Bad customer service and the manager is really tough and rude
I have set jewelry (necklaces with earrings)
is gift from my friend and I don’t use it or touch it. She said no can’t give me store credit because the earrings but this set not just earrings.
I’m really disappointed

I really like shopping here and am always happy when I come to this location.
But On this trip, I was Really surprised that the employees would allow other customers to bring their dogs in the store. The manager /Employees should not allow this to happen. Since when are dogs allowed?
2 customers I saw were carrying dogs in their arms. If you want to shop leave your pets at home people

The staff here have always been very pleasant, though possibly overwhelmed? The store rapidly becomes a disorganized mess when it's busier, and the layout of this location is fairly confusing compared to their other stores in the city.

The plus sized section was quite disappointing as it was very limited, but in my case I can wear XL as well, so I had some selection at least. I can only hope for size inclusivity in the future.

Housewares and beauty appear to be the most neglected areas at peak times, with many packages open/destroyed for makeup products, and unpredictable locations for houseware products.

They really need more staff on the floor maintaining the shelving, displays and clothing.it would increase sales and stop it from feeling like a second hand store.

Staff are always nice and helpful! Huge selection of everything. I always find some useful kitchen stuff here which are not available in other stores. Clean and organize. Competitive prices. Huge parking as well.

Great store, for name brands very expensive be careful on clearance items. Most of the stuff is either broken or torn.

It was very busy, they have a good selection of everything. If you're concerned about social distancing you may want to give this store a miss the isles are very narrow.

Winners is the place to go when you need some new clothes, gifts or items for your home. I love that they always seem to have items that you won’t find anywhere else and the quality is always really good.

Great place to find great products at great prices. This location has good variety and it's organized and clean.

Where there's good quality for low prices, it's always good! I find it more organized in Shawnessy location than in the others.

Clean store and customer service is pretty descent as well! Good selection of items. This location is fantastic. I never have had any issues with returns and they are very clear when you ask about their policies. Very helpful ladies here too!

I am a frequent shopper at this location and spend a lot of money at this particular location. I usually have had very pleasant shopping experiences and for the most part am very satisfied however, today after spending about 30 min trying to find my son shorts I found the perfect size in the clearance section. The price tag had a red sticker on it. After the cashier rang me up she proceeded to tell me that the shorts were actually more expensive than the tag in which they told me I would have to pay the extra. I have worked in retail management for years and I know that it is not only illegal to display the wrong price it is also not okay that they made a mistake with ticketing a non clearance item. I told the cashier and the manager this and they did nothing to rectify the situation. It's not my fault one of the employees made a mistake. I am very disappointed today with my experience at this location. I was embarrassed and I didn't purchase anything and I won't be back or spend any money at Winners. You just lost a regular customer! Its not even about the money it's about the principal and false advertising. This actually ruined my day and it's no wonder why everyone else shops on line these days!

This winners is super clean and well laid out! Always find a good deal on something to take home!

Always can find some good finds! Needs more organization and more control over people opening cosmetic products.

This is a standard Winners. Organized and well kept. There is a limited amount of mens dress/professional clothing.

Winners is the best. Lots of fun items for clothing, home, and even snacks. Their shoe selection usually sucks but everything else is great. Can usually find super unique clothing items and occasional things for the home. Plan to spend lots of time here as you'll want to comb through all the items to find just the right thing. They're pretty good for hair products too. Lots of variety!

Ok selections and prices, not the best winners as it is a bit tired compared to others but decent.

Been shopping here for a few years now, and I am getting a bit less impressed with their men's clothing section; they tend to look pretty old and worn and still not marked up for sale. This has been happening season in and season out. Apart from that, the staff here really friendly and welcoming and the location is easily assessible. 4 stars for this one.

Smelled worse than any second hand store I have ever been in, was total chaos, and ridiculously priced!

The selection at the time I was there was pretty limited for men's clothes. Otherwise, it was good.

Stock was low, perhaps due to the store doing inventory. They did seem to have a higher percentage of premium brands compared to other Winners locations. Clean store, friendly staff.
