My 2017 Continental had been burning oil for two years, despite several major engine repair attempts at another dealership. I went to Woodridge as a last hope as my local dealer told me to "keep driving until something happened" while my new engine burned 1liter per every 700 km. Woodridge reached out to Ford/Lincoln on my behalf and ensured the work was covered under warranty after my local dealer told me it wouldn't be. 4 months later, Woodridge installed a new long block. The third engine in this car in 2 years. I really don't know if the car will last through winter, but the service at Woodridge by Caitlin and Jeff have earned a life long customer. Thank you guys, I missed my car.

Beware if you need new windshield wipers. I was quoted $52.50 for new wipers. I was NOT advised there was a $36.80 installation fee. Total $89.32 for 2 new wipers that Mr Lube installs for free with an oil change.
Update: In response to my concern, I have received a callback from the Service Mgr. The service charge for wiper installation was an error. They do NOT charge for wiper installation. I appreciate the calls, correction and delivered refund for the wipers. Thank you.

Worked for this company years ago and purchased 1 used car during my time. Very easy process. Staff in the service, parts and sales departments are great. James, Kenny and Bill take pride in their jobs and take care of their customers needs. Having access to multiple dealerships in the Wood group you should find what you're looking for.

I had the best car buying experience at Woodridge Ford. David Ross and Bill Nunn were amazing in helping me find my "unicorn" (a Bronco Sport Heritage Limited in robins egg blue!) and made the process a grand adventure for me. Every question was answered before I could even ask it, they are transparent on pricing and payments and all the other things that other dealers play games around. Would highly recommend Woodridge Ford to anyone and very specifically David Ross and Bill Nunn - they went above and beyond and above and beyond and above and beyond. Thanks guys and I miss you a little bit!

Extremely unprofessional. Their only method of communication was thru text, even after I asked them to email me the quote 3 different times, they kept texting me pictures of the quote. They asked if I’m willing to put down a deposit and said they were “selling cars that weren’t even built yet”. Instead of working with their customer on a reasonable timeline, they only made it more stressful. Eventually they asked me to look elsewhere for other options as the timing wasn’t going to work - still, ALL VIA TEXT!

I was literally transferred to 7 different voicemails when I was trying to get warranty info. I finally left a vm on the last one and.crickets.

Have bought 2 vehicles from Woodridge in the last few years, both times working with Ian-David Pronovost. He always treats my wife and I with respect, friendliness and doesn’t try to push us into a decision. He has let us try out different types of vehicles and helped us consider pros and cons during our time with him. We are not quick shoppers when it comes to cars and trucks, and he respected the process we follow each time, making himself available when we needed something, but not being in our faces at all. I highly recommend talking to him if you are looking for new or used or not sure which.

This story is about empty guarantees, hollow promises and very poor workmanship.

Revised review: In 2020, I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus. When I looked at the vehicle it had a huge divot in the centre of the hood that appeared to be caused by a large rock. I told the salesperson (Snow) I was not interested in the vehicle because of the damage at which time he agreed to have a "new" hood installed and painted. The workmanship on the hood was guaranteed by Snow. On that basis, I purchased the vehicle with a new hood and initially wrote a positive review.

In about 2021 a rust spot appeared under the paint on the front lip on what had been presented as a new hood. I took the car to the dealership and had a conversation with pre-owned Sales Manager Dean Jackle. Upon seeing the rust bubble under the paint, Mr. Jackle agreed to repaint the hood if I paid half the cost, which was $600. I agreed. The hood was repainted. When I picked it up Mr. Jackle proudly told me his body shop had gone above and beyond in removing all the rust on the hood and it should be like new. Mr. Jackle guaranteed the workmanship.

In July of 2022 noticed a rust spot was AGAIN appearing on the front lip of the hood in almost exactly the same spot as what I reported in 2021. I again contacted Mr Jackle and was offered the same deal: pay half and the rust would be removed. This time Mr. Jackle tried to blame the reoccurring rust on the age of the car.

