I honestly think that winners had loose allot of value in related of product, quality and don't mention the price for some of their products I personally choose other places with same products and better quality and price

Worst customer service ever. I was returning a product because it was opened and I had not realized it was until I got home and she tried accusing me that I opened it. She was very rude and disrespectful.

This location is very organized and lots of sales items for clothes. I like to go in the morning as there are not too many people in the store. If they can have more kids item on sales, that would be great.

Really nice, large location. Lots of selection. One of the better ones in the city I've seen. You can find pretty much most anything you may be looking for. It would be great if Winners started carrying larger shoe sizes for men. It can be difficult and expensive to find a size 15 or 16.

I managed to find exactly what I was looking for and it was 50% off. Store is always clean and nice and big.

Good selection and clean store, but good lord, run some cooling or kick your economizers in gear on your roof top units. It should not be a clammy 25deg in your store while it is 20c and overcast outside. Not doing your preventative maintenance or what?

I lost my phone in this store. The manager (I forgot to ask her name but she was incredibly nice), took the effort to make sure I got my phone back. Thank you Winners!

This winners store is very organized and neat. The only challenge is that they do not have lots of varieties of shoes, sports equipment, toys, dresses, cometic and beauty products like other winners store I have visited. They have lots of items on sale and clearance.
Their customer service is however excellent and they are strategically located in the Deerfoot Mall Complex. Lots of parking both in front of the store and in the main parking lot.

The customer services are very very bad! I called to check a product availability, they put me on hold and then they said there’s nobody to answer your question! Where are your employees? What are they paid for? !

As a frequent winners customer I have to say that this location is the one I go to the least. I find the selections, whether in beauty, clothing or shoes, to be the worst and very much catering to more mature women. Never have any name brand stuff except the odd thing you find in the clearance that has been returned at this store. I also find some cashiers and especially the manager to be unfriendly and sometimes just rude (manager). Once I feel uncomfortable at a store when I'm just trying to spend money, I have no reason to go back. No other winners has given me this experience except Sunridge but I haven't been there in a long time so that may have improved.

Store is an upside down nightmare.how sad that management sees this as ok.what a horrible shame. Clean up your act winners.there is a recession out there!

Winners is staffed by true winners. They are winning at life, due to their friendly ways. I bought socks there. I often do this. It was lovely. The socks had Gonzo on them.

This location is inside Deerfoot City, so you can expect a lot of free parking spots.

The customer service is amazing here when it comes to shopping experience, in addition, you expect a smiling greeting face whenever you are there.

The quality of products cannot be questioned for the fairly priced items compared to other stores.

It is a place to buy well known brands for cheaper prices.

I have been shopping at this location over 10years, finally decided to give feedback.
Hopefully manager can take this as training opportunities.

Well organized, clean store however they have this particular cashier who often doesn't greet customers.
Honestly I had this cashier quite often in the past due to my shopping hours had been same. Weekdays morning.

Very grumpy, no explanation, no greetings.
If she does not want to interact with public, she is in the wrong industry.

Pls educate your staff to have basic etiquette!

Organized, polite staff. You might just find that one piece that didnt sell in stores that you really wanted at a great discount.

Winners is one of those places that changes frequently. You can go 3 x and find nothing and go again and find lots. I have always found good quality clothes at good prices. Staff can be difficult to find if you need help

Terrible they didn't have anything I was looking for and for the size of the store they should have way more selection but they fail to do so.

Tried calling in to find out about a products availability and the woman was rather Ignorant before putting me on hold, the guy that answered afterwards was just as rude and proceeded to hang up on me.
I think I will go back to traveling to the Sunridge location as the staff here clearly lack any sort of actual customer service skills

Third winners looking for cell phone cases for a Samsung it's apparent they only seem to sell Apple products when it comes to phone accessories because that's all they have had in the three stores lots for apple phpnes nothing for Samsung.

Always feel like a winner, leaving winners. Location is new, large, clean and spacious. Well organized as well. Lots of Puma stuff when I was there last.

This Winners is pretty nice. Not too busy which makes it for an enjoyable shopping experience. I find the selection is getting a lot better nowadays too.

Deerfoot location is best. MacLeod trail location has a Russian lady in Jewelry section that is terribly rude and heard her being racist to a Philippino. I was told i should be ashamed of my own culture cause of ww2. I told her i don't care i wasn't in ww2/ world war 2. I don't shop there anymore cause of her. Even though deerfoot location is far away. The manager at deerfoot cares and greats my family every time we come. Good selection great price.the place to shop

The people there are great and friendly and the store is so clean consider what other people do when they go to the store
