I came in looking for 6.2 Denali. Wolfe had a few in stock. I walked in and met Tyler. From the get go he was friendly, positive, honest and very knowledgeable. There were no games or silly car sales tactics. Everything was up front and available and we found the one very quickly. 10/10 would recommend Wolfe to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Pleased to have the new ownership honor the purchase of the undercoat protection. Disappointed that they charged me for the removal of mud and ice from undercoat area, you figure it was part of the process the clean before applying the sealant. Disappointed the service team didn't show where the application was applied.

I have been taking my 22 Sierra AT4 3.0 Durmax there for service for the past year. They always go above and beyond, providing video inspections when they complete a service, They made sure I got my heated/steering wheel, heated/cooled seats and park sensors retrofitted. The personnel there are fantastic to deal with, definitely the best dealership experience in Edmonton.

Ben from sales was excellent to work with, answered all my questions the minute I walked in. He got me into a new Sierra with a hard to find powertrain in under a week. I’d absolutely recommend doing your business here

I recently had to have the ignition cylinder in my work truck replaced, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from the dealership. They were able to get me in quickly and had the job done in the same day, which was crucial for me to get back to work as soon as possible.

I took my truck for repair to Wolfe GMC after two other shops failed to detected the issue.
At first I assumed that like any other dealership, Wolfe will charge me a fortune to detect the issue and then charge me another fortune for parts and labour.
To my surprise, the mechanic asked me the right questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. At the end, my truck was fixed quickly at a fraction of my expected cost.
All the staff involved, including booking, mechanic and shuttle driver were very friendly and courteous.
Thank you for your service and I will definitely come again.

What a waste of a morning, drop vehicle off that has a recall with problem with headlights, I was told shuttle driver would be here short. 45 minutes later driver comes inside asking for passengers, now the 45 minutes isn't the worst part.
1st passenger is in acheson, 2 is spruce grove and me in millwoods.
I guess we normal folk who have to miss a day of work due to thier lack consideration, who could care less about their customers, we just don't matter.
Must be hard to find shuttle drivers.here's an idea, i appointment made, try giving a service vehicle as normal!

Excellent experience dealing with Wolfe GMS. Salesman Vic Thakur was very prompt with his reply’s. Walked me thru a seamless sale and Trade in.
I asked for more Photos and Vic did one better and sent a Video. I would refer any of my friends to buy from Wolfe GMC without hesitation.

The process seemed long and drawn out. But it was I that had to keep nudging to maintain the 'flow'
kinda frustrating. From 2: 00 right to after 5: 00 pm

Always a pleasure to service my truck at Wolf Gmc Edmonton. The service I received this time was not up to my satisfaction and happiness because when I got my truck, there were grease/oil on the hood and on both left wnd right side on side fenders. I would suggest that the technicians make sure they use something to protect the vehicles in future or just to wipe clean the grease from the truck. Already emailed photos to GMC about this.

Went in and told the finance and sales team specifically, I wanted to finance the vehicle. They came back to me with different terms instead of financing they wanted me to "lease the vehicle instead" and I said "no, this wasn't what I agreed upon, I said multiple times I wanted to finance, NOT lease. " I spoke with the sales manager who was extremely rude and wouldn't return my deposit.

Told me they weren't going to return my deposit and said to file a complaint with "AMVIC" now here we are. Having to file a complaint with AMVIC and write this review.

Horrible customer service what kind of dealership does this hostage taking of deposits.