This has nothing to do with the age of the car. It's about empty guarantees, hollow promises and very poor workmanship. It's pretty apparent removal of the rust has never been done properly. Body work is done all the time and dealing with rust is a standard issue.

Why would I throw more money at a dealership who don't guarantee their work? I will never deal with this dealership again and have shared my experience with many.

I went into Woodridge Ford to test drive the new 2022 Ford Edge and Explorer. I was able to do so immediately, with the support and guidance of Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. I ended up going with the Ford Explorer ST-Line and love it. Carlos provided alot of information, allowed me to test drive the specific car i was going to purchase and took the time to go through all the bells and whistles (buttons) on delivery day. Would highly recommend! Additionally, Snow in Finance Management was very friendly and explained everything clearly. 5 stars!

I have purchased many new Ford vehicles, from several different dealerships. But NONE compare to the service and attention to detail I received at Woodridge Ford Lincoln in May 2022. My initial online query was answered the same day by salesman John Newcombe, and he was great in helping me "build" my ideal vehicle. I picked up my new vehicle May 30, and it was painless. My Woodridge "team" of John, David Ross and Allister Cable made me feel welcome, they were uber knowledgeable about the vehicle, the normally-excruciating and confusing finance side of things was actually informative and simple to understand (thanks, Allister), and the additional service from the parts and the service departments was top-notch and welcoming. I highly recommend the team at Woodridge Ford-Lincoln!

After having received amazing customer service previously from Brandon Crickmore at different dealership, I had reached out to him again and I am so happy I did. From the start of our conversation to the test drive to the delivery, it was nothing short of exemplary. Brandon is meticulous in going over everything in detail of the vehicle itself and on the work that has been completed to ensure that I was confident of my decision to purchase, with absolutely no pressure. He was able to find a vehicle within my price range, suitable for my needs and wants. Brandon is very knowledgeable and upon delivery, helped this technically challenged person with setting up my phone, Spotify, and other settings that I would have otherwise likely not bothered with. I highly recommend that if you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle to ask for Brandon, you will not be disappointed.

I recently picked up my 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat Powerboost which was a Factory order from back in October 2021 only took 8 months. All I can say is that I'm really happy with the truck and would really like to thank Dimitri Anastasakis, David Ross for their help through the whole process. I would really like to thank my salesperson Paul O'brien for all his hard work and communication with regards to the delivery. The entire team at Woodridge Ford was absolutely incredible and still is as I have my Ranger Maintained.
The service James Macdonald gave me as we customized my new whip was beyond what was expected and the ideas he had saved me some coin and made the truck look incredible!

I would never take my truck to this dealer because of their very poor work they did. I told them about the battery cable being faulty but did nothing about it. As soon as I took it off the lot it stopped working and had to get someone help get it started again. I texted them about it but heard nothing back. People stay as far away as you can from these guys.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Woodridge and specifically John Newcomb. Going the extra mile for my business is an understatement. I was unsure of what I wanted and John brought me each vehicle so I was able to touch and drive for comparison. The service didn't stop there. From getting additional equipment to 3M, John came himself to pick up the vehicle and brought it back once work was completed. When my vehicle comes back, its always detailed and extremely clean. I was on the hunt for a replacement vehicle for my 2013 Ford Escape after I was in an accident and Joon jumped on board right away once I had found the vehicle I was looking for. With his help and up front honest (which was greatly appreciated) I am looking forward to my new 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I didn't at any time feel BSed about anything. I feel like I need to shout from the rooftops about the amazing experience we had at Woodridge ford and specifically, with John Newcombe. We were in the market for a new vehicle and John and the team at Woodridge pulled out all the stops to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase, knowing this was going to be our family vehicle for MANY years to come! They even let us borrow the vehicle overnight and strap our own car seats in to make sure it worked for us. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had buying a new vehicle (and we’ve bought many!). The attention they gave us to make sure we were happy with our purchase was bar none and I truly cannot recommend John enough. And wait! The experience doesn’t stop the minute you drive your vehicle off the lot. After getting a flat tire due to a nasty staple on the road, John was quick to get us into the service department to get our tire fixed.and after an unfortunate run-in with a coyote, John assisted with getting us all setup at a body shop and took care of everything! I don’t know ANY other dealership that takes these extra steps for their customers. We are elated with our vehicle purchase and feel as though we really are part of the Woodridge Ford Family! I walked Into Woodridge Ford with the desire to lower my monthly payments and get out of a bad situation from a past vehicle purchase. I have never had a nicer experience purchasing a vehicle than I did at Woodridge Ford my sales person David Chipp-Smith is absolutely amazing. He found me the vehicle I wanted when they are very hard to come by. He kept me up to date on its arrival and he even made me a video to show me my new vehicle when it arrived at the dealership. Above and beyond does not come close to describing the level of customer service we received and Allister stayed late in order to get our vehicle to us and worked closely with David and ourselves making sure we were looked after every step of the way! I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was and the super treatment we received from Allister. What an amazing team. I have never felt so appreciated as a customer on any purchase. I would highly recommend not only Woodridge Ford but David Chipp-Smith he made the whole experience truly awesome. If you need a vehicle you cannot do better than this team.

