West is the best! I did an online quote and checked for appointments and they called and got me in later in that afternoon. Super fast! When I drove up and parked someone was at my car immediately to take it in… I didn’t even get out the vehicle. My windshield was replaced in less than 45 min … I had an utter look of shock when they called my name. Excellent explanation of the warranty and what to do if I got a chip. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The waiting room is clean and has lots of seats. I would highly recommend this place of business!

1. Quoted me a good price after I gave my VIN, I booked an appt for the next day

2. Ten minutes after I drop off they say they don’t have the right windshield there but they’re hotshotting one

3. The windshield will now take much longer and also will cost $20 more, I tell them I’ll contact them for a new time

4. The next day they tell me that they actually don’t have that windshield anymore, it went to someone else, and to order another one will be “substantially more”

5. They don’t offer any incentive to make up for this inconvenience

I’ll go elsewhere.

I had 2 rock chips, and one very rudely spread over 2 feet in 2 days. I was booked in with them and got there and the crack was too big to fix, so a new windshield - booooo. But, not only is their entire team super nice and knowledgeable and have awesome availability in scheduling, but they also have amazing prices! I will absolutely be booking my windshield replacement with them and going to them for all of my auto glass needs from now on.

This company is top notch! As soon as I arrived they were accommodating! I waited to have my windshield replaced and watched as they all worked as a TEAM. They had fun while they were working. Such a great vibe at this place. I do not want to go back anytime soon but if I have to I wouldn't go anyplace else but here.

Called to book a windshield replacement and was able to get a same day appointment. The staff were very kind on the phone and at the front desk. I love that they are transparent with pricing and did not pressure me to add any extra services, warranty, etc.

I can’t not say enough about the excellent customer service that I received at Windshield Surgeon! I brought in my vehicle because the rear view mirror came off and was in pieces. I waked in and was immediately helped and about 10 minutes later, the repair was done. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me for the work! So grateful and HIGHLY recommend!

Staff were very nice, on phone and in person. Replaced my windshield within an hour and looks great. Also got the nano coating which is also great. No issues at all.

Unfortunately, the service provide by Windshield Surgeons was essentially useless. They repaired a rock chip in the windshield, charged me $40, but there was zero difference between the before and after. And when I brought this to their attention, they simply claimed the chip was fixed, despite it being very obvious that it wasn't. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Called this morning to see if I could get in for a new windshield today. Lady on the phone was super nice and got me in at a different location where they had me part in stock. From the time I called until the time I drove away with a new windshield was 48 minutes including driving time. Top notch!

Needed to go in for an emergency. Sunroof shattered and needed it sealed in plastic while I wait for replacement. Jasmine, Tammy, Kylan, and James were amazing. They took my key right away and sealed it up quick. They made sure I was okay and chatted with me while I waited. They were all so friendly and made a bad day better.

Had to get a new windshield for my car. First one since 2008. Don't ask me how it lasted this long. Anyways I was able to get it into Windshield Surgeons no problem and they were quick to replace and let me know if I needed a new molding which I did. The nano coating is AWESOME during this slushy time of the year.

Have been going to this location for years, never an issue. Great pricing, friendly staff, the remote install teams are awesome. If you're looking for a new glass place you won't be disappointed.

Service here was absolutely amazing for my 2009 WRX! They identified the issues of rust under my windshield and handled it quickly and efficiently. There is so much more visibility in the rain and snow, plus it helps prevent chips from becoming cracks + a couple of free chip repairs as part of the warranty.

Booked appointment in advance, got there and sat for 3/4 hour watching other vehicles taken in before ours. Ended up having to ask what is taking so long to get our vehicle in? No one mentioned anything about delay issues to us until we brought it to their attention. Was told it should be in hopefully soon but not sure when. Decided to leave. Our time is important also. Communication goes along way. Can't comment on the service.didn't have much. Diappointed.
Edit. Was contacted by company to email them directly to remedy situation. Their remedy was to drive further to get service at a different shop! They also used the excuse that the shop was busy! BUSY had nothing to do with the issue of them forgetting about us. To put it bluntly; they offered no customer service and no solution to retain us a a customer. Still extremely disappointed.

