Our experience with Window Mart so far is excellent! Max, the project manager came to do the quote for us. He is simply amazing! Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all the questions and concerns we had along the process. He provided us with all the information and helped us choose the best option for us. I totally recommend him! Looking forward to have my new windows and doors installed!

We bought an egress Tilt and Turn window to replace an old slider window for a basement bedroom. Mikhail Mezentsev was our sales representative, he was thorough and took the time to ensure he captured all the requirements for an accurate estimate.

Ivan was amazing! He came into my home and handed me a business card and was very professional. He explained the details of what we needed and showed me the integrity of the window I would be receiving. I feel well informed and I feel we are making a very good decision on renovation grade windows vs.builder grade for my 80s home! The rebate program and payment expectations was also well explained. Looking forward to windows being installed.

I would definitely recommend Window Mart Calgary. I especially enjoyed dealing with Andrei Sintov because he was extremely knowledgeable about the various product lines available. He listened carefully and helped me select windows that fit my needs and my budget. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, and we were able to have them installed early which saves us energy costs. Our installation was handled professionally by Marcel. It was obvious to me that both gentlemen were proud of the quality products supplied by Window Mart which made my experience even better! My wife and I had Mikael come and provide us with a quote for a single window. Mikael was very knowledgeable in all aspects of windows, and he was a very sociable and humorous guy, there was no pressure sale with Mikael at all, adn we would both highly recommend him.

We chose Window Mart as our supplier for the window replacement project on our home. Ivan was very professional, and the pricing was very competitive. When the windows were installed the product is excellent quality and the workers were on time, did quality work and cleaned up very nicely. We have a few more windows to replace this year and selected Window Mart once again. We are very pleased with the product and the workmanship.

I recently signed a contract with WindowMart for new windows, and I have to say that the sales process was an exceptional experience. The salesperson, Ivan, was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the features and benefits of each product. Most importantly, Ivan was not pushy at all and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure.

While I have not yet had the opportunity to fully vouch for the quality of the product, as the order has not been installed, I am very positive about my experience with WindowMart thus far. The company's customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction have been top-notch.

I am looking forward to having the new windows installed and can't wait to see the final results. I will update this review once I have had a chance to fully experience the quality of the product. I have been dealing with Andrei Sintov to replace my upper level windows and he has been great to work with. Andrei is very knowledgeable, answered all of my many questions, and I never felt pressured into making any selections. I would highly recommend Andrei in your initial consultations and figuring out the best windows for your home. I look forward to the install in Spring 2023 and will update my review after installation occurs.

We had a great consultation experience with Andrei! He was patient and walked us through all the option and how to save money if we wanted to. He was very detailed and it was obvious he knew a lot about the products and is passionate about his work. We will definitely be recommending WindowMart and Andrei to people we know!

In June 2022 we ordered two exterior doors through Window Mart. We did a lot of research and looked at reviews and felt we were in good hands with Window Mart. Overall our sales person Oleks was helpful and informative during the purchasing process.

Upon install, the front door and sill were dented, the installers damaged our wall casings, took chunks of paint off the wall and even gouged/split in our brand-new floors. When Window Mart called looking for payment after the install we were met with unprofessionalism and aggressive attitudes by the lady in service. She could use some customer service training, due to her terrible attitude and talking over you. When we asked to talk to a Manager about the install and damage to the door and our house they told us it is unlikely a Manager would get back to us. Instead they sent out new installers to fix what was damaged.

We will have to spend a few hours and more money replacing, repainting, and fixing the casings that were ruined from the original installers. The two gentlemen they sent to fix the original job, did a better job, they were able to improve the dents somewhat. If how our house looked today after they left, we would not have nitpicked. While they did show up and put time in, in our eyes it is still band aid fix to the install. We think after spending almost $6000 on two exterior doors we would be treated better and more satisfied with the quality and outcome of our doors. Our house is coming up on 25 years and we will need windows soon. We will not use nor recommend Window Mart in the future.

So I had windows installed recently and had 25 done. The install was fairly smooth and did not take too long. They look much better than the old windows and are going to help me be able to paint as I can take off the molding on the inside, paint and then replace the molding. People in every department whether it was install customer service or the original person that came to my home to help go through the process of picking out the windows and ordering we're all very polite and kind.

