With Cadillac cars comes Cadillac service. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. My car's problem was quickly and correctly diagnosed and subsequently repaired. The best part of the experience was the communications. They kept me informed along every step. Thank you Wolfe Cadillac! I would recommend to my friends and family - even if they don't own a prized Cadillac!

This is my second XT5 I purchased through Wolfe Cadillac. I returned because my first experience there was great. This time around was another fantastic experience. Christian Neeves found me the exact car I wanted and made the whole transaction stress free, he was easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when I drove away.

Very very poor experience with this stealership please avoid at ALL costs, ravi the manager never returned any of my phone calls zero effort to try and make the deal work sales guy was painful to deal with as well I was willing and ready to buy the vehicle and even UP my budget but because of the VERY poor service I took my business else where, it’s 2023 and customer service should be outstanding SPECIALLY being this is the only CADILLAC dealer in Edmonton.

Pretty disappointed in our overall experience with Wolfe Cadillac. Sales experience was alright but just downhill from there over the last three years. Gave them many chances to redeem themselves for poor experience after another. We get better service at Ford with our truck then the SUV we bought at Wolfe. Buying a "luxury" vehicle is not what it is made out to be especially when the dealership gives up after they sell you the vehicle.

Dropped my Escalade off for a week while I was on vacation for a health checkup and some minor repairs.

Vacation over, call ahead to let them know I will be there in 30 minutes and to have my vehicle ready.

Arrive, go to service desk, sign paperwork. Vehicle not ready. Tell me they'll have someone bring it out front. Go sit and wait another 20 minutes. My wife goes back to the service desk and asks where our truck is. They tell her someone is bringing it around.

She gets back in the car to wait and we see some employee running to the back parking lot.

Finally almost half an hour later here comes my Escalade around the corner, covered in road salt.

What took so long? Supposedly had to boost it. Why? Don't you test the battery during the inspection?

Ask why it wasn't washed, "oh our wash guy quit. " So what? Not even an apology.

I didn't buy a six figure luxury vehicle so I could sit in a dirty, ice cold SUV and listen to weak excuses. The customer service is better at Mr. Lube.

I only hope the work that was performed was better than the customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised at the calm, professional atmosphere at Wolfe Cadillac after suffering the GoAuto attitude at other dealerships. Franny and her team made us feel welcome, answered all our questions, and helped us through the process. We love our new Cadillac and would recommend Wolfe Cadillac to anyone.

This was our 5th caddilac in about a year and a half, we went in last weekend once again for an increadible experience and walked out with a 2023 XT5 and a CT5 Both amazing vehicles, ok i cant lie the reason for so many returns was jason Bar and his unbelievably friendly staff from the moment we walked in, great experience, unfortunately we have to stop visiting so much but when we do it will be wolfe Cadillac, thank you so much everyone from both lissa and myself, hoping the 5 will get us into the christmas party lmao. I’ve been to many dealers in and around Edmonton over the last 10 years and I never felt comfortable, until I met with Nancy at Wolfe Cadillac.

When my wife and I started talking about trading in our Jeep and buying a truck I was very worried that I wouldn’t get anywhere close to what my jeep was worth, never mind finding a good deal on a truck with everything we wanted. After browsing many ads, postings, and other dealerships, I was feeling defeated. I never thought I’d find myself at a Cadillac dealership - after all, aren’t luxury dealerships snooty? If you’re not looking to drop huge $$ on a high end luxury car, do they even give you the time of day? After contacting Nancy about an almost new 2021 Ram Truck, that’s exactly where we ended up - and I’m more than happy to say every single one of my preconceptions was absolutely FALSE.

The integrity, honesty, and care Nancy provided made us feel totally comfortable with the process. I’ve had some pretty negative experiences with dealerships in the past completely undervaluing trade-ins, hiding costs, dodging questions, and straight up lying to my face about warranty and recalls, but from our very first contact Nancy treated us like family. She and Ravi gave us a completely clear and very honest price for our Jeep, and made the entire experience very positive. My first time visiting here yesterday and had a terrible experience. Came to Wolfe Cadillac Edmonton looking for a CT5 as I will soon be upgrading my ATS, was told by the sales man that there are none in inventory. Then I asked to take a look at the Escalade parked in the lobby area, the sales man said no as it has already been sold to someone and me just taking a look or sitting in the vehicle would depreciate it. I have never heard of a vehicle depreciating just by taking a look at it or even sitting inside of it. I’m certain many people have sat inside that Escalade before it had been purchased, and hundreds of other people have sat in brand new vehicles at dealerships, does that mean those vehicles all also depreciated? Wouldn’t that defeat the whole purpose of visiting a dealership?