My new F150 needed its cam phasers replaced under warranty. They said they would order the parts and call me when they were in. I waited 14 months and in that time I reached out to Woodridge Ford on 3 occasions for an update. All of which I had to make several calls and leave voice-mails before anyone would get back to me (kept saying parts were on order). My last attempt I called and left 3 messages and still haven't received a call back. I then contacted Strathmore ford and told them my situation. In 1 week they had the parts ordered and my repair completed. Cant say enough good things about Strathmore Ford. Woodridge on the other hand has proven to be an absolute joke. I wish I could give less than 1 star

Amazing experience. James Macdonald and Justin Queiroga made my recent purchase a breeze. James is hands down the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. Recently purchased a new ranger tremor from Woodridge Ford and I have to say it was some of the best customer service I have ever received at any dealership. James McDonald was an absolute amazing sales representative and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Same goes for Phil Hurst who was a fantastic financial representative and worked hard to get me the ranger at a great price! Unfortunately we had problems with 3M in installing clearbra. I would say just be extra cautious of any 3M installers in Calgary as their work has been very questionable. I want to make clear it was not Woodridge Ford that was at fault with the Clearbra. James at Woodridge was just absolutely amazing at making sure the 3M issues were resolved weeks after he closed the sale. If purchasing/leasing a new vehicle I highly highly recommend James at Woodridge Ford.

Excellent customer service at the shop. They fit you in as best they can and the work is top notch. I've been to several ford dealer service centres in Calgary and this one is the best, no contest.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to do so. I have to say that I was blown away at the level of service we received from Bill Labrenz and Jeff Hantos. I dropped my F150 off for some warranty work and not only did woodridge take care of giving us a rental to use while my truck was in the shop (I didn't expect a rental), gave my girls hot chocolates and then Jeff himself drove me and my three little girls over to pick up the rental car at Budget. Once there Jeff stayed and waited with us and then out of the blue he tells them to upgrade us to an Escape! I am very appreciative of the level of service and I gotta say everything was so smooth and easy and they definitely went over and above for us. The whole staff was great! This just shows me that they will not only take care of you when purchasing a vehicle, but they will also take extremely good care of you after your purchase when it comes to service. Dealerships could learn a thing or two from Woodridge. Absolutely a great experience and thank you to the Woodridge team!

My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from Woodbridge over the years. A Lincoln MKX many years ago, then an MKT and we currently have a 2014 Edge. Yesterday I got a flat tire and for the first time I had to take a wheel off the car. To my surprise, I couldn’t find the locking lug nut key. I looked EVERYWHERE. The only place the car has ever been serviced is Metro Ford. Metro Ford assures me they use their own tools and don’t use customers keys. This leads me to believe that I never received the locking lug nut key when we originally purchased the car from Woodbridge.