After a lot of thought I have decided to write my review. My husband called to book my appointment. But I had to call them with the VIN number to confirm they had the windshield. They did appointment was confirmed twice that day 10: 00 o’clock Friday. I arrived a few minutes before and no appointment. The service personal called for the manager. They ended up getting me in. Windshield replaced. Manager called Friday night apologized for the inconvenience. If there was anything they could do to make this right. Not even 24 hours old, heard like a crackle and a small crack less than a inch. Time we arrived home it expanded to over 36 inches. I took it in and was assured that it would be fixed (manager said he could replace at cost) in a weeks time. I decided since it was fixed and I had spent over 300.00 that it wasn’t in the budget. Well the next morning the windshield cracked even more now right across. Was I mad, I texted the manager and haven’t heard nothing. What happened to winning me over. That was all talk. Crystal glass will be who I try next

After spending all most $300 in their store they didn't take the time to clean the inside of the windshield nor did they bother to clean up any of the mess on the dash or anywhere else in the vehicle from the removal and install of the windshield.

Excellent service. The staff were friendly and professional and my windshield was replaced in an hour with no issues.

We have had so many installs here over the years. At least 10 vehichles and 20 installs. We have recommended them to all our friends and trusted them to all our vehicles. Our last install was a problem. There is an air leak noise and we brought the vehicle back 4 times. So a total of 5 trips of 80km to offer our services to them. They cannot seem to find the problem. Today on trip 5 I was booked for a reinstall. Still feeling mostly positive. After an hour wait they called and said the vehicle was ready. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told my sunglasses in the compartment was the problem. I'm not sure how wind noise and rattling sunglasses are the same noise. Also I told them the glasses don't stay there that in fact I only put them there upon arrival at the shop. And they did nothing other than condescendingly inform me after all this trouble my sunglasses are the issue. I was promised a call from the area manager but it must be a busy job as we have not heard back yet. All we really want is to turn back time to a cracked but quiet windshield, but that doesn't seem to be possible.
Upsold to a replacement deal, and now seeking a solution to a proper install. So about $250 in the hole, not including time off work and fuel. If there was a negative star review they'd get it. Loyalty means nothing, I guess they have enough business they don't need ours.

I had my front windshield replaced. No problem there.
The problem is someone damaged the seal where it now leaks water!

Excellent experience! Needed a new windshield in our Volvo. Called in to the west Edmonton location and spoke with (I think) Steve. Within a couple of minutes, he had located inventory, and provided a price. They were able to book me into a timeslot that fit my schedule perfectly. I dropped the car off, and in a little over an hour later, received a call saying the work was done. The final invoice watched the quote exactly, so no unexpected surprises. Our car was as clean as it was when we dropped it off. I have no complaints whatsoever. And unfortunately, because this is Alberta and our roads are what they are, I will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

Dropped off my car, 45 minutes later I had a new windshield installed. The nano (water resistant) coating is great. Also the price was less than I was expecting.

I had called Windshield Surgeons and immediately got a reasonable price after calling a few other windshield repair places in the city of Edmonton. I immediately booked myself in the same day I called and the service was excellent, quick and cheaper than the original listed price. So that was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend this location to all family members who may need there services one day.

Took my car in for a wind screen replacement and after waiting 2 hours was told they installed the wrong window and couldn't put my sensors back in the brackets, nor my rear view mirror back on. Leaving me with a legally undriveable car. I even took my car there 1 hour early so they could make sure everything would work properly. Now Im stuck with a car I can't drive and will have to book somewhere else and waste more time, as they told me they can not do it. Very unpleased, will not recommend. 2017 VW Golf R.

1st time there went for a chip repair and the price and service was excellent. Had been want to replace my rear solid window with a window with a slider and when I went back to get a quote they beat every other quote I had by a lot booked an appointment with 3 days was told up to 3 hours and was called back in half the time with excellent service again and answered all my questions about the window and maintenance of it. Definitely top notch quality work.

Great experience here. 9am appointment, they had it in before 9am, told me an hour to an hour and a half, was faster than that. Prices were good, offered extra protection, took 1 of 2, no pressure to take the other protection. Still the only place I go for windshields.

Installed a damaged windshield that I noticed upon picking up my truck.rearview mirror, wipers and plastic trim were not properly reinstalled.however, they were very addiment they would replace the windshield and fix the other issues at no charge. I guess we'll see.

The Windshield surgeons team helped me by replacing the windshield on a Toyota Rav 4 2017. Shawna is very helpful and friendly and she worked with me to answer some of my questions with the help of the shop team. The team also helped me with the calibration of the forward collision sensors. We faced a minor issue with the sensors cover, and the shop manager Jason and the team went above and beyond to help me, especially since I was already in Toronto! Thank you so much for your help:)

Over the years, I have always been blown away at the service I receive here. Wether it is a complete windshield replacement, getting my wiper blades fixed/replaced, or just having a rock chip filled- the prices are better than other competitors in the city and the work is top notch!

Also, appointments are fairly easy to get but I have never had problems with walking in service either.
