The installers came this morning, on time, they were so efficient in their time utilization and working in harmony: Nicolay, Daniel and Vlad. There work is so clean and professional, they did not create or leave any mess or dirt after work. They took all scrap wood and glass, old frames and saved me many trips to the dump. They were so polite. At the end, the team leader explained to me the warranty and how I should keep the stickers for future warranty if needed, how the windows works, how to disassemble for cleaning purposes. The work quality is so good, the foam and silicon they uses is a high grade fits for the Canadian cold weather rating, the finishing is so clean and good. Excellent job Ecocline! I have 2 more windows to go.

Sergio was absolutely very responsible gentleman. Called main office to help me with little extras needed done such as caulking on other window in question as well as installing door bell and a light fixture. Acceptional deal for what has to be done. Arrived on time and brought model in for easy explanation. Very pleased so far.

Working with Sergio and Window Mart has been a pleasure. The sales team is great to deal with, the installers knowledgeable and efficient, and the windows are a wonderful addition to our home. The door that was designed and installed was so much better than the old door. And had I known about the wonderful jamb extensions available through window mart as part of their product, I would have used this company for the other windows we had done. Love the product and the support from the team.
