Good place, but minimal selection on hand rail spindles. Took a while to get service but very nice and knowledgeable staff that can definitely help you out.

Had just what I wanted in a wide board and ended my search for some doors, great selection and very helpful staff

The best customer service ever. I am doing a live edge piece first time doing something like this. Bryan took the time to go through everything with me and even wrote down the steps. Now that is customer service I will be going back.

Very helpful staff as usual, just like the other locations they are willing to help with your DIY projects and make great recommendations.

I run a small woodworking business based in Grande Cache, AB and ran all over Edmonton looking for Sapele. I called and talked to Bryan 10 minutes before closing to see if they might stay open. I was told if I got there before 6pm they would stay open, I got there at 6: 05pm and they were waiting for me. We had a good chat about different wood types and Bryan stayed open knowing I was from our of town and they day I had. Couldn't be happier and they have my business moving forward. Their selection of shorts is unreal and the Knowledge can't be beat. I highly recommend checking these guys out.

Good and bad. Really depends on who you are speaking with. Bought a door through them and it BARELY fit. In my door frame, also they won’t mount the hardware for you unless you insist.

I will be looking for some lumber for a home renovation project soon, and am pretty sure I will be returning to Windsor plywood-I have only started shopping but it seems that they offer many options and a good selection. I also would like to thank Windsor Plywood for accepting donations of dog beds and other items on behalf of Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCARS) at their stores. Much appreciated.

Came for some doors, found the stair components I have been looking for. The staff were extremely helpful as well as friendly with a sense of humour. We had a great chat about projects we have done and have in the design process. Very informative.

Prices are out of this world and some issues with available stock, however staff were helpful and between 2 locations enough board feet were located.

I think it's dumb that prices are different from other Windsor plywood places. Since they are individually owned they should at least price match.

I think it's also dumb that when they have the receipt in their system they make you have the receipt in order to grant you a refund.
