Tom is the Bomb, if you need a salesman that is dedicated, knowledgeable and takes your opinions to find the best possible options for you. Well Tom at Windsor Ford is your guy. He is not like any sales person i have ever dealt with, he takes all asspects into account and will never lie to push through a deal. Hes truly there to see you get into a vehicle that is going to work for just now or your forever automobile. Great experience buying a used explorer from these guys. Got a good deal, Dave and everybody were great. After shopping around GP, we would come back to this dealership before going anywhere else.

We use to really enjoy dealing with Windsor Ford, the service department use to be great, the sales department is wonderful I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from Windsor Ford but I will not purchase another thing from them and I will be moving my services elsewhere.
Firstly the didn't top up the engine oil during an oil change in my husbands truck, which after having to argue and prove to them that the vehicle was burning excess oil over the course of a 6 month period they finally replaced the engine. This then took I believe it was over 8 weeks to get the truck back which was lost revenue they had initially agreed (if I remember correctly this incident happened about 3 years ago) to renting a truck to us it never happened.
We've had multiple service trucks in, and on more than one occasion they've not put in the fuel filters correctly and oil has spilled all over the ground. One incident when this happened the service truck had just left ford service department to go get a windshield replaced down the road, when it got there oil was all over the ground. Roadside assistance was called told to tow to Windsor Ford, they towed to the wrong place. Our side window was smashed out while at the wrong place overnight (unbeknownst to us) and a $2500 tool stollen from the truck. So another day or 2 of lost revenue from the truck, the operator and the helper, a window and an expensive piece of equipment.
Fuel filters not being put in correctly also happened to a friend of mine twice, both time truck had to be towed to the dealership, they were told the first time this happened to just drive it back and they would fix it. Yikes no thank you it appears like there is oil all over the driveway and you want it driven back to the service department. The second time they were told they could get the vehicle in for an appointment in 2 weeks. I'm sorry what.

This last time I took my car to the quick lane it went in making no noises just went for a standard service oil change, filters replaced, tire rotated ect when I got it back I turned the air conditioning on high it made an awful noise that sounded like the fan was hitting something. When I brought it back the said the fan motor had to be replaced coincidence maybe but given the track record with them and our experience I feel like they broke it jamming a filter back in place at which point own the mistake now I have to pay the deductible for the warranty to have this fixed.
Another service truck is having a sensor issue after being in for an $800 service which we don't know the details yet.and can't go in until Friday.
I get that mistakes happen and series of events can happen to make one mistake worse but mistakes and issues seem to arise everytime a vehicle goes for a simple service. Again these may all be coincidence We've since replaced the ford that had to have it's engine replaced with a Chev. (and not sold to some unsuspecting chum it was wrote off) and any service truck that will be purchased in the near future will NOT be coming from Windsor Ford.

Really frustrating using the quick lane service. I have been trying to get an oil change for two weeks. The first couple times I went there and there was no line ups but someone came out and told me it would be a two hour wait.
I started calling to get an estimate wait time and it’s still the same 1.5-2 hour wait.
I’ve tried everyday of the week at different times and still receive the same answer.
Today I tried as soon as they opened at 7: 30 and was told the same thing.
This is definitely not a quick lane service and it shouldn’t advertise as such.
They won’t take appointments either.
I just don’t understand how it’s that much of a wait especially when they don’t do appointments and there are no vehicles in line waiting.
Either way I give up. There are a lot of other options in town for an oil change and Windsor Ford just lost my business.
If your looking for a quick lane to service your Ford I honestly wouldn’t waste your time.

Yesterday I went in to look at buying a new truck, I had done lots of research and knew what I wanted. Lucky for me they had two of them, so I came in more or less ready to sign some papers after a test drive. Unfortunately, my experience with my sales associate Kyle was very disappointing.
I should have known what I was in for when he pointed to the inverter and called it the electric motor. Yes, my questions were more technical than most: what’s the suggested maintenance schedule, are there any wear items in the regenerative braking system, how deep is the box. Each was answered with a “I’ll look into it” or a “I’ll get you that information”. I was upset that he didn’t know anything about Ford’s extended warranty offerings or maintenance plans. He also couldn’t provide me with anything more than some chicken scratch on a note pad to take home. I’m usually used to receiving a print of at least a few financing options and maybe the window sticker or details about the truck. I got nothing but a promise to contact me today with answers to the questions I asked. Which I didn’t get either. Its regularly said to buy your truck in Edmonton. My experience proves why that is the case.

Haven’t dealt with their sales or service but I deal with their parts department almost daily due to my work. Parts always has the answers you need, good prices, great stock. Can’t complain at all

Great staff and service. My last service there was got an oil leak, the admitted to an error at my last oil change and fixed the issue free of charge.

Feb 3,2023 - had a bad part replaced on our bronco, service was and everyone was friendly. It's unfortunate we had to 3 weeks for our appointment and then wait another 10 days for a replacement part and available appointment to install the part.

June 9,2023 - shop called when vehicle was done. Arrived to pick up my vehicle and had to wait another hour because they weren't actually done, they were waiting for a fuel filter to arrive because they didn't have one.

Really enjoyed the experience with salesman Abe Dueck. Abe was professional and didn't push a sale and was truly trying to help us get the best vehicle for our needs. Even though in the end we did not purchase a vehicle from him (they didnt have a used one that fit our need) Abe did a great job in assisting us and I will definitely be back to deal with Abe when I'm in the market for another vehicle.

I brought my truck in for some accessories to be installed everything was done in a timely matter very professional and very happy with the service and quality of work as well as the great staff that looked after me. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my truck was done in a timely matter and he was keeping me informed as to the progress throughout the procedure. Very happy five star rating for sure
