I called in inquiring about a trailer power cord since mine had been stolen with 2-15ft extensions. The service department was awesome found exactly what I needed and even held it for me until I could stop in. This dealership has the best team. I won’t go anywhere else

I had a problem finding some finishing materials for the interior of my RV and called around to other places that didn't want to take the time to find the proper colors I needed, then I called Woody's and got Rey. She provided outstanding service by following up on part numbers and colors very quickly. There was one part we were not sure we needed and she went above and beyond to figure it out. We were very happy with our experience and will be back because of her!

Great Experience! We bought a Winnabago micro minnie. We appreciate that they took the time to show us everything before we left. Darcy Haire is definitely great. We will be back for RV supplies.

I live a couple of hours away from Grande Prairie. We made the trip to Woody’s to pick up cleaning supplies for our RV. They never had any in stock so I ordered the products with Rae in the parts department. The products came in but I was unable to pick them up until our next trip to the city. Rae offered to drive them to a town close to me. I was totally amazed she took the time, the expense and cared. This is an employee who is dedicated to her job and helping her customers out. For this I rate 5) stars!

My wife and I just purchased a Winnebago Micro Minnie from Woody’s in Grande Prairie.
Darcy Haire was incredible to work with. And Bev in finance was amazing! Greatest service we have ever gotten. The store has awesome staff and everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend Woodys Rv to anyone. Thank you thank you Darcy Haire! And Bev you guys are the best!

The sales and finance department and even the front desk and parts are very friendly and nice to work with. However, service department needs work. We have had our trailer in for warranty work a few times and the quality of the fixes are poor. We still need some issues addressed after multiple appointments. Our trailer has turned into a headache and we are pretty upset it turned out this way. We are considering selling our trailer because of it. Will be googling service department reviews prior to our next purchase for sure.

This spring we checked out the three main rv dealers in GP. Woody's had horrible customer service walking in compared to the other two. Unfortunately they had a trailer with the layout we liked the best. We've had nothing but trouble with the trailer we bought. It ruined our summer. Not once have we been able to go camping without mechanical issues. We've spent a substantial amount of money on campsites etc that we got nothing for cause we couldn't go do to trailer issues. Woodys has done nothing in compensation. I would recommend buy elsewhere. I regret not buying a Jayco even if it didn't have quite the layout we wanted. We could have enjoyed the summer camping like we planned to. After getting the better business bureau involved its gotten a little better but our trailer is still useless at this point. In response about your message to keep speaking to your GM Darcy.last few times I've reached out to him with more issues with the trailer after last time I has it in for repairs he has not responded at all. I'll try reaching out to your head office tomorrow.

We were on the hunt for a travel trailer ASAP. Spent two days at Woodys, finally decided on a couple options. After sitting down with financing, they have never called us back. I also sent an email to let the team know we went elsewhere.
Approved or not, in any business it’s important to call your clients back, as situations can change and you will lose business. We went to a dealer across the road, and found a great trailer and approved within the same day! Word of advice would to be definitely keep your options open if you are applying here! Unfortunately I would definitely recommend another dealer, moving forward to any networks I make one close friends.
Prior to not being contacted the sales manager Dave was very patient!

Never get service work or repairs done at the Grande Prairie location. They installed a new hot water take and did a spring inspection. Used the camper 1 time no hot water and had furnace problems.the have had my unit all summer still not done and no idea when it will be

Poor customer service with returns, woman said it’s company policy they don’t do returns Saturdays, you need to do it Monday to Friday between their working hours 8-5.when normal people are working btw. My son in law tries to return the toilet valve that didn’t match up even though we took the toilet into town so they could match up the parts, same snotty employee 2 days later told him it looks used, we can’t return it, he said ours had 2 locking tabs and this one is 4 there’s no possible way it will fit. She then instructed him to just cut 2 or the 4 locking tabs off so it will fit, after huffing like a 13 year old that just got grounded, she calls the boss and says “there’s this GUY here trying to do a return and I have no idea why”. Eventually giving him the money back. This employee will ruin your business and such attitudes should not be working with the public.