I spoke with service, parts and sales at Woodbridge. Everyone tried to help me but no one could actually help me unless I had the car towed there. After so many years and so many payments I would have appreciated them going above and beyond to help me out. I’m now stuck with the cost of towing my car and having a tire shop get rid of all my other locking lug (approximately $160) on top of getting the tire fixed. All of this because we never received the original the key when we purchased the car. 



My lasting memory of Woodbridge will be this situation and the negative taste it’s left in my mouth. My lasting memory of Woodbridge could have been how well they took care of me when I was in a bind.

We had a very positive experience with the service department. Jay was super helpful and very persistent in getting us what we needed. The repair was well done and thanks to Jay it was at a very good price! We are very grateful.

GREAT PLACE been dealing with woodridge for over 10 years. Jason Moyor our commercial account manager has always been awsome to deal with. He has always found what we needed and delivered on time and on budget. Making sure we get exactly what our company needs for fleet vehicles. If we had any problems with our vehicles Woodridge always stands behind what they have sold. The service department is outstanding making sure your time is important to them. Thanks for all the years of great Vehicles and service.

I would Not recommend if you are looking for a good deal and not to be treated like you are stupid! Employee pricing just means they rip the employees off as well. Next month it will be no employee pricing but it will be 0% financing and you pay the exact same in the end. I have purchased dozens of vehicles and today was the first time somone complained about me shopping too much! Sale manager talked himself out of a guaranteed sale by being rude, pushy and overconfident. I like that warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that I got a good deal I am the customer and dont think that is out of line. He pushed me right out the door to never return!

Overall, not a horrible buying experience, but it could've been better. Truck delivery was delayed by a week, but I was told every day "it will be ready tomorrow" so instead of one opportunity for disappointment, they gave me about five. They added in a few extras to compensate for the delay, and they were overall polite and easy to work with, but a bit of a roller coaster nonetheless. Other than that, everything was satisfactory, but from a buying experience standpoint, it wasn't enough to make me want to recommend them to people I know.

This 5 star rating is solely based on the service provided by the Department Manager Jeff. When I received my Escape from being serviced there were a few errors. I use my vehicle for work so it's very difficult to leave it for the day, let alone having to bring it back for another full day or two because of their mistake. Stressing this, Jeff took matters into his own hands. He was very assertive, professional, educational, and kind. There was no beating around the bush, no gray area. He was very black and white, straight forward "This is the problem, and this is the solution". I felt like I was a number one priority and at the top of his list. He apologized for the mistakes and arranged for my vehicle to be picked up via tow, and a shuttle (The shuttle drivers are amazing and great conversationalist) to bring me to the dealership where my rental was waiting for me. He worked well around my schedule and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I noticed he had the interiors detailed. It was like brand new! A very nice surprise. I will continue business with these guys for sure.

I have taken my vehicle (2013 Edge) to Woodridge Ford for the works service package every 8,000 kms since I bought it in late 2014. I found the service staff to be friendly and, although I knew that I was paying premium dealership service rates, I felt it was worth it to ensure I wasn’t being ripped off for unnecessary works in an industry that isn’t know for its integrity.
In late 2016 Woodbridge told me that I needed a replacement part installed (transmission cover) to address a leaking transmission. I happily paid $650 to ensure that my vehicle remained in good shape. At it’s next service in 8,000km there was more work to be done on the vehicle which again I paid for. On reviewing my itemized service invoice when I got home I realized that I had been charged another $650 for exactly the same part (transmission cover) as the last service because my transmission was still leaking. I raised this to Woodridge and they refunded me the money after a few days via cheque. I wasn’t happy that I almost double paid for this and the manager told me that Woodridge should have realized and done the work for free in the first place, but they didn’t.
After this incident I decided to switch to Advantage Ford for my next service. Although I know that they’re owned by the same people I hoped I would get better service from a different team. At my first service Advantage told me that my transmission was leaking; the real cause of my transmission leak was actually a hairline crack and it would cost another $650 to fix. When I explained the situation they asked Woodridge Ford to cover the cost of the repair that would have fixed the issue in the first place but Woodridge refused to honour their mistake because I couldn’t “prove” that this crack wasn’t a new problem and not just a crazy coincidence on top of their previous incompetence.
No one is perfect and mistakes happen but my experience is that Woodridge isn’t interested in doing the right thing by their customers when things go wrong.

