Windsor Plywood Sherwood Park is our go to store for the many reno projects we seem to always be attempting. On one of our visits I spotted the epoxy class and immediately signed up with my DIL. Excellent instruction and a great experience. We both made beautiful charcuterie boards and spent 2 consecutive, lovely Saturday mornings together. Fantastic selection of cedar and other woods as well as the many products you need to preserve and protect them. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even carried my purchase to my car. I would have given a 5 rating except for the price but I do acknowledge that the high prices are not really their fault.

Bought stuck of plywood last month. Took them to loaded 40 min. Then when they finally found it. It was all loose.well i took home any way but when i went through them they all damaged and missing lines.some of them falling apart from weather and age i guess

Totally wonderful experience. John was helpful, informative and curious about the product I was looking for which they don't carry. He said he would look into it further and see what he could do. Other staff were friendly as well, especially the shop cat. They have the most wonderful shop cat ️️

AWESOME experience at Windsor. Colby and Dale went above and beyond to help us get two closet doors re-blocked and prepped to replace old bifold doors. They corrected a mistake made by another company - we are so impressed with the service and with a super quick turn around too. Kudos!

My go to place for specialty hardwoods. The “other places” are not as knowledgeable, friendly or professional. All staff members are top notch in customer service. And I know I’m supporting local within my community. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work and I definitely am a customer for life.

Picked up 2 sheets of 4x8 cull plywood 1/2 inch for 73$ gonna use it for shelving underneath my work bench. Can't find a deal like that anywhere in the city. Staff were helpful and nice.

Just had our front door installed by Bruce, he moved the old holes and fill the old ones. The team at Windsor plywood has always been kind and helpful. My 3 kids built wood projects their with me and I'm looking froward to them with their kids. When I need good wood I go to Windsor.

I needed a door cut to fit, to replace a garage person-door that I had damaged (lost the key, had to kick it in). Colby not only cut it to fit, but installed the old hardware and replaced bent screws. And he got it all done in one day. I could not be happier with the service.

My favourite place to get lumber. Great quality products and super knowledgeable staff. They also have a great selection of flooring!

The service we received from Colby has been outstanding - we were having issues with the fit of an interior door and had to bring it back to the store a couple of times. The third time we came back, Colby offered to come to our house, looked at the issue, went back to the store to make some changes and then came back to our house with a perfectly fitted door - you will not get better service anywhere! Thank you so much!

They have everything you'll need as a hobby woodworker. All kinds of exotic hardwoods, tools, etc. So they get 5 stars for that. But the prices are outrageous. So they lose big points there.

We were looking for pine T&G to do a feature wall in our livingroom before putting our house up for sale. Most places were sold out but I spotted some t&g in some pictures the owner posted on Facebook market for another product. He replied to my messages quickly and was really helpful. We borrowed a truck to pick the items up and everyone at the store provided great customer service.

Unfortunately we discovered some bad pieces in the mix when we got home. I messaged the owner and he fixed the problem that evening by not only replacing the boards but providing a few extra and delivering them to our home because we didn’t have a truck any longer.

Overall excellent customer service and the end product was a beautiful feature wall with a great product. Recommend you bring your business here!

I was looking for some new floating shelves with a bit of character in our kitchen, the staff at Windsor Plywood did a great job helping me pick out a solid piece of cherry. Colby took it to the next level adding a HOVR bracket and getting it prepped for an easy install. Really impressed with the staff, they were all very helpful!

These guys are really helpful. Very reasonable prices and good quality stuff. We've built a few decks with their different composite products and all turned out fantastic. I always check these guys out every time I start a reno project.

Zero on for customer service. Every time I go in here they completely ignore me. Plus zero for COVID-19 precautions (seriously). I try and support local businesses, but I'll take my business elsewhere. I am always disappointed when I go in here. I've stood at the counter more than once to be ignored. And it isn't like I am not a regular. Tired of the poor service.

One is the only places in Edmonton that had cedar on hand and it was a decent quality too. The customer service was by far the best.

Just experienced 'exceptional' customer service. Dale and Colby came through on my floating shelf endeavor. Dale had them remade (no problem) and Colby was above unbelievable in helping me on the install portion. Can't imagine another store going as far as these guys did!

Lots of great choices for different wood species. Good quality woods. Great service. A bit pricey but what isn't these days.
