The customer service was not very professional by the Indian supervisor lady. I bought winter skechers shoes 2 months ago and I wore about 20 days. The lays of both pair ripped off so I took it back to this store. The supervisor was called she said we only take if we have in stock I told that I paid 69.99 was price plus tax and I can show on my visa transaction as you can refund me give card I need shoe so I can buy other pair. But she said she know but that's there policy so she can't take back even she know that's winner product. The other associate check and said they don't have so I can't return. I took same shoes Sherwood winner and they took it back without question and refund the whole amount on gift card without asking me how much I paid. So my question was to them how come they know the price even they also don't have same stuff they said we do know all prices for all our items. The indian supervisor lady in tamarack store was then making her own policies and lie to me may to other customers as well that if they don't know price so there will be no refund without receipt. If shoes are fit and comfortable I usually throw the receipt most people do. But misguiding customers are not rights with there own misinformation I believe winner manement check on this may other customers also suffered and had to drive other place to get return or refund.

Always been a fan of Winners. Great selection of kitchen storage containers. I found the exact food storage containers I was looking for which I can't seem to find in other Winners stores.

I just returned from this location after purchasing a lightning charging cord for my youngest child and a dog toy. Upon entering the store I proceeded directly to the front half-wall of the till queue to find the changing cord. An employee was stocking, or facing, the area. I decided on a cord, looked at a wall charger and Pop Socket but decided against purchasing either, and made my way to the till queueing lane where I scanned the travel cups and grabbed a dog toy. I was watched intently as I made my choices. The employee who had been working beside the charging devices came to assist on till, there was one person ahead of me and an employee checking another customer through. When I proceeded to the till to pay my cashier was the same employee who had been working near me. She totaled my two items, I paid via MasterCard and declined a receipt as the likelihood of needing to return either was low and the hassle would not be worth the thirty five dollar total. I was in a hurry as I had two teens in my vehicle outside who needed three cord and were emotionally vulnerable due to the nature of our trip. The employee asked if I was sure I didn't need it and I chuckled while replying that I wouldn't be returning either.

This is when she commented/questioned "You didn't steal anything? ! "

I am a middle aged woman with blue hair, dressed in a fairly "punk" style as I had just finished racing from my farm to my child's friend's home to retrieve the friend from a sensitive situation. I was 100% profiled by this employee based on my looks alone. My behaviour was respectful, I did not wander the store aimlessly, I did not linger in any area. My middle child, and her partner, both work for the company in management roles at other locations. I am a small scale hobby farmer, I own a small business, I drive a brand new vehicle, I paid with my business credit card. I may have looked slightly disheveled but my clothing is name brand and high end.

I will not return to this location and will be initiating a formal complaint.

Pretty good location the selection is not as vast as other locations but good deals were still found at this spot if you look around
Jewelry section is better and they have more clearance sections now

The people working there are disgusting asking you to keep the stuff back in a rude way…I am mean what are you supposed to be doing then.

Seems like the store is going downhill in past years. Prices are creeping up to be the same as the regular priced in the original store it came from. Where are the savings.only on clearance items. Also.lacking inventory the items for sale are the rejects of the world and some are damaged and or dirty.value village has more inventory and at times looks in better shape.makes no sense.

Winner has always been my favourite store and I go there as often as possible to find a beautiful shirts or pant or household item. Today I went to this store and saw a bazaar thing. Interviews being conducted in open in front of customers. No privacy for the candidates I could here everything they were saying and secondly a line up of 6 to 9 candidates waiting for their turn standing in line, offer them chairs or seating area inside office so they feel respected and cared. First of all you never set up interviews like this. Even in job fairs you collect resume and set up interviews where privacy of candidates is not violated. It was disgusting to see candidates waiting in line and interviews being conducted in open in front of customers where they could hear everything. What you were trying to prove?

By far the worst winners I have ever been to. I have a medical exemption for a mask and the greeter dared to ask me to prove it to her.even though it was visually obvious.i was discriminated against for my disability! Winners do BETTER!

Store is clean and organized. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Some deals to be had, but some items are overpriced IMHO.