Unless you have a big truck do not go here. We walked in and asked to see the smaller trailers (under 5000 lbs) and automatically told they had no inventory at all. They don't stock anything smaller, now that being said maybe I would have rated a little higher but when the salesman wouldn't smile, no introduction just straight to telling us no and not even a effort to maybe order something in for us we walked out with a terrible taste in our mouths. I will never try to shop here again

Been waiting over 8 weeks for a window to come in. Service department can’t provide me with an update. Further to this issue, Woody’s has replaced every window in the trailer under warranty once already. When purchasing this trailer I brought up my concern over the frameless windows and the slick salesman assured me there would be no problem. I would say having to have every window replaced once already and having a camper I can not use for June July half of August and counting is a problem. They also told me the laminations on front of trailer is from water damage not delaminations but couldn’t answer me how did water go uphill and how can they be certain when the tech using the machine didn’t know how to turn the machine on. I had to figure that out for him. 1 service advisor at the Woody’s where I live makes it impossible to get in touch with anyone over the phone. Better off to drive there and walk in. When I ordered the window I wanted bearings repacked etc while it was in there but am now at the point where I just want the window replaced and will take trailer elsewhere. One more issue is the service manager told me verbally that the most expensive window when they replaced them all was $170.00. As soon as I said this isn’t even close to the largest window so I will just pay out of pocket (since warranty won’t cover a window that fell out) the price jumped to $800.00. Good chance this trailer will be sold and a new one purchased not from Woody’s grande prairie. The reason we went with Woody’s to begin with is because they had the floor plan we wanted and dealerships almost everywhere we go.

I can't say enough good things about the service/parts department. They are Fantastic! The staff who helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and offered many different suggestions for required repairs to my travel trailer that needed repairs, with lowest cost option first. They have a much better selection of parts, and lower priced options, compared to their competitors here in GP. I would go here a thousand times over compared to the overpriced and generally disintrested option across and further down the road.

Friendly helpful staff. Rich was the fellow who helped us I think. He spent lots of time with us and didn't try to rush us even though it was close to closing on a Friday night. He showed us exactly what we asked to see and took the time to explain pros and cons for the trailers we were looking for. I would have 100% confidence in buying a unit from them in future. Only hidden cost is a $260 doc fee on closing. Full propane, new battery and a full tour of your unit is included with each and every sale and all units are inspected and deficiencies corrected before you take possession.

Had a safety recall notice on our awning control arm, talked to Grande Prairie Woody's service department at the end of April they said they could do the recall as trailer is built by Forest River and the recall was issued by Forest River, they were booking three weeks out, booked it to bring trailer in on May 27 for the recall, showed up this morning with trailer and same service guy that I booked it in with and I seen him print off all the repair order for the recall and take all the information just three weeks ago, said he couldn't do anything because we didn't buy the trailer from them and If I left the trailer it would be at least three weeks before he could get at it or maybe not at all because we are not a customer and they are not taking new customers. We are a customer, my wife's name is in the system we have purchased trailers from Woody's, the appointment was booked under her name, I asked him if he was serious about not doing the safety recall and he said yes, and instructed me to take the trailer elsewhere. I got upset and left.
If this is how a national safety recall from Lippert is handled by an RV dealer which could cause injury to the public, people need to sewriously think about dealing with the service department at Woody's RV in Grande Prairie that don't take safety recall's seriously.

Buying process was easy and the service crew is very informative and helpful. Would recommend Woody's to anybody looking for an rv.

Had my trailer in for warranty work monday, was called tuesday that it was done so I told them id be there that day and to leave the keys at the front desk since I was going to be later then the service department was open. When I went there the front desk lady had no clue about it. So I called the next day and the same thing happened that evening. I thought I'd just go Saturday and get it, I just happen to drive by Thursday and my camper was just sitting out front not locked up or anything. I will not go back and will not recommend them

I walked in here ready to spend a good amount on a brand new trailer but was dismissed pretty quickly after the older gentleman on the right as you walk through the door took one good look at me and assumed i wasn't serious due to my age.
He told me he had nothing in stock for me and took my number but it's been a month and I've not heard a word out of them.
I took.my business to McGovern's RV who have gone above and beyond for me and got me into a unit i am incredibly happy with. Do yourself a favour and go across the street and avoid this estableshment.
