Which one of the best Winners in Calgary!
Always a great selection of clothes. The stuff is very friendly. Everywhere is clean and in its place. Only shoes here seem to me to be bought the most.

Best downtown option for Winners. Very well stocked for the size, meticulously organized and ridiculously clean for downtown.

We now have Winners in downtown with basement parking! This location is so accessible to everything! Located in the same building as Superstore, and close to different landmarks such as Central Library, St. Patrick Island, Studio Bell and many more! It’s not that big compared to other locations. But for us downtown people, we don’t have to drive far or walk a lot (Stephen ave location).

Was racially profiled, followed, and made to feel uncomfortable in this store. Would not recommend.

Went to this new winners to browse what they have to offer and pickup a few items.

Entered the store and greeted the 1st security guard and took a cart, went over to the homeward dept and saw the 2nd security guard milling about. Noticed I was being followed but brushed it off as coincidence.

Went to the last aisle to look at teas (end of the aisle between a pillar and the racks) and looked to my left and the security that was following me was now staring me down. I told him that what he was doing wasn’t cool - racially profiling and following a black woman in the store. Put my earphones in. The security guard began to talk back and forth letting me know that I was “bullying him” for telling him that he was racially profiling me. I wanted to be left alone and after each comment put my earphones back in. He kept talking to me and I waved him off keeping my earphones in until he escalated the situation.

He told me that I had to leave the store. I asked to speak to the manager. While we walked to the front of the store he told two random staff members the same thing - that was being a problem and he asked me to leave the store. The second employee with long hair told him that he had no right to ask me to leave.

The manager came after a minute, the security guard rushed to speak to him (with half his mask off) and began recountin
g his version of events. The manager allowed me to speak and reassured me that the guard had no right to ask me to leave.

Will probably never come back to this location due to fear of being targeted again and potentially running into this unhinged security guard whose first response to accusations was to escalate the situation and make the victim the aggressor.

When they announced the opening of Winners in East Village, my wife was excited to go. From Facebook postings, this Winners seem to Carey high end products.

We finally visited 2 weeks after the grand opening. We found stock typical of other Winners. The high end products, such as Gucci and Burberry, were no longer present. We suspect that they brought those in to help draw people.

The footprint of the store is smaller. They do stock it up, but they are limited. One area we saw a glaring supply is the toys area while the women's clothing remains expansive.

Come by if you're in the area as you never know what you'll find here.

A good department store with a good range of products. The only downside is that you need to go outside to use the entrance to get in, as it's not connected to the rest of the mall (with SuperStore and TD bank).

The staff were all wonderful and lots of the (home, kitchen, winter) items available were great. Nice, clean store. My issue is that Winners continues to have almost zero plus size options for clothing and the pieces they do have available are horrible.

Morgan picked up and I had a request to find a hold they had put back and didn't realized it was along with my other items she declined they couldn't do that I know winners has a great customer service if you call they will do their best to help you find what you're looking for via phone
So I called again and asked her to give it to the manager and the manager forwarded my call to the staff that works on floor
