Quite a massive store with lots of variety of items, though the prices for several things feel a little high. Great place to come window shop and find knick knacks for your house! Also discovered some delicious locally made maple stroopwafels.

It's winners, hit or miss and the prices are okay. Sometimes it's easier just to go elsewhere if you're looking for something specific.

In my opinion this is the best Winners in Calgary. The fact that it is connected to a Home Sense makes it even more convenient. It is well stocked and organized and gets new product in very frequently. We love it and recommend it.

This guy and the lady had mask on is super rude, their employees put the wrong tag on it. And blame customer. You need pay more than what you saw. Never have any customer service like this. 0 star. Why? They even don’t match the price on their tag.the store is racial discrimination.

I would rate this winners 0 for customer service, the manager was very rude 0 for no manners to speak to a customer, 0 for not knowing the rules of the return policy. The worse store to go to.

The store has good products but it is hard to find people to help you and the cashier we have was not really smiling.

I think most of Cochrane is happy to have a Winners. Technically it's only a Winners and doesn't have the side by side HomeSense with it. Nicely laid out store with helpful staff and decent selection. I've been there a few times now since they opened here in May

Don't buy anything from here. Used to work at this location and employees leave every day. The management is non existent and customers are treated poorly.

This place always have best collection for homedecor and dresses.downside is they get sold out pretty quickly

Dropped off my wife to pick up a few things at HomeSense. She found what she needed but said the person at check out seemed impatient & less than pleasant. It was almost closing time so hopefully it may just have been burn out from the day's work. We'll see after a few more visits.

Constant relentless paging by staff over intercom. I mean constant. During a 30 minute visit to the store, you could hear upwards of 30+ announcements that every customer has to listen to; Beep "Gloria to cash", Beep. "Available Manager Line 3", Beep. "Carol to Jewelery". Beep beep beep, yap yap yap, etc.

You guys ever hear of 2 way radios or app based communication?

Can never stop going to this place.my house is like a mini home sense store, we like them that much:)

By far the dumbest bunch of managers in the whole company. TJX is really losing their during this pandemic; zero training, absolutely zero customer service. Especially this Chetan dude needs to get fired.

You have to know pricing as some items you only save a couple of dollars on and they have inflated regular retail price to make their price look attractive

If you want a soul crushing capitalist experience then visit here. You can occasionally the find what you might be looking for sure. But when you do you die on the inside. And good luck getting the price stickers off.

The store is well stocked and reasonably clean

The Winners carts are on the pathway behind the plaza, they are on the street by the bus stop across from Goodwill. I have report the mess of these carts in my neighborhood to one of your reps. The young lady I spoke to was not interested in this problem or image this store has on the area.

A couple of thought come to mind. If you don’t respect the neighborhood you have your business, do really expect the neighbors to purchase in your store?

Please, please pick up your carts.

This is probably the biggest winners/home sense in Calgary. For me it’s half an hour away but definitely worth the drive. They have more selection then most and the prices are beautiful. You can never go wrong coming here.
Oh and the staff are very nice, made every experience coming here better!

Actually, I work there and is the best place to work with.
Regarding to the items they sale. You can find from a broom to sweep the floor to a fancy house decorations, also a variety fancier carpets and furniture. Good quality in products from Italy from tomatoes sauce and pastas so Canadian raw honey.
For Winners, there are, natural soap and shampoo cosmetics and good branded clothing and shoes.

Very satisfied. There's a lot you can buy and it's branded. Cheaper. I love their genuine stone on a frame especially Agate.

Good store to buy designer stuff at a bargain if you don't care for keeping up with what's in vogue. But can't always find what you are looking for.

Good management of soxial distancing and peronal protection. It is a good store to gain confidence life is still normal:)

I love this location of Winners, they have good collection and nice price range! My only concerns were you have something to return make sure to check your invoice if you get the right amount for what you return. Today, I return a few items and I looked into my invoice I felt there is something wrong. I am missing 20 dollars. I looked into the refund invoice and it was 8 items and on the original one the cashier marked 9 items. I went back and she looked into the return box and found that she missed an item! If I didn't check my invoice I would never known!

This is a great store. Lots if stock. Lots of turn over. Friendly and helpful staff. It's my go to location eventho I now live downtown, its worth the drive.

I like Winners Beacon Hill. My husband usually finds what he is looking for in the men's section. Bonus is that homesense is attached.

