Its a smaller sized winners but always well stocked. You still have to search for what you would like but I almost always find some scores for back to school shopping or home decor. There's a little bit of everything here.

I have been a loyal Winner's shopper for over 10 years, but sadly I cannot recommend this location based on the appalling customer service experience I had there yesterday.

I had selected a small basket of makeup and skincare items bringing them to customer service when I realized I needed to quickly visit the bank across the street but would be right back, he reacted with hostility, questioning "10 minutes? " As if my brief errand was unreasonable. Upon returning minutes later, he falsely claimed he had put all the items away, when in fact he had carelessly dumped them in a bin by the desk.

Most upsetting, when I reasonably asked to speak to a manager about this unacceptable behavior, he openly sneered at me. I was not only lied to, but openly mocked by this employee.

In a post-COVID world, basic respect and decency should be required of any customer service role, not seen as optional. I had spent over an hour carefully selecting those items.

I share this to prevent others from enduring such unprofessional treatment. Winner's must reinforce a culture of dignity, compassion, and accountability. This employee's malicious conduct has no place in any business.

I attempted to return a gaming headset. When I had bought it less than two weeks ago, the worker didn't put the receipt in the bag, so I had no receipt. I had returned things without a receipt to this store and gotten a full refund a few times in just the past few months. The cashier is unable to process such a return so I asked to speak to a manager. A woman who after much asking informs me that she is the assistant store manager approaches me and I tell her the situation. She informs me that I could only be given a refund with the receipt and that they could only give me a gift card. I informed her that I had used my TJX card when I made the purchase and that I had been given a full refund in the past without a receipt. She said no, that didn't happen (yes it sure did). She then said "well that must have been wrong practices" after I asked her if she was calling me a liar. I was quite irrate at this time. She told me my receipt would be on my TJX account if mt card was registered. I told her I'm not sure if it is, and she just repeated her line, making it extremely obvious that she didn't want to help. I went outside and registered my card and was able to look up receipts from even before the card was registered. I then got my refund and asked her why she didn't tell me this. It would have avoided so much trouble. She tells me she did tell me that (no she didn't). This is some of the worst customer service I have received from a store I have spent a lot of money in. 0/10 for customer service, 0/10 for product knowledge and 0/10 for customer de-escalation. This is not somebody who should be in charge of anybody. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow, but you know how it is, she'll lie, and the manager will do nothing.

Terrible selection at this location. The woman's bathroom had no running water to wash with and the had not been cleaned.smelled horrible! Try a different location for sure!

Great store and staff. Management is very rude to both customers and their own staff, and I have witnessed it many times

With the holidays right around the corner Winners is always adding new items and just like that you stayed under budget and got everything on your list.maybe even a little something for yourself.

Good sales, quite a bit of variety of sizes and different clothing. Store was in clean and organized shape.

Was a very nice laid out store was able to get a great pair of shoes for my daughter.at a very nice price

I live in Calgary, but anytime you visit red deer this winner's store is sure your best plug. I got 50% off for mind blowing good clothes. Excellent communication and customer service.

Customer service was not good. Lost glove in the store was told to come back in a few days which I did and they were not friendly when I requested they look in their Lost and Found.

Love this store.gotta love when you can get brand name eyeshadow palettes for cheaper than the small ones at Walmart. $ 13 each.

They had 4 ppl behind the check out counter with only 1 person checking people out! Had to wait for multiple people to be ring in for 1 item. If I was able to get the item elsewhere I would have.

I just recently began shopping here for my cloths as of a couple weeks ago. I had to return an item and the woman at the front informed me that they require masks in their store. I explained to her I was mask exempt and that I didn’t wear one the day I had bought the item I was returning. To my surprise she was extremely polite and acted as any compassionate human being should and allowed me to get my return done and leave politely. I can’t thank Winners enough for this jester and I will recommend this business to anyone. Thanks again Winners, I’ll gladly shop there any time. If 90% of Canada is vaccinated why are people worried about wether or not someone has a mask on. Doesn’t the vaccine protect you? And if not why did you get it?

If you have the time, you can find some great deals. However staff are not available when you are looking for assistance.

Great store! Clean and good selection of products. A bit smaller than the south Winners, but a great location.

To the Chinese lady who was very rude and arrogant to the cashier, you lady need a lesson in manors. You had a cart overflowing with goods and was rude whilst she was trying to help you. You kept folding your item's making it take longer for her to process your million items. You had a bad attitude towards the cashier which she doesn't deserve, she was just doing her job. This store is very well kept and staff are professional.
