I was waiting in line for 10 mins while 2 of the 3 staff members were just socializing. They acted like I wasn’t even there when clearly I have been patiently waiting.

Would be nice to give a review but they don’t know how to answer their phone! Don’t think I’ll ever shop at this location! If you can’t answer the phone your not worth my business

Great place, selection and friendly staff.
Only complaint is that they are usually very busy and the counter is under staffed.

I called this place in a panic looking for a mixing valve cartridge for one in my house that failed and was leaking everywhere. I talked to Ralph and he had a spare and said come pick it up I'll give it to you for free! Absolutely saved my bacon and made my day to say the least. Whenever I need help again or undertake a big plumbing project these guys will most definitely be my first call. Thanks again!

Excellent place for allyour plumbing needs. Very reasonable prices. James was very knowledgeable and helpfull. He got everything ready for me and i just went to pick them. Very happy!

Not a plumber but these guys helped me find what I needed right away and were pleasant to deal with.

They didn't have the part I was looking for on the shelf, which is not a problem. They told me to try driving to their other location where they have lots of parts on the other side of town. Didn't offer to call to check stock or to order it in for me. Other location just said "we don't sell parts here, buy the whole flush valve".

Went to this location after first visiting the north Edmonton location as I was told that the part I needed was at the Edmonton south location. When picking up part, I was informed that I would not be able to be sold the part as I was not a ticketed plumber. I informed them that I was not installing the part myself, and a licensed plumber would be doing the installation. He begrudgingly said he could sell me the part "this time". I don't see why this is a rule, as you don't need to be a ticketed mechanic to buy brake parts, you don't have to be an electrician to by outlets/wiring. Why is this any different? After him making me grovel to even sell me the parts, I found out that the part number provided by the north Edmonton location was incorrect when i opened the package. This was very annoying as I had already driven across Edmonton, and taken time off of work to pick up this part. I was then told that none of the locations in Edmonton had the actual part I need to get my water heater running again. I left very disappointed, and annoyed with them for wasting my time. I went online, found the part I needed, and proceeded to order it online from Ontario (it will be here tomorrow). Stay away. This place is terrible.

P. S. The online retailer had no issues selling me the needed part without submitting a plumbing license. Guess it's not as big of a deal as these guys made it out to be.
