Wingate by Wyndham Calgary South

First room had bugs in our bed. 2nd room they switched us to had bugs as well and then when we were told they had no more rooms and couldn't switch again, we were told management would be in contact with is a few times and suprise suprise nothing. We have to pay full price for disgusting bugs in our room. Place needs to be shut down.
All lies from being told we would be contacted and still nothing. People need to know about this disgusting problem before they watse they're hard earned money.

This hotel is my go-to for a Calgary Airport park & stay! Today, there was a mishap with a 3rd party booking company, and Mia seriously saved the day!

I am so impressed with how she helped me get the mix-up fixed. Forever grateful
