The Winners in Signal Hill always seems to have the best selection. If you go late at night, you don’t even have to deal with the crowds either!

The hours are open until nine most evenings, so I highly recommend venturing out when you don’t have to battle the aisles against other shoppers.

They have an array of kitchen items, betting kids, clothes, books, and general household items that can be used for Decour. You may also want to check it out for some hair care products and luggage.

Favorite Winners in the city by far. Always organized and not picked over- seems to refresh stock often & is never overwhelmingly busy

Awesome selection of decor, shampoo/conditioner, face wipes, masks, underwear, shoes and goodies like hot chocolate bombs, gift baskets and an array of contemporary and modern clothing in every size for the whole family. Clean and friendly staff. Reasonable pricing for designer fashions and goodies.

In general I like winners shops, they are bringing very good quality items and a famous brands of shoes and clothes perfumes, thier shops always super clean and people who are working thier so friendly.

Always like winners unfortunately the clothes are packed so tightly on the racks that's hard to find what you're looking for without everything else around you falling down onto the floor. I think I spent more time picking the clothes up off the floor than I did actually shopping.
