I shopped around and WS beat the competitions price by almost $300 and had the work done in an hour thirty. They even remounted my camera for me. Great service!

I went into the 99 street location for new wipers. They noticed a couple of chips that could turn to cracks and offered to fill them while I was there. I had no appointment but they still went above and beyond for me. I appreciate good service and even though I live in Spruce grove, I will make the trip for the quality of care I received.

I had my windshield replaced here recently. On the first try, they installed a windshield that was distorted when looking out from the driver's side. I brought it back and they replaced it under warranty. For the second install, I asked them to please make sure to check the quality before installing. It still came distorted, but on the passenger side. They said that it just happens that they might get a bad batch of glass and can't really control it. I get that happens, but this should be a quality check before installation. I decided to just keep the windshield because I don't have time to keep going back, and there's no guarantee that the next one they install will be distortion free. The glass installed was Benson.

These guys were just awesome. They took care of my elderly mother's windshield replacement, super quick, super friendly and no messing us around. They gave us a quote and didn't change it when we showed up. Nadim, the manager, was just so kind and helpful to my mother. Highly recommend.

Rock chip repair. Edmonton spring-time is rock chip season. Year after year, they are always able to accommodate me when it happens. Drive in. Filled right away. Drive out. Easy.

Took an afternoon appointment for a simple Rock Chip repair but when I arrived they says it was booked for the morning. How hard is it these days to listen and confirm appointment time. I remember asking for a confirmation message on phone and guy said it was taken care of in the system. Didn't had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my Rock Chip repaired but the overall service experience at the front desk wasn't impressive at all. After my repair was done, no briefing about care to be taken. The actual technician who repaired the glass was way more polite than the service desk rep. Especially the way he asked to sign the disclaimer letter before the repair. It's not that hard to be polite in a customer facing role.

Great experience. New windshield and replaced side mirror, too. Friendly, quick, and fair price.

I have been coming here for a few years. Get my windshields replaced and repaired. They always have appt availability and will try their best to accommodate. Never had issues with any of their work. The people here are great too. They are always happy and smiling when I come. Will always use you all for my auto glass needs!

I got my windshield replaced here today and I had a great experience. Was told it would take about 2.5 hours and I was headed home in an hour and 20! The staff were very lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
