I went here after another supplier, and found them to be a little unwilling to answer my questions. But the service was pretty quick

The communication on the phone is almost non existent and the website is says it’s open but it’s closed

Came in to purchase a gasket for my top wasn't welcomed with a hello but instead was told over closed while it was still within the times of their hours of operation. I told the employee there I just needed to buy a washer and I would be out quickly and they responded with sorry we are closed we can't help you our computers are down I told them I would be able to pay cash but instead they told me they don't take cash and I have to leave horrible service would never recommend this place to anyone as you can see from all the other negative reviews about their service

As a professional plumber I find the staff here extremely helpful at identifying strange and rare plumbing components.

You can find almost everything you need for your plumbing and heating supplies but staff is useless and unwilling to help.

Wolseley itself is the most disorganized and untrustworthy company I've ever dealt with. I don't suggest working for or with them if you're able to choose. They lose forms, orders, items and are unhelpful in regards to any of their mistakes.

I concur with all of the negative comments regarding the level of service - it is brutal. My boss is buddy-buddy with someone so have been sent to this location many times but always feel like they are so annoyed to help me, busy looking at their computer or just plain unfriendly. The guy who knows my boss becomes more friendly when I say that I'm picking something up for him, but otherwise get majorly bad vibes in this store.

Only once out of 4 times that I've been there that I had a friendly employee. Not the greatest place to go to. Not even a very good supply store for the small guy. Definitely these guys need an attitude adjustment! Never go back.

I laughed at the bad reviews and had to check it out myself. Not very helpful and not very friendly staff, but they had what I needed and knew about where it would be.

Absolutely a waste of time and employees that just don't want to do anything. I called looking for delta cartridges (I'm not a plumber FYI.) I'm told they don't carry them can't help me. It was clear the employee just didn't want to answer any questions and wanted to get off the phone (i don't know at this point that master plumber has delta equivalents, some not all but not the point). So I call a few other places and call a different Wolseley accidentally and I say oh, sorry looking for delta parts called the wrong place. Employee says no! I have stuff that will work and asks for my part number. He says he doesn't have it but since I'm close to 32nd try going in and seeing what's what.

After wasting time calling around, it was gonna be a close one but I make it by 11h52 (they close at noon) lights are on. I go to open the door, door is locked so I knock on the door as I move closer to peek Inside to see what's going on. I Watched the employee go turn the lights off and that's it. No answering the phone for the next 8 mins nothing, no coming back out into sight.

At least if you're going to close early put a sign out, and don't just ignore people. Good business practice I guess if you only want to serve Plumbers and the general public can go pound sand.

Kelly Benning seems to have nailed it down exactly like it is. This is a business for contractors and business that bring them 6 figures. Otherwise don't bother them. It's as easy as putting up a sign for contractor accounts only.

My only complaint is the staff. There were three guys behind the counter; two were chatting with each other (drinking coffee), and one was glued to his phone, surfing the internet or whatever. I finally asked (the guy looking at his phone) for some help, and he seemed flustered that I disturbed him. He found what I was looking for, I paid, and left. No thank you or even a simple smile.

I was just charged a $50 restocking fee for returning $250 worth of material.
I don't mind paying a restocking fee, but to charge 1/5th of the value of the entire purchase is insane. There was no rhyme or reason on the return invoice, it looks like he just chose an arbitrary number that he thought he could get away with.
From the sounds of the other complaints filed here, I was being punished for making them actually do some work. I could have put away all of those fittings in 5 minutes. They will never see another dollar from me, or from any of the other contractors that I know.

Wolseley is usually a great store nothing wrong with it. But this staff at this one are terrible. Asked for help and the guy was rude and didn't help at all. Made me feel like in not supposed to ask them anything. Other employee saw what was happening and came to help me out. GO TO ANOTHER WOLSELEY NOT THIS ONE! Will not be returning.

It is a very warm and friendly place to shop.
The four guys that work there are very resourceful and help make shopping there less stressful.
They are always ready to give a helpful hand.

I have to disagree with many reviews. Main thing is, this is a wholesaler, they are not set up to sell you $5 piece of pipe but, these guys are professionals and use to dealing with professios.they will give you the best non-journeyman plumbing advise you can get anywhere. They do have support staff at the sales suites to help you, if you require extended help. As owner of Cold Frog Plumbing, that purchases over 2 million a year in plumbing products, these guys are great to deal with. You will not not find any branch, from any of wholesalers that can match the years of experience and knowledge these guys bring to the table. As well, for a small branch they are very well stocked.

Not very helpful. I asked for a Little Giant condensate pump, guy says they don't stock them at that store and sent me to 3rd St SE location. Went to 3rd St location to find that they don't sell Little Giant pumps. Found pump at Frontier Plumbing.

Wow wow wow. Let me tell you about this grandious experience. I read all these horrific reviews beforehand about the guy at the front counter being a shvanz. We had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman who was transfered from another location for this 4 hour Saturday morning shift. He was treat to deal with. We had a abnormally large list of fittings to grab and there were many customers. This guy working the counter entered our fittings while helping other customers and did it all with a smile. Maybe this employee should be running this location. All and all a great experience. Little wierd there's no cellcore at this location though.
