The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Was done before time. Got me in immediately on Monday as they are closed on Sunday, no stress and they cleaned up all the glass for me. Definitely going back to this place if necessary.

Was given a great price on a new windshield and they had it in while I waited. Less than an hour. Highly recommend

I have used this location in the past and been completely satisfied, and in the past chips were no longer visible after the repair. However I visited this morning all 3 chips I had repaired are still fully visible. It looks like nothing was done at all. Received a call from Andrew shortly after posting this review and the situation was completely rectified.

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing and phenomenal prices. I got a quote from here and Crystal Glass in Sherwood Park. Crystal Glass price quote was $100 more!

The lady on the phone was exceptionally nice. And Andrew at the shop was the nicest man, I was in and out within 35 minutes! I made the appointment at 10: 00 AM for 2: 00 pm same day, and had the windshield in and done by 2: 35 PM! Had four options of times to go with for same-day.

I would not hesitate to go to this place again!

Great staff. Quick and efficient replacement. Had small noise issue they immediately had it in the bay and started pressure testing. Will be taking my truck here again if another windshield is ever required. Great work guys

I emailed them for a quote and, very shortly after, rec'd an answer with a very reasonable price. I accepted and had an appt the same day. They were very quick and I was done & out the door in no time. In addition, the staff was very friendly. Luckily I had bought the chip repair insurance because less than 3 weeks later I was back getting a chip fixed thanks to a highway present from another driver! That was also handled lickity split! Thanks guys. No doubt I'll be back

I got recommended to windshield surgeons by 4 of my in laws when I needed my windshield replaced, WAY cheaper then the chain places and other competitors. I chose Sherwood park location because it was easiest for me location wise but my in laws have also been to 2 other locations in Edmonton and have had great service. I recommend them for anyone. They also have promos and warranty (I’m not to sure if that’s only offered sometimes or with seasons) but I’d assume it’s straight across the board. We’re bringing in my boyfriends truck today for a passenger window and it’s over half the amount less than Ford dealership. They work fast but also do a good job and always are very nice.

They repaired a crack in our vehicle, price was good and the service was fast. A week later another crack started in the same place. They took us in immediately and repaired the new crack free of charge. Will bring the vehicle back in the summer to have the windshield replaced. Thanks!

Found the company online and checked out existing reviews before I reached out to book an appointment. Charlie texted and emailed with all of the information that I needed, and I was able to book my appointment. I arrived a little early and was surprised that the doors were unlocked before their signage indicated that they were open. I was greeted immediately by a super nice guy (whose name completely escapes me.sorry.), who immediately checked my vehicle in. My appointment was at 0900 and by 0930, I was back on my way. The prices were reasonable, the service was amazing, great music playing in the service bay, and the customer area was clean. I will be back if I have any future windshield requirements. 10 out of 10.

I dealt originally on the phone with Charlene. She was so polite and pleasant to deal with. I could not get in until Monday but she suggested I stop and get windshield bandaid so moisture would not get into the rock chip. She said to speak with Eric and see if maybe I could sneak in during another appointment. When I showed up Eric was super efficient, quick and so courteous to all customers in the wait room. They took me in that day so I didn’t not need to come back with a newborn Monday morning. They fixed the rock chip within 10 minutes. They pulled my vehicle to the front door, another man helped me with my door and told me, moms are super hero’s. I got in my truck and drove away with happy tears. It was what I needed to hear that day. I would HIGHLY suggest this place to anyone. I had the most amazing and humble experience. I will definitely be going back for any type of glass procedures.

Did a great job fixing 2 chips on my windshield before a long journey. Fix looked great, very reasonably priced, was done very quickly and the staff are amazing and SO friendly. This was the first time I've ever gotten chips fixed, and this will be the ONLY place I go for future repairs and replacements.

Walked in without an appointment to see if they could stop a crack that had just appeared from spreading any further.got me in right away. Fingers crossed it doesn't spread further as the repair was certainly cheaper than a new windshield. Will definitely be back when I get more of the inevitable rock chips that Alberta roads produce.

Super wonderful staff, they are very knowledgeable, professional and great at their jobs. I’ve gotten a new windshield and multiple rock chip repairs done, and will continue to give them my business. Great job guys!

Nothing bad to say, this is a well run business. Good pricing, fast service and the techs are quite efficient. The upsells get a little annoying but they aren't as pushy as other businesses. I'd say i've gotten 8-10 windshields done here so far.
