exit
I guess he didn’t like that I wasn’t doing 100 kmph in the construction zone?
Don’t know if your windows are any good but the stupidly aggressive behaviour of someone in your car means I will never use your business

Michael was on time and extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. He answered all of our questions about different window options, doors, financing, and even spent time providing advice outside their scope of support.
