They replaced the back window of my mother's 2012 Ford Escape in the fall. Everything was good. On Thursday, one of the hinges fell off, so we went back thinking they maybe weren't tightened enough. The gentleman informed us that the hinge was corroded and needed replacing. He told me to go buy the parts and he would install them at no cost. Showed up the next day, and pars were swapped out in 15 minutes.

Have had many windows repaired and replaced by windshield surgeons on 127 street and 138 ave. Their team are the best at what they do. Jazmine and Tracie at the front counter go above and beyond to take care of what ever your needs are. Everyone from the installers and technicians in the back to the admin team excel at what they do and are efficient and professional in their jobs. The finished product is top of the line and priced very economically in this day and age of high prices. Living in the country creates hazard’s for many rock chips or broken window. Winshield surgeons is my go to company for service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a window replacement or repair. They have multiple locations in Edmonton and Alberta.

Got an online quote, they got us in right after our hospital appointment and quoted us 2 hours. Was done in under 45 minutes!

The staff were wonderful repairing the windshield for us. The follow up is lacking. We were asked if there were any issues, replied yes and have not received any follow up in 2 weeks. Disappointed

Had my windshield replaced here. Over the weekend while my truck sat a crack appeared in the window. They want $200 dollars to replace it, saying I got a rock. There is no smash from a rock at all. This is a faulty install. I absolutely won’t be getting this done here. An awful company. All you do is windshields and you can’t get that right.

Just cause they book you a time to drop off your vehicle. Don't expect that's the time they'll service it. I'm sad you've been great for years.

Super nice Lady but I went in 10min after getting a chip for a repair and I didn’t even get out of the parking lot before it spidered and less then 12hr after second fix it spidered again. I wish I would of gone somewhere else because now my windshield has nice cracks which is exactly what I was trying to avoid

I was here last week and only have good things to say about the place. Everyone was friendly-and not just the polite sort of friendly, but that warm, we care about our clients, kind of friendly. It actually stopped me in my tracks for a moment.
The staff was informative, too, going over the services with me and asking about additional things (I ended up getting new wipers, too, which was awesome and very needed). The staff also went over the to-dos and not-to-dos once my new windshield was in.
Finally, the new windshield and the wipers have been a dream. I was driving my vehicle with a large crack and half-working wipers for a while, so it was great to get some brand new pieces-which were also affordable. On that note, the quote I was given was exactly what it came to be (I was given the price of wipers as soon as I requested to have them installed), so it's nice to know I don't have to budget for hidden prices.
I'd been researching several other businesses and, given the price, I was already likely to pick this one, but the staff went the extra step to call me and ask about my needs when I requested the quote, finalizing my decision to come here.

This is not the first time that I have used Windshield Surgeons for a replacement.
They are consistently reasonably priced, courteous, and professional.
Of course I would prefer to not have to use them again, but I know I will.

When I was calling around for a quote, Windshield Surgeon was my last call & as like all the other quotes, I was expecting my quote for a replacement windshield to be between 350 & 450 but they quoted my 2020 Pathfinder $200 + tax of course. I was quite impressed of how fast and efficient they are…was done in about an hour. But that’s not all, I had the window rail go defective on me and they warranted the part and came to me to get the repairs done…I didn’t have to worry about going to them on a warranty issue…that’s good business and where I want to do more business in the future…I would give them a try b4 going elsewhere, just sayin’

I just got my windshield replaced here and I can't recommend them enough!
I called for a quote and was surprised not only by the great price but that I could have the work done in the same day.
The staff are super friendly and the service was top notch. I was told it could take about an hour and instead it was done in half that!
The price was so good that it was a no-brainer to get the extras (nano-coating, new wiper blades, warranty) as well. The charges were exactly as quoted with no hidden fees, and all the dos and don'ts explained.
Overall, just a great experience. If you need a windshield replaced, this is THE place to go to!

Booked my appointment 1 day ahead.
Took a day off from work.my appointment 2 pm, I was here at 1: 30 pm
2: 30 pm the car was still waiting outside, but some other customers came after me but they took their cars in.
2: 30 I went to ask at the reception, a different lady from the one I gave her the keys.i asked her she didn’t talk nicely, and said still your car will be ready around 3pm, then came back to tell me the back window takes about 1.5 hours to 2 hrs! She didn’t even know what window I was there for!?
1.5 hours and my car still sitting outside! At the same time was taking in a different car.
I decided to take my car somewhere else, and asked for the keys back.
Anyway I was referred to them from a company that i know the ceo but this will the first and last time going there.

If I could give more stars I would. What a amazing couple of ladies out front. The customers service is out standing. Thanks again

Good front desk service. I was just a little disappointed with how my windshield was replaced. My car was left dirty and with pieces of rubber moulding in my car and a few glass shards. There was a couple of moulding smudges on the car. And there is a small scratch already on the new windshield. But otherwise competitive pricing.

This is my first time visiting and using their company and I am very impressed! Brought in our 2017 Malibu and was charged the exact amount of the quote, which was very competitive, and allowed enough savings to add new blades and the nano coating service. I was told about 1.5 hrs wait and they completed everything in under an hour. Highly recommend this company and their extremely friendly staff! Will definitely recommend and return with other vehicles. Bravo!