We are very happy with our new windows from Window Mart in our Strathmore home. Ivan is extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He responded quickly to our calls and emails. Alex did an excellent job installing the windows. He was very friendly and professional and ensured we were happy with the project.

We had Mikhail Mezentsev consult with us on our new windows for our older home. Mikhail is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He took us through each window/sliding door replacement, and instilled in us, everything we needed to know about our window replacement plans. We enjoyed the process and can not wait until installation time. Mikail is a dedicated, honest and professional person.

We dealt with Mikhail and he was very easy going and seemed to be honest and open to answering all our questions. We appreciated that he offered his number if we have any questions or concerns at any point in the process to call him so we can work through it - it nice to have a direct line of communication. I did like, that we had a quote before he left the initial visit rather then waiting.

We had the project manager, Andrei Sintov, came to our house in Calgary yesterday for an estimate for cutting the wall and installing the window above the fireplace in the living room. Andrei was able to provide me with a very detail explanation of the products and professional suggestion on how the project will be managed. Most importantly, the cost is reasonable. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for window installation or replacement to contact Window Mart Calgary and ask for Andrei Sintov.

My wife and I dealt with Vincent Zyp, the sales representative at the Edmonton Window Mart. A friend of mine had recommended the Edmonton Window Mart after having them do two different installations of windows and doors over several years. Vincent was always punctual for the meetings at our house - not like other companies we met with where they give you a two hour window when they will come and than phone to say they are running late. Vincent was very professional and patient with us as he explained their product line and capabilities and options. He was very knowledgeable about Window Mart’s product line. He did an excellent job in helping us finalize the products we wanted. He never stooped to saying negative things about the competition - something the other window companies should learn from. Vincent recommended we visit their showroom to finalize the door and look at example of what windows we were interested in. This was very worthwhile in helping us finalize our decisions.

We had installed Window Mart windows almost a year ago at this point. We are very happy with them. During the past winter, these windows had proved themselves to be great insulators. As well we are very happy with their look. The people from the company, from the sales rep Ivan Renyuk to installers - were professional, courteous, addressed all our concerns. Therefore we would recommend this company to anybody.

Ilya gives us a great deal. Very happy with the service. Looking forward for my new windows and doors.

I can not yet speak to the service during delivery and instal, this review is about my ordering experience only. Andrei really new his stuff. He listened to what we wanted, didn’t push a bunch of features we didn’t need or want and the whole thing felt chilled out and relaxed, not a high pressure sales situation. He actually instilled so much confidence in me that I just went with window mart without getting more quotes. I knew the competitor price would be approximately the same, within a few hundred bucks but every person I’ve dealt with at window mart, from office staff on the phone to Andreis home visit, has been very pleasant and relaxed. You get what you pay for and I’m confident I’m getting excellent windows and service.

Nikita kraskovsky helped me with setting up the quote. So far, it's been a smooth process getting the quote done.

We had Nikita heling us choosing the windows for our house. He went above and beyond to make sure the windows will be perfect for our house and price range. Highly recommend this guys to work with!

Last year we had 2 windows put in. They are exceptional windows. The process from consult to installation was excellent.
The installation was flawless. The difference for warmth in the affected rooms was amazing!

The sales representative Ilyap, is knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and more. Punctual for our meetings. Also I deal with other windows company and I can said that Ilyap is a person that triple check all the information so no suprise in 6 months down the road like it happen to me before. I recommend window mart Calgary for the pre service but also they were recommended by my sister for the window replacement and the after service. Can't wait.

Calgary. The product is ok for it's price level and the sales is helpful/informative. But be careful the installation if you order from Window Mart. In my case the team did a lousy job within one and a half days. The new window openings are not align with the height of existing windows which they even confirmed with me before cutting and then the openings dropped 2 inches. The installer's words was "it's not a big deal". They even cut one opening too wide for the window and had to reframe it, and damaged the sidings too. My newly installed vinyl flooring and ceiling are dented/scratched. The guys stepped with muddy shoes on the new floor that was just mopped. They collected most bigger pieces of garbage which is good, but left debris/nails/screws everywhere. When tearing down the old windows, they smashed the glass and that debris mixed into the gravel of the sidewalk that is impossible to clean out. I repeat again, the product is ok but the installation is terrible.

