The staff worked really hard to help us match our stain sample, even another customer got involved, they were great.

Wonderful customer service. One of the employees was able to match an heirloom stain that I've been unable to find. She tried several different stains on a sample piece of maple and found the perfect one.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had. The ladies there were amazing and very helpful helping me figure out a door that needed to be cut down and fitted for my house. I phoned other companies before another company recommended Windsor and no one else could help me at all. The moment I called Windsor the immediately told me to bring it down and they would have it fixed up in no time.

They went the extra mile by cutting in for the hinges and door knob! Thank you so very much for all of your help rescuing me. I will be back very soon and recommending everyone come and see you

A little less selection than the big lumber stores, however, the experienced, knowledgeable staff have a solution, or, suggestion for almost any question.

Went to this place to see whether they have furniture cam lock and nut. The young girl at front desk was willing to help but the other one in her fifties was very rude. She even didn't listen to my question. The only answer she had waa "I don't know and I never seen it before". What kind of customer service is this? Hey the economy is bad. Try to get some customers. Don't look at people's color. I will never go to this place again and won't recommend them to any one. Sounds like she wanted to say "get out of this place".

If I could give zero stars that's what I would do. This place of a joke. You order a $500 door wait 2 weeks for them to sell it on you then expect you to wait another 2 weeks for a door you should have had! Then they tell you they can build you one in 2 days. 4 days later you call them and physically go to the store because she says she magically has a prehung door you double check to make sure it had the cut out you ASK FOR A MONTH PRIOR and she tells you there is no hole in the door.and that she can get it cut out for you but it will be ANOTHER DAY! By now you have been to the store twice for no reason at all waited a month for a door and you still dont have it! Windsor plywood doesnt try to make it better they dont offer a discount all they offer is a snotty attitude because your fed up with screwed around by them! Horrible place waste of your time and money!