We put our 2013 passat here for new windshield replace and install. The price for windshield was great tne fromt staff have been welcoming to the service as this in not our first visit with our 2nd vehicle. The passat which has 2 plastic snow stops down on the corner of the window which were there before we brought vehicle in then as I was out of town working my girlfriend took care of it. When she got the vehicle back the 2 guards were gone very noticeable when I called I got the we have ot on video nothing is edited or falsified. The response was that there technician obviously did something with them during the install misplaced or broke them. Basically I was given rude customer service then when the 2 parts that magically came up missing are more expensive than the windshield I had replaced. Was nor given good customer service nor where they upfront to say we will rectify the situation. So after contemplating whether to write this review or not it's finally done and do believe my best coarse of action is to contact BBB to see if they can help in this manner. Also had our Nissan window replaced which they told me that some old style adhesive was used on windshield previously giving me back my Nissan woth no window trim around the windshield. Very unhappy with saving money on the cost of a windshield but paying for it on the back end

Fast and friendly! Not only did they get me booked in the next day I called for a quote, they had me in and out within an hour. The price was great and I took advantage of their insurance too, like most drivers in the city rocks love my windshield so this will definitely pay for itself! I have gone to windshield surgeons 3 or 4 times in the last 5 years and I have never had a bad experience, they get you in and out in no time at all.

Friendly customer service and at most professional in their doings but a little I wonder if the bottom of the windshield requires a gule for the bottom end rubber of it

Great windshield replacement firm. The technician replaced my windscreen on my parking pad at my home in July. This week one of the pinball driver's here in the Edmonton area, drifted into the right shoulder of the road. The result was predictable and sustained a chip to shiny new windshield. Gotta love every one, idiots too. I had purchased the service plan that Windshield Surgeons offered. It includes chip repair and $99 windshield replacement for one year. It paid for itself today. Made an appointment, and the repair was said and done in half an hour. The personal at the 127th street location are be terrific! Friendly, courteous and really good at their jobs. I recommend this outfit to anyone who is occurring damage to their windshields through the indifference of others. It's only gonna get worse out there, so why not have some kind of backup to save literally hundreds of dollars in repairs.

I use this location for all of my auto glass needs. They have the best prices in the city for windshield replacement and their windshield nano coating is magic. I hardly use my wipers on the highway anymore the rain drops just skitter right off. Just stopped in again today for a rock chip repair which didn't cost me anything due to purchasing the rock chip repair plan when I had my windshield installed. Customer service is stellar, shop is very clean. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

No bathroom or wifi. Not much of a waiting area but they do have a picnic bench outside!

I like the speediness and the receptionist was very friendly and made some suggestions to me changing the wipers of well, which I found beneficial. I was disappointed though that they did not use new double side tape to reinstall my stuffs (dashcam, GPS and sensor for the glass). 2 days after everything fell off. Unfortunately I am from out of town so I had to order the double side tape and corrected the issue myself. Overall the service, replacement time and price was great.

Had a new rearview mirror installed at a different shop, but they had run out of adhesive to fasten the new one to the windshield. Called these folks up and they got me in ASAP. I was also missing a part to make it work, they found a spare in their shop. Did I forget to mention it cost me $0!? ! They treated me like a paying customer. Above and beyond as far as I am concerned!

My rear view mirror fell off this afternoon and it took a chunk of the inside of the windshield with it. I was about to go buy some glue from Canadian Tire when I thought “maybe I should get a professional opinion on this. ”

I showed up at 4: 10pm (50 minutes before they were closing). The windshield technician came out to take a look at my car. He said “if you try to glue that back in the same place it’s just gonna keep falling off. Pull in to bay 3 and I’ll see what I can do. ”

He remounted the mirror an inch above where it fell off (since there was some glass missing there) and told me not to worry about $$$.

I gotta say, they really went above all of my expectations on this and have won me over as a customer. When this windshield inevitably needs to be replaced you can rest assured I will be coming back.

I got a massive hole in my windshield on the way to Edmonton. Decided to stop by and see if they could fit me in. The staff was great and I was in and out within an hour. Love this location they have done lots of work for me in the past. I will undoubtedly be back! Worth the drive for the price if you’re outside of the city.

Wow, what an experience! I was in need of a repair, just pulling in off the highway I called in at 3: 50pm to see if someone could see me. I realized that the chances were slim since this was so last minute. The fella on the phone, Jonathan, got me booked in for 4pm. I drove over and Tammy had a look at my window and said sadly that due to the nature of the damage the windscreen wasn't repairable. However, while I was in the store I had noticed an add for nano coating. I liked the benefits that Tammy explained to me that this coating provided, so I decided that I would go ahead and purchase this service and take my chances with the damaged windscreen. As I pulled in the service bay, the manager who was on location said he wanted to see if he could work some magic once he saw the problem. Well he is now known to me as magic man. He was able to greatly reduce the visibility of the crack and make efforts to stop it from spreading. Since they could not guarantee the work I was not charged for this service. I left with only paying for the coating, where I get a second re-coat at no extra charge. Tammy was incredibly friendly and I was in and out in less time than she had estimated. I love the care that I felt I received. Even when Tammy thought that repair was not likely she took time to explain why. I will definitely be back! And I plan to recommend them to everyone I know!

She is professional, multi tasking was second nature- customers, phone and shop without blinking. She fit me in and another satisfied customer was created. I had my windshield replaced at the North location. Quality service and it was ready at the estimated time. I would highly recommend them.

The service wasn't that convenient and experience wasn't that great: I was told it would take an 1 hour and 10 - 20 minutes to complete, and I would get a phone call when my car was ready. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes, and I didnt get a phone call. When I asked why it took an extra half hour, I received a chippy response that service is on a first-come-first-serve basis, which I thought was a strange response since I had booked them by appointment. They could have done a better job of managing expectations, and when they under delivered, they didn't address my concerns. I'll be using a different glass provider in the future.

The Edmonton North location is the definition of Customer Service. The staff are friendly, professional, accommodating, economical, efficient and HONEST! We've had windshield replacements performed on multiple vehicles, wiper replacements, multiple rock chip repairs, windshield coatings and even a dent repair.
