Their return policy on perfumes seem to be fluctuating depending on who’s around. I recently had a horrible customer service experience here

Discount brand name retail store.
Defects often present in clothes which can be returned or exchanged, seems like a lot of B grade product makes it through to winners.
Shoe selection, house wears, small food section.
Expect a busy parking lot, however parking is always available.

Tags do not come off easily, which staff brought up years ago, as well as customers; staff were told it would be addressed however management has failed. Difficulty removing tags deters customers from gifting.
Winners management would benefit from adopting a customer focused view in this respect; companies that do this consistently improve revenue.

Enter with less expectations but always gets surprises in the good way. Fun to shop around for sure.

Today I was faced with unprofessional and rude cashier. I wanted to return one item without a receipt, and she told me in a rude manner that next time I wouldn’t allowed to do it without tjx card. In the receipt it says that without receipt I can money back on gift card that totally fine for me. I think it was till 9

This store is fine. It’s not my favourite location. It’s not as eye grabbing as it’s sister store in the same complex. I have nothing bad to say though. Customer service was fine, selection is good, cleanliness good. I’m just finding it’s not as memorable. Either way, you’ll always find something fun to bring home.

You'll find a great variety of clothes and shoes, unbelievable prices! There's too a bunch of things to buy!

Location does not follow company return policy. Brought an item back with no receipt but had ID with me but was rejected.

Not many spots for parking plus few rode employees no one can talk to them they'll pull out their lol

Good store with some unique items not available at other Winners locations. Good price tags as usual for famous brand names. Parking can be challenging due to the traffic entering and exiting the parking lot.

This plaza hosts Winners and Homesense so you get the best bang for your buck.

This Winners feel a little older, but it does carry a lot of stock. Like the philosophy of parent company TJX, it is a treasure hunt between each store. I have found some very nice stuff here and not anywhere else.

As others have said, parking is a challenge here. This chalks up to the number of nice stores in this plaza. If it was empty. It means no one wants to come here so take the busy parking lot as a postive reflection.

Great selection. The parking lot sucks though. It's super small and the stalls were designed around small cars and not the large trucks and SUV's people cram into them. It's winners, so you know what you are going to get before you even walk it. It's a consistent Winners experience ;)

I went in to get an umbrella. It was right bucks so u got a foldable container from dollar store and had it like a basket over my head. I didn't buy anything but it looked nice as I was passing by

I like to go to winners to buy gluten free products for a good deal but it's a hit or miss mostly

Very rude staff, was in line today and all the staff started talking to each other completely me. Had to complain to the supervisor for them to give me service.

I love all winner's. This one isn't one of the best, the selection isn't as good as others.ive been too.

Very cute stuff for home decor house hold stuff clothes body lotions and other stuff I wont name to long of a list

I love Winners at Signal Hill only. The store on Heritage and Flint Road is just a store. The parking lot is all bitten up with no way to get to the store without walking around the cars and the puddles. Inside, it's clean but disorganized and there is nothing to buy, everything looks like my clothes that I would like to get rid of. In general, three stars is a generous evaluation.

Visited this store a couple of times, really pleasant and hardworking employees. They helped me found my shoes and were very polite about it.

Great prices and service with a smile. Easy to find children's clothing that is fashionable.in Nana's eyes. Lol

High traffic store. Last visit I found stuff was all over the place and some new items boxes torn open. Store staff seem edgy I guess keeping eye on lifters

Ive been here few times, the store is quite large with nice selection but you get lost easily inside and customer service is quite poor you can hardly find someone to ask question.household stuff are expensive. I wouldn't call it brand for less anymore.good luck

Don't shop this chain normally, poor parking, not sure if merchandise is different in each location for Winners but hunt and peck shopping is not my favourite. Yes some real bargains in coats nice selection of fashion scarfs. Checkout poor in terms of staffing.slow. Should have separated line for returns.

Like many other clothing stores winners caters to women. Men's section is small and very little selection, from jackets right down to footwear

Love this place! Lady checking me out notice some damage on one of my shirts and got me a discount on it. I'll always keep coming back

I don’t know about this one. Not a lot of selection for what I was looking for. Which was evening blouse. Mainly work out gear. Jeans. Jackets. Dresses. Some home decor. I will not be back here

Diverse selection, cashiers were a little slow but not too bad! Great if you’re willing to hunt through all of the racks

This used to be a place.now it seems like you are selling cheap product made for the winners customer specifically. I miss the days when you actually had designer goods at a discount.

Winners? Let's go we're winners. The only downside is no Bathroom. How am I supposed to shop for 3 hours and end up not getting anything with no bathroom breaks? Great costumer service though!

Awesome products but if you see something you like, pick it up or you most likely will not find the product the next time you visit.

In this place, If you like the items you wanna buy just grab it don't hesitate to think about twice because if you come back tomorrow you never found the items you just wanted before.

I use to buy all my cosmetics, shampoo and conditioner because I can find there organic products at low prices. Often there are very good shoes at good price too.

Winners isn’t for everyone. Pretty much all of the clothes are racked and sorted by size and type. Brands and styles are anyone’s guess but that’s part of the fun! You can find things here that you will never find anywhere else. You will also probably never find it again once they sell it. Good prices, good selection.

Not the best location and not the best selection. However the staff were all very nice, there was no lineup, the place was clean and the prices made sense. I went to buy a pair of shoes, and I only paid 30$. They were not the highest quality but it’s worth more for me to go through 3 pairs of 30$ shoes than to go through 1 pair of 150$ shoes that look the same.

Don't know if it was something special about the location but felt it was crazy overpriced I couldn't find a dress for less than $40. Was really sad

This location has become substantially better from when it first opened. It honestly used to look like they carried the rejects of other locations, but I went in today and they had a ton of cute items.
The one suggestion I have is that they change the signs to be more specific, I was searching for a while for sweaters and found them mixed in to multiple racks of "tops" where as other locations have "sweaters" as a section

I called to ask if they had a certain product in stock, they said they did, I drove way out of my way to go there and they DID'NT have what I needed in stock! Gggggrrrrrrrrr

This is the winner soft of heritage drive. There is a pretty good selection of shoes, housewares, clothing, etc. This is the first winners I have ever seen with havianas in stock.

Went in looking for a cell phone case they have tons for Apple products but absolutely nothing for Samsung disappointing

I used to be a big fan of Winners. You could find great items and fantastic prices. But lately I'm finding myself really disappointed with these stores. The menswear area in particular seems to be really lacking these days. The selection isn't what it used to be. What they do have is mostly pretty lousy. Maybe its just a bad time of year? Seasonal change over? Don't know. All I know is I hope they fix the issue and get more Mens clothes.

Meadows location? It's local winners but not my favorite. It's still good but selection suffers compared to some other stores.

I enjoy winners pricing. I wish they had just a little bit more in the larger sizes for men. It's one of the few places a big guy like me can occasionally find "mall" clothes new.

The cashier who helped me forgot to take off one of the security tags on a fur blanket i bough for a christmas gift. I didnt know it was still attached because i didnt take out the blanket out of the box it came with. When i gifted it to my friend she ended up damaging and ripping the blanket trying to get the thing off. If i had only known it was still attached i wouldnt have thrown the reciept. What a waste of money!