I consider Woodridge my local Ford dealership, I feel comfortable about my experience leasing a truck there. The staff are professional and they know what they do. Curtis Thompson from Sales was my main contact point and he is the best salesman I dealt with in Calgary, he is honest and extremely helpful that he provided sincere advice to my specific case including offering contacts if I wanted to go with options other than Ford. It is really unlikely to find a salesman who is willing to offer help as a friend and not see you as only a cash bag. He did his best to get me the best offer he could put on the table, and this is something I respect. My overall case didn't end up very well but it has nothing to do with Woodridge, they will remain my favorite Ford destination in Calgary.

Tansley Associates Environmental Sciences inc.purchased a 2017 F-350 Diesel from Woodridge Ford Calgary. The purchase included the extended warranty package for regular service and major repairs. We paid over 90k for this beast. We are banking on getting over one million kilometers on this working truck over the next 10 years. We put linex brand box liner in and added a linex trim package. I figure too get the max out of this truck I needed to protect it from rust in the most vulnerable spots. We have been in for regular service plus commercial vehical inspection s twice. We paid extra for the CVIP and quarterly inspection. About $250 for original new vehical CVIP. We paid $96 for the quarterly inspection. Woodridge Ford is a very busy shop but the organisation and service is fantastic. What the heck the gang even washed the exterior on the last visit, that almost brought a tear to my eyes. I have not heard from my sales representative Mark in a bit while. Thank for the great vehical FORD and thank you for the great service Woodridge Ford.

If you want to spend 3 hours trying to get information about a vehicle you are interested in then this is your spot. As much as questions are asked they didn't come up with the right model for the couple features we wanted and kept not answering some of our specific questions. Anytime we asked the sales person a question they would say they had to go get the info and be gone for 30 minutes at a time, even when we asked if we could just get their contact info so we could think about it. We had 2 young children with us so 3 hours to get pricing on one vehicle doesn't really work for us.

Don’t know what to say.this dealership has dismissed me twice when I was shopping for a new truck.
The latest time here, I informed the salesman that we were considering going through Driving Force.his face dropped and he looked at us and said “ look, I work on commission and I can’t beat them, so you’re probably wasting my time”
I tried telling him that that might not be the deciding factor, but he was still dismissive. Pointed at the filthy, locked trucks in a line at the road and said feel free to browse.
We went to Shaw GMC and bought a 2500 Duramax.because Driving Force wouldn’t deal with our trade in.tried to tell you.

I have another truck I want to update/trade in. I suppose you guys just saved me some time.

Worst possible procedures set in place for customers picking up their vehicle from the Service Department. You pay your bill and get your invoice, and then a Car Porter is suppose to bring your vehicle up front and give you your keys. These guys are always slow in this last step and make you wait for long periods of time. I have gotten use to this poor service.
Today's visit has my vote for worst ever! I waited for 52 minutes until my vehicle was brought up front! I spoke to the service cashier and head cashier 3 times during this period and they told me they had the key to my unit but couldn't find the truck.

Went in with my wife to purchase a new truck, as ours is almost paid off. Pleased with the F-150, but this place has shown us nothing but unsatisfactory service. (not even worth explaining last year's shopping experience) Today, we asked 3 different people to help us and were told "Sorry, you know how month end is. We are too busy trying to close other deals. " Second sales person said "I can help you, but I hurt my ankle playing sports. Can't help much, as I will not be able to leave my desk. " Third sales person walked away with no comment. We looked to find the manager who watched us roam the floor without leaving his desk. At this point we decided to look elsewhere to purchase. I personally went with Dodge for my new vehicle (Traded a 2011 BMW 535i for a 2015 EcoDiesel 1500 Ram). I will most likely recommend the same to my wife.

Junk mail is one thing, but plastic coated junk mail is another. Please stop sending paper flyers with un-recyclable plastic casings.

Flyers are annoying enough as is.
