Little bit expensive.but it is a dealership. Service was good, communication solid and staff friendly.

My recent order and purchase of a 2023 Tahoe RST Performance Edition through Wolfe Canmore Chev Buick GMC was an excellent experience in every regard. I've also recently brought-in my Avalanche for service work which was also a great experience. Historically I've dealt with a few big city dealerships and can confirm that the customer care and work ethic towards providing superior service at Wolfe Canmore is second to none! The entire staff from the service department, parts, sales and finance are friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally service oriented. Senior management has obviously succeeded with instilling a very good culture within this gem of a dealership. A big thanks to DJ and Steve for getting a hold of one of the first Performance Edition Tahoe's to hit Alberta and going to bat for me with the extra incentives. And thanks to Mel for getting everything lined-up for me.

Went in for service-Oil change and a front engine hose leak! Dropped MY 2010 Sierra Denali at garage early! Theytook it in early and phoned me 45 minutes later to explainI had a power steering hose leak and my right front ball joint needed replacing in addition to general servicing! I okayed the $ 1500 dollar quote and picked up truck just before closing time! Am I happy with this service? ABSOLUTELY MY DENALI IS BACK ON THE ROAD! I appreciate the service and how all staff - front office to mechanics treated me. Thankyou! Will I stay with Wolfe GM.for sure and in fact my son today just picked up his new Sierra truck at Wolfe GSL Calgary! The pressures on me to buy a new truck and this fall could be the time! Super grateful to the staff at wolfe especially Kate, Katie and the mechanic who serviced my silverado recently, had a breakdown with my silverado while on vacation and these guys got me and my family back on the road as quick as possible, they were open on jan 2nd which was a stat holiday (saved an extra night of hotel cost) and the customer service was very friendly and they kept me informed and all the work was covered by warranty, thanks again guys.

Driving from banff to Edmonton when my low tire pressure came on. Called ok tire and they said 4hs, Canadian tire said 1 week. Called Wolfe Chevrolet and the lady on the phone was so amazing, told me they would squeeze me in and was in and out in 40m. In a moment when I needed compassion this dealership came through, would highly recommend.

Quickest and easiest purchase I’ve ever made. I dealt with Steve, Harrison and Melanie everything was done over the phone within an hour and I picked up my truck the next day. When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go and I was on way way with in the hour. Great people no BS and straight forward. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

I was driving west through the prairies when I experienced some car problems. Brought the car to the GMC dealer in Canmore and even though they were 5 minutes from closing, they patiently dealt with me and said I could come early the next morning to squeeze me in before other appointments showed up. While I waited in the waiting area, the staff was kind and friendly, offering me rides, chocolates, etc. When the news came that it would be 5-6 days before the car was fixed Kate was super helpful with offering suggestions and solutions. She even went as far as offering me a ride to Calgary the next day as she was headed through there herself. I am confident that the car will get fixed and am super thankful for Kate to go out of her way to help me out! Thanks to the whole team in Canmore!

Bought truck on line not as pictured on website. Finance lady wrote me up for stuff I don’t even know what it is. Spoke with gm he was rude told me I should know that truck doesn’t come in that colour and it’s my fault I signed the papers. Refused to sell me a better one and take the truck back. Over all zero stars would not recommend

We arrived in Canada with a power steering pump leak and found this Chevrolet dealership who helped us as our car was being repaired for one and half days. The customer service was extraordinary! We especially thank Kate for all that she did to help us as the car was being repaired. Her actions were more than I would have thought doable and her company supported her efforts. That says a lot in these days in which service is just transactional vs.relational. If I lived in Canmore, I would definitely use their service again. Thanks for a well done job! Mary

Very impressed with the service. I called very last minute driving into town to get something looked at with my Terrain. Extremely polite and understanding over the phone and in person when I dropped my vehicle off. Service was quick and had my vehicle back within a couple hours.
