My assessment is for about 150 to 200 guests: the place has an auditorium with a balcony for viewing or lounging, a well-equipped kitchen and adequate parking space which make for a good experience. There is a game room upstairs. The area upstairs can be used for a change room for the performing artistes when you're hosting an event, for example. The facility offers materials to set up a stage if required. Free Wifi is available at the time of this writing. I'm told that the walls are coated with a projection friendly paint on which you can project your visual content. We used it and it worked.
The place is set in a relatively less populated area. Getting to the area is mainly via an exit off the Henday. Or, from the West, head straight on Winterburn Road. Roads are generally great. During snow or rain, I recommend driving carefully, especially the last few kms of the access road.

Great location, budget friendly, spotless clean and wifi services. We love hosting anniversaries and farewells here.

Really a nice facility. Quite a way out of the city however. If you live in South West Edmonton it's actually not that bad. Dirt parking lot.
Kitchen. Upper balcony area if you rent it. Large entrance and decent dance area with sound treatment so it reduces audio bounce. Dedicated electrical circuits for equipment.