Not sure if I was being judged for being young, being a person of colour, or how I was dressed, or that the sales man was a white male, but I have never been told or heard of a vehicle depreciating just by looking at it or sitting inside of it. Unprofessional sales people like this give a bad name to Cadillac. Shameful as I would have liked to stick with Cadillac as the trusted vehicles my family continues to purchase from is Cadillac. 0/10 do not recommend Wolfe Cadillac Edmonton.

I have always had good service at Wolfe Cadillac until today. I brought my XT4 in for the regular warranty services, when I arrived to pick it up, the vehicle had not been washed and it was parked so close to the next vehicle you could not open the door without scratching the vehicle next to it. Very disappointed! When the service person brought it out to me the breaks were squeaking which they were not when I brought it in… 19,000 km.

Amazing service! With 3 small children it was difficult to figure out how we were going to get to the dealership to pick up our vehicle. Mark was so great to deal with and he had our vehicle delivered to our home. This saved our Friday night and we are so grateful!

Like most, I live a very busy life and even though I try to keep my vehicle clean and organized it had been quite a while since it was detailed. I brought by SUV into Wolfe for a spa day and boy did they deliver. The entire process from start to finish was world class from the quality of the detailing to the customer service, I felt like a king!

Mark Kennedy and his team over there made my vehicle look as good as it did when I drove it off the lot, they also had an anti microbial treatment too which was icing on the cake, especially in this day and age. To top it all off, Mark even reached out after the fact to make sure I was happy with the results.

Bottom line is I would strongly recommend Wolfe to anyone needing anything to do with a vehicle, whether it's a purchase or just some TLC. These guys are the gold standard!

I would like to thank Wolfe Cadillac for the great service they give. I just got my oil changed and my winter tires put on, they also did a Know your Vehicle Fitnees Inspection & Treatment plan on my truck. They found that I needed a front wheel alinement from all these potholes in this city. They are were very thorough with a written report so when I go back to put my summer tires on I can show them what I want done at that time. I have been dealing with these people for five years now and they know me by name which is very comforting. They really take care of me.

We didn’t expect to visit a Cadillac dealer in our search for a used pickup truck, but I’m sure glad we found Wolfe Cadillac. I am so incredibly happy with my entire experience at Wolfe Cadillac. I had originally planned on test driving then waiting until the dealership had the vehicle I wanted in stock (the chip shortage is limiting what’s on lot everywhere). Instead, Nancy Wendel, the internet sales manager, helped me buy a used XT5 that I could not be happier about. She helped me through the entire process of starting the purchase and answered all of my questions along the way. Rai in finance was great, and helped make the actual purchase part a breeze. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, Nancy made sure to help me get everything set up before I drove off. I’ve been driving my vehicle for two weeks now, and am still absolutely obsessed with it.

Wolfe Cadillac is easily the best Cadillac dealer in Edmonton. Both sales and service have always been warm and welcoming.
During my car search, Luis (salesman) went over and above to always follow up and send me videos of what just came in within my search and never once tried to sell me something I wasn’t interested in.
Am now a happy customer and I service my car with them as well. Heather at the service desk was great and able to answer all my questions and give me options as needed. One hour service in and out with a comfortable wait.
I recommend them everyday if the week and some holidays.

Wolfe Cadillac’s service department is a great example of how customer service should be achieved. I was in an emergency situation, and needed my vehicle serviced. I spoke to Bjorn in the service department. He was very professional over the phone when scheduling my appointment. As I arrived in for service the next day, Bjorn listed and confirmed the concerns I had with my vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, he kept me updated on the repair status and also offered me beverages. I was also given a ride into town by a gentleman named Coleton, who was also nice and courteous.

Overall, being in the service industry myself for 15 years, the team at Wolfe Cadillac definitely knows how to treat their clients. Thank you all again for the great experience.