Ilya arrived on time and was very informative. He seems very knowledgable about his product. A pleasure to deal with him.

Recently I decided to change windows for my 30 years old house in Hamptons community in NW, unfortunately, the cost sounds pretty high. Until I met the project manager Ivan Ranyuk from Window MART who gave me an nice quote to help me finally moved on my plan of window changing. He is nice and patient, with professional knowledge to give some good advice. I am so happy I could have new windows in my house before winter.

I and my wife are seniors that are being treated well and very fair by Ivan. He even gave us extra senior discount which we appreciate it very much. We are very happy with his presentation and knowledge.

We just had all our windows and patio door installed and the work was done to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied of the quality products and the quality workmanship. I had to update to four stars since with recent request to the missing Windows Energy label on our the patio door that Window Mart still hasn't provide for over a month. Without it, I cannot get my Government grant for it! It has taken longer that I expected. Be aware of this if your project has their patio door included. Ask them for it!

Updated- The manager finally emailed me a copy of the work order!

The new door arrived and was installed. The workers were very pleasant and efficient during the process. I’m thrilled with how the new door looks!

Nikita Kraskovsky just sold us some windows and explained everything beyond necessary. He made sure that we understand what we're buying. I will be purchasing more windows next year after my financial recovery. Thanks to Nikita, I will definitely use Window Mart.

After the initial walk through and measurements, we had a great and thorough discussion about their product, and many of the benefits they offer.

My house at Killarney has wooden frame windows and they are all damaged due to the condensation. I am excited to getting my windows and patio door replaced by Window mart, Special Thanks to Ivan who helped me to get the right choice. Will update the post after the installation around September.

I chose to replace 11 windows and a door, so not a small job, and will update after arrival and install but at this stage I am happy.

I found Nick to be a very honest and decent guy, he was a pleasure to deal with and was very informative in explaining the quality of his windows and the installation process. He had a lot of knowledge to share about the whole process, as he had previously been an installer for many years. After talking with a few other companies, Ivan called ahead and arrived when he said he would. We were so impressed with his knowledge and presentation that we feel comfortable in booking them to do our windows and upgrade one of our windows to a sliding door. These upgrades will significantly make our Queensland home more efficient.

After some Covid delays our windows are installed, our furnace doesn’t run half as much as it did before the windows. Our family loves them. My dad in Red Deer even got his windows and doors done and he loves them.

We’ve got them back doing our doors now!

Had Nikita Kraskovsky as our project manager. He explained all the services offered in detail which is why we decided to sign with Window Mart. He was able to get everything done for us very quickly.

Although I was very impressed by the salesman Ivan before we signed the contract, the windows that we ordered in August 2021 for delivery/installation in November 2021: we are STILL waiting on one of them, and it is June 2022 (10 months!). And they told me this week (when I contacted them once again) that it hasn't even been made by the factory yet. The concrete was supposed to be cut in October to install a basement window that they "put a rush on", and finally after my insistence that we would not wait till spring for the egress window (a condition of our contract was that one window being rushed installed before winter) they cut the concrete and dug the hole in November saying that it would be MAX 2 weeks with my son's window boarded up - BUT it was 11 weeks until they installed his window. The installers were friendly, but they said that a window well needed to be installed for the a basement window to be to code because the size was changed, and the office said that the size was not changed and they won't do the window well. I understand Covid delay and factory mistakes, but I need to contact them at least 3 times each time to get a reply within a few weeks, and 10 month wait with still no sign of completion is beyond disappointing.
(My original review 9 months ago when they asked for a review after we signed our contract was 5 stars, but I just edited it. Be mindful when reading reviews how many are written after just a good sales consult, look for reviews where the job is complete. Sadly ours is still not complete!)

I requested a quote from WindowMart and Nikita K came out and gave me an estimate. He was easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. He followed up afterwards and provided a 2nd quote when I requested more information. We ultimately went with another company to match the existing windows, but I was very satisfied with the estimating process.

Very prompt service, all the way out to Olds, Alberta! The salesperson, Ivan, was very thorough in explaining all of the different options and very patient with us as we made our decisions. Pricing was comparable to other vendors with lower quality products.

Ivan came out to our small town of Glenwood 2 hours south of Calgary to help us find new windows for our house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting windows and getting everything set up. We had one other place quote and this was a much better experience.