It was quiet, with good social distancing, helpful, friendly staff, will definitely be coming back soon!

This is my favourite winners is close to home is not really busy and I always find awesome deals! I think people who works there know me already lol!

Great variety of products you can get here from lifestyle, fashion, health and beauty, fitness, pet supplies, footwear home decor, jewelry and other items great to give as gifts or to treat yourself. Staff here have been very friendly and helpful. Would love to see them restock more often for new items.

I was at the store on March 29. I used the hand sanitizer and the fragrance/odour of the hand sanitizer was very unpleasant and also it affected my asthma. Please change the product used. I washed my hands 4 times and the odour was still strong. I appreciate that it is available but the product is offensive. Thank you.

I have always had good experience at this store. Just this one time I asked if I can get a mask. Store associate asked me “why”. I said I am going to throw the one that I am wearing and put the new one on. She said “ sorry we give to only those people who come in without a mask”. As I went out I honestly thought about going back in without a mask and getting one for free. But I guess that person was just being loyal to the store policy, which I hope doesn’t change person to person.

Very friendly staff, the store is clean. Not crowded. I find that there is not much choice of children clothes, but it's not only in this store - it's in every Winners location.

My son and I find the coolest toys & clothes. I honestly don’t mind waiting in line at winners because there is more cool stuff to look at as you wait

Great as always! I love Winners. But it's like shopping at Costco.if you find something you like, you won't likely be able to find it again if you wait. Great selection. Reasonable prices. And everything from shoes and clothing to home decor and kitchen gear.

The jewelry attendant 'helping' my mum the other day refused to honor the discount on a piece of jewelry, was extremely rude and would not help her with a price check. Not impressed with the customer service she received.

Absolutely amazing, im 6'7 180 lbs so finding clothes is typically difficult to fit my body and arms but ive never had an issue finding atleast 1 thing i want. Theres also designer clothes for next to nothing. Including japanese imports such as Polaroid and Super dry. Also gaming/Tv/music enthusiasts clothing such as band shirts (acdc, rush, led zeppelin etc). Love the staff and price's.

Slightly smaller than most locations, always clean. It's far removed in southeast Edmonton which is great as it's rarely crazy busy! The fitting rooms are nice and recently renovated, and the staff are quick to return clothing items to the floor. Helpful staff.

Paige, the associate at the Jewelry counter was fantastic. She helped me look at many different styles of watches and provided helpful feedback on the various styles and prices. She was very outgoing, fun, cheerful and made my entire visit that much more better! She normally works in the warehouse, but she should be customer facing as she was the friendliest cashier I have experienced at Winners! Good job Paige!

Spent about two hours here today with my sister. Got some great buys. Had a blast, too much fun!

It was cool. I wish they would have a better selection of XL track pants though. The L sizes have much better variety. This store can be hit or miss with their stock. The service was great.

They are in the middle of renovations at the moment, so out of all the winners in Edmonton I wouldn't choose this one right now, they are a little low on stock

Everything's layed out so it's easy to find, there's lots of cool and unique stuff in stock, and the staff were super nice. Will definitely be coming back to this Winners.

One of my favorite stores to shop at! Love how you can return almost everything even if opened.

Pricing is good, quality too, but the staffing is horrible. Women named Lorraine, who apparently is the manager, really made our visit much worse than it should’ve been. We were simply sorting out the clothes to see what we would buy, leave or put on hold, but she would not leave us be. She just stared at us and when we confronted her about it, she looked at us like we were the problem, continued to follow us to the register, and gave us dirty looks along the way. Didn’t start a scene, but she should really be replaced by a person with a decent personality.

Cheaper brands of all kind available. Bathrooms and fitting rooms are available. Easy return policy.

Good stuff and have lot of selection. Bought a really nice jacket for good price. However, some of the sales associates are not as friendly as they should be. They need to understand what is a good customer service. Otherwise, everything is great!

Prices a little high. Convenient location. Helpful staff. They have a little bit of everything in there store. Was hoping for some Christmas pajamas but no luck! Lots of Christmas presents bought there today! Always something new to look at.
