Called in Store to check item is available or not the lady said can not check item on call and hung up the call rudely.

I have informed I am 8 months pregnant that’s why want to know if item is available than I will come.

I have shopped here all my life never have received such rude customer service that too during Xmas

It's clean as always, great shopping experience when you have time to dig in the clothes inventory. Also, their Christmas gift section saved me a few trips in other store!

A Winners like any other. I like coming here as they have a little bit of everything. You will probably want to pick it up of you find, as you may not see it again for some time. Found some nice cake mixes, Turkish delight, nice jams, toys, costumes and the occasional piece of clothing

Come here a few times a week. Usually pretty clean. The staff here are always really nice especially the cashiers. They're always getting people through the line quickly. They restock fairly well. Pretty nice finds

Love the place. Could get almost all household, everyday stuffs - clothes, workout stuffs, shoes, electronic accessories etc, at fairly good prices.

Store us clean and organized. Staff are friendly. I found my items quickly and easily checked out.

This has very good products. From cloths to so many. All items are of reputed btand at reasonable prices.

I called this store before coming in stating I wanted to use a gift card on a previous purchase within their return policy to essentially get some money back and they said it would be fine. I asked if I needed to bring in the product for this and the worker told he would ask a manager and when he came back he told me I didn’t need to bring in the product. When I came into the store within 1 hour of calling the cashier and manager at the store told me I would need the product when I did this transaction when I clarified that I called the store earlier and asked the if I needed it they said I didnt and they didn’t check with the person I talked to and just said I needed the product BUT what’s the point of the them telling me that, when on the phone AFTER THE WORKER ASKED A MANAGER HE TOLD ME I DIDNT NEED THE PRODUCT FOR THIS! This Winners needs better communication between staff so they don’t end up wasting their customers time.

Sometimes a little bit messy but they carry a large selection overall. The staff are not as friendly but I just come for one thing and go.

Quite by accident I found this Winners in Country Hills. Was heading into Petland next door. Smaller than most but did have some good clothes and prices.

Great location, Good Parking area.
But I don't know what's wrong with their worker when they listed price tag on their products especially their clothes.
I went to sale rack to put out some shirts.
When to the cashier to purchase the product on sale.
This happen 3 times already. Quite disappointed with this Winner location!

Today I went to Winners as I usually do after the gym I had my gym bag with me. Upon entering the fitting room I was asked to remove my backpack leave it in the front? - If my clothing items are being counted upon entering the change room and once again counted for leaving the change room why do I need to leave my bag in the front? - I was very offended. Leaving my bag can also create a liability issue for the store because it is not locked up so what if someone stole my bag? I was still okay up to this point but then I was asked if the item I was about to purchase had a tag on it? Why would I purchase an item with no tag? Honestly I left quite upset from this store almost to a point where I don't want to shop here anymore. If there is a problem with theft in this store please clearly mark this so that customers do not feel offended. Also provide lockers so that your items can be locked up prior to entering a change room.

We were there when it was very busy. The staff were helpful, especially the jewelry department and the cashier.

Always something nice you could buy, if you have enough patience to look for it, and on top of it all good prices.

Convenient Winners if you live in the Northern Hills area. Ample selection and it's not overly busy which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

We like the Winners and this store is no exception. Although, the place isn’t too big, but they have lots of collections and organized neatly. The price is always reasonable at any Winners. The customer service is superb. The staffs are very friendly and courteous here, specially Ms Tonny who helped us greatly. The beauty and gift products are awesome. I would definitely recommend this place.

They occasionally have electronics that I like - wireless cellphone charger and PS4 headphones.

There is always something for everyone to see and of course purchase at Winners. The discounted prices are great and there are many one of a kind items to be had. Though the woman's clothing section is very extensive there are plenty of men's clothes as well. If you are looking for home decor then Winners may also be your first stop.
