There are some real gems here, and at fabulous prices nonetheless. For example I found 25 lb weights for only $12. Great furniture selection too and don't even get me started on the picture frames
My friend told me about it I checked it out before u take clothes home I reccomend to try them on in change room because if it's to big or to small unfortunately you cant return it
DONT COME HERE and Rebecca is one of the worst staff in there we took an appointment and we are 30 min far all the sudden the id I show her she doesn’t like and want me to bring pr card. Very rude and she should be a sheemed of her self. She was liar and telling us to get out and starts to ignore us. She is the most bad liar person I have ever meet. When we talk to her she said to bring any id and know she only want pr and I am 40 min far. And she is telling that she wasn’t the person who booked us the appointment and I showed her the voice recording of her telling us to bring any id and when she heard that she went to her office close the door and completely ignored us. I asked why you doing this she said that’s your problem. I will never come here again and you should as will.
I liked that the clothing was inexpensive I also liked that they contribute back to the community by offering 100 percent of the proceeds to help women in need with jobs in their stores
I didn’t really like the store, and while I understand that stock depends on what is donated, the whole store just feels really depressing, disorganized, and junkie. I’m not really sure how they keep this location open, perhaps it’s people that are buying clothing? I’m not really sure but definitely worth skipping.
I assume WINS doesn't want my donations since they cant be bothered to accept them beyond 5pm (aren't you open until 6?). Store is often filled with damaged product (or missing items), tried to give some decent stock. Off to Goodwill. I tried, but work until 5 daily.
I come here every once in a while and have always liked my experience up until now. Lately, the store has been looking pretty disorganized and dirty. I’m not sure what changed but it definitely isn’t the same store I went to a couple months ago. Management is definitely lacking and the sudden lack of care is definitely compelling me to not come back. I like what the WINS organization stands for and I’ll still continue to support it but I’ll probably avoid this branch.
Amazing way to support the local community. Wins takes donations again now and the selection is awesome! Soo Thrifty! Good for the environment, community, especially local women in Calgary who are low income.
