A sudden rate increase with no rep trying to extend my contract or lower rate prompted me to end services - this takes 3 months on WM part.

I would not use this company again you are locked into a contract with a bill that will just keep going up and to get out of the contract you have to send a letter within a 3-6 month window of you end date to terminate and if you miss that window you are stuck with them