Lots of stuff from houseware of many kinds, to clothing and more. The wife's favorite store. Some items are kinda pricey, some items don't seem to be worth the price but sometimes you can find nice deals, trust me, the wife keeps looking.

Use to be 5 star. Today I was treated like a criminal by a supervisor/manager. I bought a shower thing and its rusted within a month. My receipt supposedly shows as something from the kitchen not bathroom. The cashier kept apologizing and I told her it is not her fault. But the manager on staff oct. 14th around 5pm should be fired. She told me she has no idea if they even sell what I was returning.as I had the other item.the exact same price to exchange. She basically called me a liar and a theif. I shop here all the time as I try to support local places but Amazon is so much easier I may be done with you as a business. I left the other things I was going to purchase and got out of there. I can't remember the last time I was treated so awful by someone's who's job is supposed to be customer service.

There has really been a shift in the last 2 months or so in the behaviour of the staff. While they used to be helpful and kind, many are now rude, condescending, and act annoyed when checking you out at cash. I spoke to one employee who said they were under "new management" and seemed unhappy about it, so maybe that's contributing to the change in attitude. Disappointing!

Although I love the merchandise, the customer service at this location is barely there. There's no way to track merchandise and if you ask for help, you're given the "whatever we have out, is what we have".
Ordinarily I would let this go, but I worked retail in a previous life and I would always call and ask around for my customers.

They simply can't be bothered here.

Also don't get me started on their points/loyalty program. It's the only program that won't let use a phone number or email if you don't have your card.
I understand that Homesense/Marshalls/TJMax &co are fighting a huge battle against online shopping, and if they're serious about it, the need to invest in better retail supply chain management and a better rewards program.

I have been here a lot at this location and do love it but I have to say, the reason why I must write this review TODAY is because I was at the Beacon Hill Winners yesterday and IT WAS INSANELY BUSY with the holidays approaching, etc. The line up was huge. I mean there was probably like 35 people in front of me and it seemed daunting but Winners Beacon Hill - you impressed me so much. You had everyone move through that line up so very quickly that it was painless and I wish I had pulled one of you lovely staff members aside to thank you but of course, that would have slowed the process down a little. But well done:) You guys got your s#! T together and I commend every single one of you for keeping a smile on your face and being friendly throughout one of the most challenging seasons. It is not easy working retail during the month of December and you have to put up with a lot of customers who are never easy to please but if this counts for anything, I hope it does. Thanks Winners Beacon Hill!

Big selection of goods. Have never been upset or left the store without purchase. Very nice staff. Clean. Easy to return. Thanks guys for your hard work!

Have to get lucky and we were. Items change often. Returns easy. Always a line up and a wait. Only 5 tils open. On a wknd shd have more open. Store tidy. Some items minimal or none. Others were plentiful.

So much fun. Beautiful things at inexpensive prices. Every store has slightly different stock. If you find something at one store and you want another just like it, give up. We went to four stores today and could not match the garland at the first store. But I found another one almost as great. So happy. Thanks

Very accommodating with the return item. The girl at the counter had a hard time communicating with English. The process went fairly smooth. I wish their staff would check items before putting them on the floor forsale as a lot get damaged in shipping.

Most of the things I find don't seem that much cheaper or cheaper at all than what you can find in the original store. Sizes are all mixed up but I can't blame them, they have a bunch of clothes and a huge store with lots of customers. Kind of cool to check out once in a while to see what they have as you can find things you normally wouldn't see elsewhere.

The thumbnail picture for this place is a bit misleading. I went there hoping to meet the guy that was photographed outside of this establishment but he was not there. If you are looking to meet this person, save yourself the trip because he is most likely unavailable. However, I found a pretty great discount candle; "Soft Sandalwood". I guess that's why they say: when one door closes, another one opens. What a great day.

Maybe it is just me but I find the selection at this location is terrible and the store is always dirty. Never enough cashiers on either.

Great Winners! Selection is outstanding. I have bought multiple things from here. Convenient location, close to Costco and Canadian Tire. Interior of the store was quite dirty though. I think they need to clean it better. Otherwise, this department store is pretty good.

Great selection, shelves are nicely organized and overall a fairly clean store compared to other locations. Lineups can be a little long, but generally move quite quickly. Great selection of kids toys, books and clothes!

This is a great location of Home Sense. The amount of products it carries is awesome. Good customer service and over all, a good experience for me:)

Staff were super friendly, they have a HUGE selection and of course great deals. A little busier than most winners so there was a bit of a wait in line.
