Large, clean rooms. Great costumer service. Airport shuttle is very convenient. Only thing was that we could easily hear people from the hallway and rooms beside us from our room.

This is a very terrible place! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, they went into my account to steal my money, they claimed my makeup stain their pillow case, which everyone knows makeup stains are very washable with water and soap but they lied and said it was not washable so they took a hundred and ten dollars out of my account, I find this to be a very big scam, they just looking for any thing just to take and steal your money, I called severally to complain but they completely ignored me and kept my money! I do not recommend this horrible hotel, do not go here unless you want your money stolen from your account! They are running a scam business here and the owner of this hotel need to look into the staff and supervisors for scam business, they should all be fired! People be warned do not go here

The rooms are nothing special but not terrible. They have a barn door on the bathroom which is.different. The front desk person didn't speak english fully and implied that I had made 2 reservations when I hadn't. He then went on to imply that I was going to have to pay for the cancellation of the 2nd reservation.but that "he was going to be kind" and waive the cancellation fee (which was the entire cost of the booking!).
He didn't bother to point out where the elevators were, even when we went the wrong way down the hall and didn't bother to mention anything about the wifi access.so we had to make a special stop at the front desk to ask about it later.
Overall the service was barely passable.definitely not positive.

Really liked the room itself - it was clean, comfy, and super close to the airport, which was a plus.

But, there was a big gap under the door, so soundproofing was a miss. I could hear every door slam in the hallway all night. Also, the part of the corridor next to our room was under construction. I heard hammering noises in the late evening - not super loud, but enough to notice when trying to fall asleep. And the AC unit in the room kept making this squeaky noise every time it turned off, which happened a lot during the night. Definitely made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

We are long term guests of this hotel and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and hotel. The hotel is well run and very clean and the staff are amazing! We are treated like family when staying there and thoroughly enjoy our king suite for the comfort it provides for our long stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Calgary and surrounding area.

Nice room, nice shower, comfy bed and pillows. Desk clerk and shuttle driver were both very helpful and got us some breakfast food to go for a 6 am shuttle.
Drawback was a lack of hot water for both the shower and bathroom sink.

Very good hotel, a short distance from the airport. There is a shuttle service, but the pick up time at the airport may not be the same. Must use call in The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and look good. The room is in brand new condition. Quiet hotel Good service staff There is breakfast to eat. There is a heated pool and swimming pool as well as a fitness center. If you have a morning flight, you can have the hotel drop you off from 4: 00 a.m. To 5: 00 a.m. Overall, this hotel is considered very good. The price is also not expensive.

I was looking to book a hotel and spoke to the evening manager. The pet fee for a short stay was an exorbitant 50 for one night, and the manager was rude. When I questioned this as other hotels are usually between 10-15/ night he hung up on me. Very disappointed in the poor level of service. I will stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our overnight stay - we were between connections at Calgary Airport. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and efficient, free shuttle service was prompt, included breakfast was excellent overall (breakfast sausage was a little bland and too salty). We felt it was a great stay and a great value. Recommended!

We wanted the hotel close the airport as we were flying in from Calgary and we’re awaiting our hotel room downtown for a Rocky Mountaineer trip we had planned. Staying at this hotel was very comfortable. However, there was nowhere to eat, except for a hotel down the road that we had to walk to. There’s nothing really walkable in the distance we did however walk over to the fly zone I watch airplanes of land, which is really cool.

Clean room, although not serviced every day we were there. Friendly and efficient front desk.

No matter what you are told about a 24hr bus from the airport to the hotel, it does NOT turn up every 30 minutes, you need to exit door 4 (domestic) cross over to pillar 18 and call the number. Then hope you don't spend 3 x 30 minutes on hold costing you an international call as there is NO curtosy phone.

Then when you do get through, hopefully you get someone who listens and doesn't put you on hold again.

The room we had, ok, the Aircon was very noisy, the breakfast ok if you can find a table.

If you are arriving at YYC from 28 hours of overseas travelling and arriving late, this is NOT the place for you. I arrived just after midnight after a long day of travelling, to find that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room ready for me. (I also paid up front). They did call another hotel to arrange for a room at no extra cost, but that took several minutes. Several more minutes for them to type up a letter to take with me. Save yourself the hassle of this after a long-haul day of travel and stay somewhere else that guarantees their room bookings.

Beds were super comfy with two big beds in the room, huge TV, we were able to order Uber eats to the hotel which was perfect after a day of travelling.
Breakfast was good, loved the pancakes. And plenty of different hot drinks available.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ON MY ROOM OVER $800! SERIOUSLY SO FRUSTRATING BEING ON THE PHONE WITH THE HOTEL AND WYNDHAM CUSTOMER CONCERN TO DEAL WITH THIS! THE HOTEL SMELLS LIKE PEE!

Our room was very heavily scented. Persons with scent sensitivities should avoid this hotel. Windows do not open and using the ventilation system seemed to exacerbate the problem. Management should review masking/refreshing scent usage.
Check in was not as efficient this visit.
Breakfast was good.

I love this property for the location, staff and the rooms. It’s comfortable and safe, my “go to” for pre- and post- travel accommodation.

I am a frequent Wyndham customer and this was the worst hotel from the brand I have stayed at. This was caused directly by service and not the rooms. We booked two separate rooms weeks in advance. When we checked in around 11 pm, one of the rooms we were given was already taken and we walked in on some random family late at night. After telling the front desk, they took about an hour to figure out how it happened. They said the previous shift mistyped the room number by swapping a digit. They finally give us a room around midnight and we then find that the key doesn't work. After getting a new set, it did not work again. At this point it was around 12: 30 am and the front desk employee comes up to the room, verifies it doesn't work. They let us in with the master key and after about twenty minutes, returned with functional room keys. The day before checkout, the other room's key we booked stopped working. Overall, it seems like we were the unlucky ones.

Good price. Perfect for an airport hotel. Free shuttle to the airport, included breakfast make it convenient.

Extremely well organized check in and out. Very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast! Big shout out to the staff at this hotel. Job very well done.
